We’ve been working with Dylan and Scot for nearly 10 years now, for both pool service at our home and lawn service at a prior commercial property. Dylan also stayed with us after we moved to a new city, even with our new home now being a bit out of way for him. At both properties, Dylan and Scot switched our pool a salt cell system and performed all necessary repairs, and have installed a WiFi-controlled heater at our current home. Before selling our previous home, they managed a full resurface of our pool there, and the new owners have kept them on for regular service and maintenance after the sale closed earlier this year. We’ve always appreciated their transparency and professionalism, which allows me to fully trust their judgement and process. I’ve no need to request them, but I know that Dylan takes photos of our pool and equipment each visit, and always proactively lets me know if something needs done or repaired. His rates for both maintenance service and repairs are also incredibly reasonable in comparison to other estimates we’ve received. I find both Dylan and Scot to be friendly, professional and efficient, and would happily recommend their services.

This company is highly unsatisfactory. I strongly advise against hiring them unless you are willing to pay for excessively priced and subpar services. Dylan exhibits a significant ego and is certainly dishonest; he claimed to have sent numerous photographs documenting his visits for pool servicing and repairs, yet I have received nothing from him apart from invoices, which I can substantiate. His priority appears to be profit rather than customer satisfaction. His level of professionalism is lacking, as he refused to reassess a purported repair that remained unresolved. While I understand the necessity of addressing repairs incrementally, I specifically requested a follow-up check, which he was unable to provide, he might claim that it was due to being on a trip; however, I had requested the recheck prior to that. He also did not have the courtesy to inform me of the costs prior to proceeding with the repairs. The pool remained dirty for a period of two weeks, despite his claims of having performed maintenance, and we continued to pay the monthly fee. Furthermore, he attempted to attribute the pool's lack of cleanliness to the condition of our broken screens caused by the hurricane. All this caused me to delay the repair payments; however, I never stated that I would not pay, I simply found the situation suspicious. This company has been a complete disappointment, and I am relieved to have severed ties with them in favor of a reliable and honest individual who was able to identify the issue effortlessly, contrary to Dylan’s claims that he could not detect any additional problems.

Scott and his team have taken care of our Florida home pool for over a year now and we can't say enough great things about them! Communication was excellent, and all repairs/service was done on time and as quoted! Living out of country, it's hard to find someone you can trust to take care of your property while you're not there - I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!

Scot, Sally and sons have serviced our pool and equipment for several years. I highly recommend them. They are always reliable, come on time for regular pool cleaning, and respond quickly to any issues or special requests we might have. Scott has done general repairs for us, made suggestions for pool improvements, and helped us find sources for all kinds of things such as pool toys and deck paint. Scot has also been a huge help to us in finding other very good handymen and service people - he has a network of reliable local companies.

Scot and his family will do what ever is necessary to take care of your pool and you as an individual. His company saved us from our management company who clearly didn't no how to take care of a pool after we went in the pool and received a chemical burn from the water that wasn't treated properly. Any time we call Scot they are there just like clockwork. I never pay people in advance and this is one company that I can and I can count on them all of the time . I live a 1000 miles away any time i call them I can rest assure all problems are solved . Thank you Scot truly you are the best .

I can’t say enough about Scott and his sons service. They keep our pool sparkling clean. Arrive every week and quickly responds to texts. We live 1500 miles away and have peace of mind knowing our pool and hot tub are well maintained at a reasonable price by a experienced knowledgeable expert. Scot and his son are one of the most professionals and honest business owners we ever worked with. They provide an excellent service all around with reasonable price and will definitely go the extra mile for you. They are very knowledgeable and take their job seriously. They will not "sell you smoke" or try to make a quick buck. We just added them also as are landscaping company and we're looking for many more years of great service. Yes! Scott and his wife maintain my pool as well as all the properties I manage. Scott is honest, and trustworthy which hard to find these days. Scott goes above and beyond for his customers. He’s always very informative and not only calls me with updates but he also sends pictures to collaborate the information he’s giving me. Oh, he also has a sprinkler/irrigation man and he does the yard work on a couple of my properties. The yards look the best they have in a year! He really turned them around!
