They did a great job by installing 20 green giants in front of my house, prices are affordable I would definitely hire them again

I was selling my house, but the outdoors were a mess, Perla did a great job by pruning my shrubs and mowing my lawn, it was definitely a great service

Perla has been serving our lawn for the last 2 years and we truly like the way the yard looks. We’ve been in the fertilization program , regular weekly mowing and it actually makes a difference i would recommend them 100%

Luis and his guys did a great job by removing my old landscaping, installed new weed blocker, mulch and new plants it came out just as i pictured it, i would definitely hire them again

BE AWARE!!! We hired Perla Lawn Maintenance & Landscaping service after reading reviews on Google. Not sure how many of them are real. We strongly feel that Luis is a very greedy person who takes advantage of people's situation and gets money out of them. We had enough and had to fire him from doing our service. We have invoices to prove our point. In the initial meeting with Luis, he seemed to be a very professional and honest person. After 1st service, he started complaining about the property being too big like he didn't realise in the 1st estimation meeting or he has to pay his guys like it's our problem or it's too hot for him to work like weather is in my control... etc and started asking to raise the price. Since we were at the end of the season and were not able to find any landscaping service, we agreed to his price raise. But in 2 weeks again he started asking for a price increase, like tripled than we used to pay our old landscaping service. We do not recommend Perla Lawn Maintenance & Landscaping service at all!! --------------------- Update after Luis replied on my review: --------------------- Well, by replying on my review, he proved my point that he gives all kind of explanation to get more money out of you..... I have Ring cameras all round and can easily prove how average size of my property is, how tall was the grass (only on part of front yard), what kind of bushes I was asking him to trim on driveway (picture attached) and how he was manipulating the conversation we had on the phone to cut/trim the bushes (he agreed on phone and on the arrival, he demands more money). I have a recording. I have experienced with other landscaping service who come, cut, clean, trim bushes and haul everything less than $60 (based on my property size) without making noise. Luis just took advantage of our situation and started demanding more money for the service. Just be careful before hiring Luis and his service.

So grateful for Luis and his team! I had found them online last season and called Luis to have him come out and take a look at my yard and give me an estimate for all season maintenance. His team was fast, efficient and did such a great job I am so excited for them to come back again this year. I can't wait for a beautiful yard to relax in after all this snow disappears! Highly recommend - get on their schedule for this season now!

These guys are awesome! We've had over 5 different gardners/landscapers and these guys are the best, hands down! They are reliable, professional, trustworthy, responsible, knowledgeable, experienced and the best at what they do. I highly recommend this company for a one time job or regular maintenance for residential or commercial landscaping. They are easy to communicate with and they work fast to get the work done in a timely manner. We've had them for over 2-3 years now as do 5 or 6 of our neighbors as well, not including more from the rest of our home development. Best in the business no doubt!

We use Perla for our landscaping services. Their customer service/communication is always top priority. Their prices are affordable and they are always on time. Perla makes sure we are happy with their work before leaving our home. I would definitely recommend!
