Clearscape in Ham Lake

I live at Franklin Lofts, and there was a time this service wasn't the best, it has been multiple times better now, I really appreciate the change in the way they service us now, seemed to be seasoned workers rather than the random from previous. Thank you clearscape, guys just cleaned the leaves around our complex, did a amazing job today!!! kudos

I've worked with On Time Landcare for going on 3 years now and have had a great experience! This was a difficult year for snowfall and On Time was always great at communicating with us during storms and responsive to our needs. In the summer months, they keep our property looking beautiful! Fly Vintage & Vinyl had a great experience working with OnTime Landcare on our landscaping needs. We encountered a ton of unexpected issues due to an old property with lots of unpleasant surprises. Jeff Peka was very responsive and designed a water diversion plan for us so after the notorious winter of '19, when everyone else's basements are filling up, we're about as dry as we could be (considering we're a building, and not a boat, and we're practically submerged, like everyone else). Great service during and after the sale.

The plowing is done on their time, hopefully the snow doesn't freeze over before they get to it. Their plows have no awareness of the residents they're plowing for and just about back right into you as you're turning into your street and leave one plowed strip right down the middle. They don't care where they leave the snow piles so they end up in the street, your yard and the end of your driveway and it's impossible to leave the neighborhood. You're better off shoveling yourself out. Wish I could post a picture to show what we're dealing with. Do not hire this company.

While I never actually used their services I felt compelled to write this review. Today while driving in Elk River I was nearly ran off the road by a guy driving this company's truck... he then proceeded to give me the middle finger! If his lawn skills are anything like his driving skills I can only recommend to steer clear.
