I hired CS design to do a new landscaping in the front and in the back of my yard yard. Charles asked me a $2,000 deposit, came to work 3 times for 1 hour than did not show up anymore. I have been patient for more than 5 weeks now and the only think he has done is to level off a small truck of dirt he asked me to purchase. He took part of my brand new driveway apart to work on the sprinklers that he never did. I told him I needed my money back and hired someone else. He, off course, never gave me any money back saying that he spent it. I would not recommend him to anyone, he has been dishonest with me and I am deeply desappointed.

Charles was fast and did a great job cleaning my backyard.

Charles did a great job on my yard installing sod. He was very flexible to adding in last minute things and really knowledgeable about taking care of the grass. Repairing my sprinklers was an easy task for him as well. Overall great job, would definitely hire him again.

Well he did nothing, but his helper did over and beyond and Charles came over at the end of the day drunk. And I asked him if he would like some water, and his response was no but Ill take some wine. Shocked by his answer I brought wine out. This is a week ago and he never came back to finish. I did pay him 250.00 over so that he would give the poor man that did all the work. He kept it and never gave the 250.00 to the man that earned it. He is a fast talker and does not come thru with what he was going to do. Never pay in full till the job is done. I would not recommend him to anyone. I have another company coming to finish what I paid for already. But I want someone that I can count on and trust to finish the job. Not happy with Charles and will not recommend him to anyone.

Powers washing was good, everything else was bad. Put sod down over sprinkler heads, does not weed and did not follow any of my instructions. No invoices and expects a check every time he comes.

One day when I came out of my house, I saw a group of professional workers cutting down the tree for my neighbor. Charles, who is the owner said hello to me with a smile on his face. Why not use him to trim my big tree in my mess backyard? I asked for his business card, and then several days later I decided to invite him to come over to do the job. As a foreigner, I was a little nervous because I had been fooled by lots of contractors. They either came late or overcharged me. But I made the right decision. Charles and his team came right on time. They trimmed my tree, and cleaned everything in my backyard. What I didnt tell you is that the price is very affordable. Charles knows how to take care of his customers, and make them want to come back all the time. Not because of lower price, but good service and positive attitude. Im professor in an university. Charles made a joke saying that he would like to learn a management lesson from me, in order to better business. I told him that he already understands the business. Believe or not, I just called him yesterday. My next project is waiting for him!
