This is a rubbish company, they dont answer the calls, they dont do their job, the girl is rude, she treats the client as if they were their family, they treat them very badly... dont use that service, choose companies that have been in the market for years .. I give zero stars, as I say, its a crappy company.

My lawn was very bad, but after 3 months it was all lush, beautiful, and green! I haven t mastered the green thumb yet but this team was very friendly and informative! You have a repeat customer

My yard was very dull and dry. I had a lot of empty spots where grass never grew and it became hard to tame. Then I called your Oasis and they did an amazing job. Now my grass is green and full!!! John was very awesome at assessing my lawn and going over with me of what needed to be done and how to do things the right way!!

Abraham is a total professional coming from New York and having Terminex for over 20 years I used Terminex here in Florida and was very disappointed when Abraham solicited I originally turned him away. I would stick with Terminex even though they were faulty, but he proved to me that his Company was the right Choice and I m glad that he maintains all of my services Very enthusiastic knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with If and when we have any questions and because we have pets Care on the products that they use good choice

We have a giant no soliciting sign near our front door and they still left advertisements on our door. If they can t read basic signage i doubt their ability to service my property.

I recommend the company Oasis Outdoor Care because their workers are very professional. I have to highlight the excellent work that Richard Mena did, very respectful of my property and he worked quickly and without any problem, He was also very friendly, and they did the pest control on the outside and inside of the house. Our home and everything turned out perfect. My family and I are satisfied and will use their services again.

I was hopeless dealing with fungus gnats outside my patio doors. I went through two exterminating companies and I was abandoned. I was researching and Paul from your Oasis called me!! Pay to fix my sprinkler system but never get fixed had to pay another company to fix and correct the damage pipe they left behind

Great service and awesome team!

We used Oasis for almost 2 years and my lawn always looked dry and patchy. They would come monthly and spend less than 3 minutes treating the full lawn, which makes sense why it always looked terrible, they never took their time to provide quality service. I ve switched to another company and within one month saw a major improvement and now my lawn is greener than my neighbors!

I ve been using your oasis for about 3 or 4 months now and wow what a difference! My technician Rafael is super sweet very professional and is always quick as well as efficient. The gentlman who signed me up for services Mike Fisher is very informed on anything to do with lawns, irrigation and pest control. So far they ve helped us fix our dying lawn, had our sprinklers fixed (the very next day after signing up!) got rid of all of our bugs and treated our home for termite. We ve been here for over 10 years and Mike made sure for the first time that all of our problems were resolved and they re never farther then a phone call away. Tell your friends tell your friends, they re more affordable then all the competitors, better and actually deliver results with the services you pay for.

Mike Fisher came by one day and completely changed our life. I had a older home I bought as a investment for my family and upon moving in the yard was completely wrecked. The HOA made me replace the entire thing. Thankfully, Mike had a good friend who helped me out and gave me a great price (saved me almost 20% compared to other estimates) he also redid our entire irrigation system and now with his regular services we have a beautiful lawn and a pest free home. We re so happy we can sit outside on Friday nights and grill together as a family with no mosquito or bugs biting us in our beautiful yard. They eliminated the fire ants, rerouted our irrigation system after our pool was completed, helped keep our shrubs and palms healthy and looked after our magnolia trees. This team is friendly and knowledgeable! They are taking care of our lawn to prevent pests and give it proper nutrients. They care about us and we are so happy we found them. I couldve been a potential costumer, but on 04/19/2023 around 4:23pm, the customer representative that was in my neighborhood, in Apopka, FL, was driving around throwing his businesss door flyers in our front yards like they were Sunday newspapers. Now we have these flyers blowing around the neighborhood on this windy day. Terrible impression!!!

I pay to have this company come every month to clean the spider webs inside our lanai every single time the tech comes it is never done completely. Its poor job performance. Ive had nothing but trouble with this company since we got the new tech. The first time the new tech came he gave us a hard time said he isnt responsible for what we were asking him to clean. However then dont have your sales guys promise something you cant give. Then it was another person who came out which was his boss and he did a great job but that was the only time I had a good cleaning since they gave us a new tech.

