DO NOT PAY UPFRONT EVER!! I started with paying per cut. After a month Dennis text to pay upfront or cost would go up. After paying upfront I started getting more & more excuses of not showing up on arranged dates till it got disrespectful. If you valve a consistent nice kept yard & has a HOA unfortunately Dennis is NOT your guy!!
Dennis does an amazing job for my home. Always notifies me after the completion with photos. He also has been very accommodating for special projects I ask for help with. His prices are extremely affordable and I highly recommend his services!

Had this guy cut my grass a few times. The last time wasn’t so great. He tried to charge me $50! And didn’t even cut the backyard. He just went along the edges with a weedwacker. Not recommended in my area!
