We signed a contract for a fence to be installed on our property in April with an estimated work start time in mid May. We asked how to send the deposit, however, Bessette let us know that he ordered the materials and once he received information about delivery time, we would make the deposit then. I followed up in mid May and was informed that due to supplier shortages, there was no estimated time available for installation and that Bessette was "working hard to keep clients updated on scheduling during this very fluid time." After another call there was More pushed back time to mid June. That was the last I heard from them. It's been 3 months since the contract was signed. Despite numerous calls, voicemails left, and emails sent, I have received no response or any updates from Bessette. He doesn't even answer his phone. We're lucky we didn't make the deposit or we'd be out over $3k with no communication. We're currently shopping for a new fencing contractor now.
