I had the best experience with Next Door LawnCare & Landscape. Dax came and evaluated the lawn and answered all of my questions. As a first time home owner, I had a few. Dax came to a home that had near dead sod laid out that was not taken care of due to moving. Dax did an incredible job in mowing,edging and blowing the clippings off the lawn. He went above and beyond by explaining to me the importance of watering the lawn and even fixed the position of my sprinklers to make sure that when the sprinklers were on that my lawn had proper coverage. We talked about the future of what I wanted for Landscaping and what I should do to the current landscape so I will no longer have flies and spiders around. Dax is very knowledgeable, friendly and I am grateful that I found him for my lawn and landscaping needs.

From the first phone call, I was impressed. The owner, Dax was straightforward about my house being a little outside his work zone. He promised me he would be over within the next 10 days and then called to come do the work, only 2 days later. Fax is professional, knowledgeable about weed treatments and about proper way to cut and maintain a property. He went right to work. His equipment was all clean and organized in his open trailer. He did the cutting, edging, weed removal as well as some tips for the yard. He did everything he said he would do and instead of me being a one off, he put me on his schedule. An amazing owner, Dax who actually spends his time listening and pays attention to what you want done.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL sending an automatic message saying can t talk now send message still waiting for a reply to get information.

First few mows were great as Dax was doing! After he hired new employees went down hill fast, not edging with an edger, blowing lawn clippings up to sidewalk edge n not off concrete walks, damaged hose reel that they said they didn t do witch I replaced, linetrimmed back screen in area n tore up bottom seal strip of screen door that took over 2 weeks to replace, didn t mow on scheduled day n left phone messages n texts n never responded until I informed them that I got someone else to do our lawn, then they got back to me in less then 5 min. Also line trimming areas were not done very good n left tall areas in center of lawn were they missed. As long as the owner is doing it s fine but other hired help is something else!!!!

The first few months with Dax was good. He would do the work himself, and he took pride in the work he did. Dax also would get back to you promptly if you have a question. Thankful for all the input he gave me this year. However, the last few months the quality of the service has suffered. Much of this is due to Dax not coming often to do the work any longer. That would normally be okay, however his team members work is pretty subpar. When his team members do the job, Ill have grass clippings on our sidewalk, front and back doors, and flower beds which require me to then have to clear ourselves. Also, the scheduled days that his team is supposed to come is rarely accurate. Many times my yard will be taken care of 2 or 3 days or longer after when it was supposed to be maintained. This never was the case the first few months using Daxs service. In summary, its not the same quality of service that initially was sold to me. A customer shouldnt have to clean up their property after the lawncare team comes by. Due to the listed reasons, today was the last time we will use his service.

At first, Dax was very friendly, responded to my texts/ phone calls, and showed up on time. But this didnt last long. When I contacted him, he only replied with call the office, but nobody there picked up. He promised a schedule of every 10 days mowing but didnt show up for 15 days. When we confronted him about the mowing and that he still didnt put the sprinklers into the ground, or brought the sand for the seating area he yelled at us, called us names, and walked out without doing his job. He never came back to finish what we paid for. Save your money! Hes only professional until he has your money, and then he drops you like a hot stone.

I think the work that Dax and his team provided was excellent. They made great suggestions on improvements that may be needed. They were always punctual and completed the work on time. They are truly a blessing to me as I enjoy beautiful landscaping but work 9-5 and don t have time to do the landscaping myself. If you re looking for great lawn care service give them try, I think they re the best!

My lawn wasn t cut for over a month because of how busy I was with work. I saw Dax s lawn service advertised in my community and decided to give him a call. I warned him that it s been a while since my lawn has been taken care of and that everything was an over grown mess. He was booked for the week but managed to squeeze me in the next day, which I was so thankful for. When he arrived to my house the next day, he went straight to work and got it done in less than an hour, which normally would take me over an hour when my grass gets too long. The results were beyond my expectations. He even took a before and after picture and sent it to me and I was happy with the results. I can honestly tell he has a passion for lawn care because of the conversation we had after he was done with the work.
