Matt and his team are excellent. They know what theyre doing, they work quickly, and their work is quality. The owner is not so good. His communication is confused and he led us to believe we were getting a few new trees when we were not. He said he would plant a few in a spot we requested (to block road noise), then he told his team to plant them but did not follow the layout. He promised to return and give us further guidance yet never showed. Seems a little lacking in quality which comes directly from poor leadership. Cannot recommend.

Richard replied promptly to my request for a consult. He provided me with relevant information concerning the general health/care of the trees on our property. He scheduled the necessary work at the most convenient time for us. They provided reminder calls for the work date and were able to complete the work (4 full tree removals and pruning of other plantings) in a single day in a very safe and effective manner.I am totally pleased with the quality of their work and highly recommend them.

We found their pricing to be very fair for the removal of two trees and one large limb. They arrived on time and the work, by the two Matthews,, was very professional. There was minimum disruption of the area by them or their equipment. When finished, they cleaned up where the equipment had been moved into place, including replacing bricks at the end of the driveway. Id definitely recommend them.

Richard H. Lewis and his team from Woodbridge Estate Care arrived this morning at our home in Oxford, which was one of many affected by the tornado. He and his team swooped in like super heroes. They chain sawed, chipped, and removed many, many trees (including a 60 foot tall, monster pine tree). They are professional, courteous, and masters at their craft. We cannot thank them enough for an incredible job. They are amazing. We highly recommend their services.

Super friendly crew did an amazing 2 day job for me. I got nailed by a tornado in Bethany and they treated my situation like the emergency it was. Cleared and hauled everything and left my lawn spotless.

Woodbridge Estate Care has done all of my tree trimming, take downs when necessary, for the past 8 years I have been in CT. I have a lot of mature trees and some small specialty trees and I have always had excellent service and good advice. I generally have them come once a year in the fall and in between if I have a concern about a particular tree. I highly recommend their work.

Unexpected major damage to a 300 year old tree in our backyard caused me to google for a tree person near to where we lived. We were so fortunate to reach him immediately and he came by the next day. Because of the trees proximity to the house, he called the crane company right from our yard to find out if he could schedule the work for the NEXT day - that is how responsive he is! They couldnt accommodate us (and the rain didnt help), but he kept trying and removed it in less than a week from my first phone call. He seemed very safety conscious, was very thorough leaving our yard in as good or better shape than he found it. His fee was certainly reasonable - at least our insurance company thought so, since I had no idea what would be fair and no time to investigate. While I hope not to have to use his service again, I highly recommend his company, if you need this type of work --- you would be lucky to get such a professional and thorough gentleman as Richard Lewis.

Woodbridge estate care left my yard looking great. Weve worked with the company for years after they took over spraying hemlocks on our property , and later treated problems with the pachysandra. Their service has been utterly reliable and not intrusive. Recently, I hired the company to prune several bushes and trees, and to take down a large tree over some power lines. I came home to find all the work beautifully done, exactly as Id wanted. It looked like theyd used with a magic wand - they had cleaned up so well, and left the bushes looking so natural, that it seemed no one had been there working. Ill certainly call them again.

I needed a couple of trees taken down and got some competitive bids. Woodbridge Estate Cares price was fair, and the interaction with the owner was relaxed and professional (unlike my experience with another firms representative, who wanted to pressure me into spending three times as much for the same service). The crew showed up on time. They were all neat and professional and obviously knowledgeable; and they worked safely and efficiently. The company has the right equipment for working in tight spaces near houses, and, as such equipment goes, it was a lot quieter than I expected.
