Frank’s Property Maintenance LLC in Gurnee

This was my first year with Frank. We had lawn mowing and fall leaf cleanup services this year. I was very pleased with the quality of work and responsiveness. I will definitely use Frank next year!

Frank is amazing. He was able to squeeze in a big landscape job for us last minute (only pictured half of the work.) He was very responsive and understood our needs. I highly recommend him for any future work you may need.

After some family emergencies, I quickly had to take over the maintenance of my parents house. I emailed Frank to explain what was needed, and I had a quote later that same day! Later I had to put the house on the market, so he helped with doing the spring clean up and helped with weeds and stuff to make the house presentable for showings! He is THE best communicator too! If he misses a day because of rain or weather, he sends and email to let you know and will tell you when he will be there next. HIs pricing is fair and his work is fantastic! I highly recommend using him for any of your landscape needs!

This is our second season with Frank. We have also used him for snow removal and gutter cleaning as well. Frank does a great job with the Spring and Fall clean ups, lawn and yard. He also Mulched for us this year. Frank is also a great communicator, sends emails regularly to keep us posted of changes due to rain or in dry weather if he won’t be mowing. Is easy to reach if you have any questions or need anything and has been very responsive and timely in getting work done for us. I would definitely recommend using FPM for your property maintenance needs.

Highly Recommended - Frank is polite, professional, his rates are very fair, and does a fantastic job with landscaping. My yard always looks great - no grass on my walkways, no straggly weeds hanging out. He cares about his work, and cares about what his customers think. Top notch customer service. If you have dogs - you NEVER have to worry he left a gate open, it is always closed and secured! He's done a few odds and ends things for me too, also did an amazing job on that.
