My backyard has been a mess for 18 months or more due to a contractor who scammed us out of our deposit & other circumstances that were beyond the next contractor’s control. Our Spaniel ate decorative stones from the backyard last summer & after expensive emergency surgery has been forced to wear a muzzle in his own backyard. I contacted East Coast Yard Worx for an estimate & they came promptly & immediately understood the situation. Craig, Debra & the crew are very professional with the right amount of fun thrown in. They actually arrived on the job a week EARLY and worked tirelessly to make my backyard both beautiful and safe for Charlie. We have to wait for a while for the grass to root before Charlie gets to play but when he does he will be one happy pup! Thank you to all of the crew!!!
Craig, Debra and their lovely team recently completed a project for us in our difficult and steep back yard. We were unavoidably away during the construction, and now home, are beyond thrilled with the results. They built a lovely, strong wall, a pretty path on top, and a pad at the end as an attractive feature, amongst many other things. The job was extremely labour intensive due to the 14 foot drop, but they joked and kept us informed every day with awesome photos and thorough updates. We have used many contractors over the years, and I can honestly say East Coast Yard Worx is by FAR the BEST company we have ever used. They were fun, honest, meticulous, hard-working, creative and kind. They offered excellent value, outstanding customer service and artistic design. They really went above and beyond for us, and I look forward to our next project with them. I trust them implicitly, and am delighted we found them. I can't thank them enough for all they did!

We had a patio and front walkway laid 12 years ago. Since then It sank 2 inches and was very uneven. Craig gave a great quote. His guys came in and re-laid everything with a fresh base. Craig even recut some of my stones to make it look even better than the original. The crew worked through scorching heat but were very courteous and professional. You can tell Craig cares about quality. It shows. The whole thing looks better than the day it was new. I would definitely recommend them.
Craig, his staff & crew do outstanding work, we are very happy with how they went above and beyond for us...we have got our backyard looking amazing with the artificial lawn install...Craig & crew would carefully make sure nothing got damaged, scratched on my composite decking as per my instructions...lol he would take off his work shoes off if he needed to walk on my deck...very thoughtful 😀 when it comes to clients requests..Very neat & tidy for cleanup after the work has been completed....always responds back to texts, emails very quickly if you have questions..very happy that I hired EastCoast Yard Workz, they are very fair priced, they have many years of experience, & it shows from their workmanship I also hired them for sealing my driveway and walkway...Craig & Crew did an outstanding job...they have all the tools and vast amount of knowledge & experience... They never take any short cuts... I needed to redo my patio in the backyard. East Coast Yard Worx was recommended to me and Craig came to give me a quote. Working with Craig and his team was one of the best experiences I have ever had when hiring a professional contractor. Craig is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He provided excellent advice and gave me a very fair quote. He and his team showed up on the scheduled day and finished the job on time and on budget. Everyone on his team was friendly and hard working. They were here during the hottest days of the summer and they left my backyard spotless at the end of each day. Highly recommended! We had a patio put in this past week and Eastcoast Yardworx did an amazing job, we love it! Craig, Debra and team were absolutely great. We redid our front porch which was initially just a simple cracked cement slab. Craig took the time to advice us on the types of stones and different qualities to help us in our selection process. The team that came to do the work were very professional and polite. They always left the area tidy when they ended the day. The end result is exactly, if not better, than what we imagined and we cannot recommend East Coast Yard Worx enough. My only regret is that it took me a bit of time to actually sit down and write the review! Craig and team thank you and we will definitely contact you for any future stone work!

I can t recommend East Coast Yard Worx enough! Since connecting with them, Debra has been extremely responsive and excellent with communication in getting our condo property started up using their lawn cutting services. We were quickly booked in and have been very happy with the way everything looks afterwards. They did a great job with cleanup, and leaving the property looking fabulous! Not to mention their prices are unbeatable. Great professional service all around.

Unprofessional and overpriced.
I had a very tired looking interlocking front porch and step that was sloped towards my house and needed repair. Craig and his team came very promptly and fixed my porch. They were professional and made my porch look brand new using my existing stone. They worked all week in the rain. I am one happy customer!

We were very impressed with Debra, Craig and his team for their professionalism, quick response and beautiful work upon completion. They were very helpful with our many questions and ideas for our retaining wall. They went above and beyond the job and cleaned up everything wonderfully. It was an extremely hot day but that did not stop them or alter their work at all. I cannot say enough about Craig and how personable he was. Absolutely delighted by this mom and pop family business. My 17 yr old stamped concrete patio and rear step needed some repair and a brand new step. My experience with this team was disappointing and unprofessional to say the least. On 2 different occasions I reached out and spoke to Deborah requesting a visit for a planned backyard makeover.. On both occasions I was promised a visit by one of their team members and I took time off from work accordingly. On both occasions, no one turned and no intimation of cancellation was given. My messages were not replied to either. This was extremely unprofessional especially considering I specifically mentioned that I would be taking time off when the visit was scheduled.
Craig and his team are amazing. Above and beyond what I expected my backyard oasis to be. I am extremely pleased with the end result. Cant wait to have more projects completed by Craig and his team. Craig, Debra and their team came to us by way of referral and they knocked it out if the park. Craig was creative in his design of the solution for our yard. Debras communications for the quote, contract, payment schedule, adjustments to material costs and final review were timely and clear. As outside work goes, timing can fluctuate due to weather and how the customer before you changes the job. Craig stayed in contact with us even before our job started so we knew what was happening. This allowed us to prep and plan without uncertainty and frustration. When it came time to do the work... The entire team was professional, hard working and respectiful. They left the job site clean and safe every day, they arrived early and we noticed great progress every day. We had some concerns with our neighbours, and Craig was there with us to help sort out the concerns. The finished product is structurally secure and beautiful. I am thrilled with the result and any one of the East Coast team is welcome at our home anytime!

I have been dealing with Craig and his team for well over 5 years. The service provided has been nothing short of spectacular. East coast yardworx does my lawn care and maintenance perfectly. This past summer they redid a retaining wall that was done very poorly by a prior contractor and WOW it s finally solid and straight! Craig and his team never cease to amaze me with the great work they do!
