If you are looking for a lawn care service who has core principles such as: Integrity, accountability, respect and honesty, THIS IS NOT IT. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE, ANYWHERE ELSE. This is one of the largest lawn care services in the area and I have footage of them stealing a sign of a small start-up lawn care service. When confronted about it, the owner of Marshall Lawn Care told the small start up guy that a "homeowner" asked him to remove the sign (from a public right of way median). So instead of taking it like a man, and admitting that his company made a poor and dishonest move, he came up with a load of crap to try and cover their lack of integrity. The sign clearly had a phone number on it. The made up "homeowner" or he himself could have called and discussed the removal of this guys property from a public right of way. This behavior is obviously built in to this companies' culture because it was one of the foreman that removed the sign. The footage shows him pulling up, noticing the sign, backing up and pulling over to the sign, getting out and stealing the sign. Disgraceful, slimy, and honestly sad if they feel that threatened by any competition. If a company shows such blatant lack of moral principles, I would NOT do business with them, EVER. To the owner: if you would have owned up to it like a man when the start up lawn care guy called you, I would have let this dog lie, but you sir, need a lesson in business ethics. Local colleges have these available, but let's consider this Lesson 1 of Business Ethics 101. If you are unable to change company culture as it is a family managed business, I would atleast adhear to the no stealing principle, you never know who has dash cams, security cameras or is running a drone at the time you decide to make these very immoral decisions. These guys are unbelievable! They only mow for property owners not renters! Very unprofessional and unfriendly. THEY ALREADY MADE THEIR MILLION WITHOUT ME!

Robert has many years experience and has good employees. His spray tech is very knowledgeable and courteous

If you want anything other than your grass cut, I would seek someone else. If you have them plant trees or shrubs you better go behind them and make sure they planted them correctly or you will lose your investment. I had to have them replant my shrubs the right way which I physically helped their workers do myself. They saw us working with them and no response or professional anything. Not a word just a bill which I didn't comment on and paid in full. Ready to be done with these people. But 3 months later... And if you don't have a contract with them or hire them just make sure they don't come back into your yard without your consent or knowledge and spray your struggling new sod with chemicals. Oh yes...I know...hard to believe anyone can be that incompetent.

We were given a quote for service to cut our lawn. After they cut our lawn they retroactively raised our rate by $35. An honorable business would have called and said going forward it will be X amount. The work that they did for us including tree trimming was quality and we have nothing but positive experience with Jason. Deducting 3 stars due to customer service in accounting.

125% Price increase with no warning! Unfortunately, I have to change my once fantastic review of this company. In 2021 we had a great experience with the crew trimming our tea olive trees which were way over due and our bill was $325. This year, the crew showed up and did the same job, except this year it was only one years growth so we expected the bill to be similar or less than last year. We were SHOCKED to receive a bill for $725! That is a 125% increase. After talking with Mary, the response given was ultimately a "Did you get a quote this year?". I replied that I received one last year and expected it to be similar. I am perfectly OK with some increase, but increasing 125% without even a hint of a notice is not the way to treat repeat customers. Mary also stated it took 3 guys "18 man hours". Last year 2 guys did the work in 6 hours, this year, it took 3 guys nearly 6 hours to do the same job. Why should the customer be expected to pay "per person" when the job was initially quoted as a task? If they sent 5 guys and they worked really slow, would I then be expected to pay $1200? If you want consistent/honest pricing, maybe this is not the company you want to use. It really pains me also that I have spent the last year telling everyone that asked for a referral to call Marshall. I will obviously no longer be doing this and will inform all those I have spoken to have everything re-quoted before even thinking about having them do work.

I never write reviews unless I have a Great experience or in this case an awful experience. This was a complete disaster of a job. Whatever you do NEVER let them put in a sprinkler system for you.

Ok, full disclosure they seem like good people but I can't speak to their lawn care. As for a great place to fly RC planes, the small club field that they support is great!