The level of quality this company provides has gone down through the years, therefore I would NOT recommend it. Ill summarize my long story.... In Dec 2018 They came knocking on my & yes I opted in to have them service my lawn & support small local businesses as well, it started out well the service tech would ask if I had any questions or concerns & the lawn looked good...As time progressed, Im guessing their company grew its number of clients they would come & spend no more than 4 total minutes on my lawn (calculated by my security cam) I asked the company to have the tech ring my doorbell so that I can point areas of concerns but the tech would never do so and I would miss his service 4-min visit every time. After having a conversation with one of their managers, he then revealed that my lawn was getting a fertilizing treatment for St. Augustine grass all these years when all along Ive had Zoysia!!! He then said that the young man that came knocking on my door at the very beginning was not employed by the company anymore and sold me a plan for St. Augustine instead of Zoysia. So my lawn now has: St. Augustine + crabgrass has taken over my Zoysia lawn because this company does not amend for their mistakes!!! When I let them know I didnt want their services anymore, an email was sent to me asking Please let us know if there is anything we can do to service you in the future. Well I let them know, but there was no reply back. Im truly disappointed and sad. I was one of your starting clients and even when I was laid off from work during covid we still kept your services because we wanted to protect our investment now well have remedy this situation on our own.

Both Mike and Brian provided a timely resolution to my irrigation problem. They fixed the problem, and followed up to make sure everything was working properly. Thanks! Positive

BEWARE! Do NOT use this company. They are new to the business. The owner has his 23 year old son running the operations. He is unprofessional, unreliable and lacks knowledge. They killed my yard in the course of a year. They don t know what they are doing, using the wrong mixes, the staff is ever changing, dropping the ball and the owner refuses to take responsibility.

Quick response, on time working

Mike and his crew were awesome. Had a major leak from the sprinkler system and he went out of his away to stop by immediately to fix the issue. He took the time to find out what the issue was by running a test throughout my entire sprinkler system. He is awesome and truly represents himself and Oasis.

This company repeatedly scammed my house and my father s house (we gave them business on 2 houses next to one another!), saying our sprinklers were broken when in fact they were not. I have ring camera proof of suspicious tinkering followed by claims that valves and parts broke. Rainbird would be working just fine and then their guy would stop by and do something fishy and then minutes later would show up to my doorstep claiming a part just broke and we needed to pay hundreds of dollars to fix it. Sometimes they would be carrying a certain part in their hand as if to say, Woops, see? Your sprinklers are broken. These coincidences went on for several months and repairs were several hundred dollars. It is disturbing how corrupt the entire team is. I m from a big city and I ve never encountered something like this before. I was previously warned by a neighbor that they had shady practices but was willing to give them a shot. Shame on Oasis.

Oasis has been the best outdoor lawn and indoor/outdoor pest control we ve ever had. Recently we had a horrible fruit fly outbreak and Mike used a new product and made some recommendations that worked perfectly! So grateful.

Your oasis is the way to go. I had terrible lawn didnt have an idea what to do. I saw them in the community asked for advise the guy was so willing to stop and help me out. after going over my lawn hand went through his suggestion I tried it and brought my lawn back to life! I immediately signed up for their services. its so great to have company that values its clients!! highly suggest to give them call! you wont go wrong.

The only reason I m leaving one star is because of Tim. I called to cancel my service, as after a year of using Your Oasis we hadn t seen an improvement in our lawn. Tim was rude, accusatory and passive aggressive when I said we wanted to cancel. It seems like this company has had great reviews otherwise, so it must be a Tim thing, because he has horrible customer service skills. He called me nasty, was very short with me and refused to send me a confirmation that my service had been cancelled. The service provided wasn t great, I can t lie about that, but it also didn t deserve a 1 star until I talked to Tim. I m now seeing why people in my neighborhood have been going with other companies. Even had the serbice been good, I wouldn t continue to use them because of him.

Trying to set up so they can do my irrigation,can t even get them to come out and get the job done.Basically had an appointment one day no one showed up. I had to call and see what was going on. No one even bother to call me and say was it possible to postpone this appointment.They just flat out let me call them so once I got a hold of someone they finally set me up with a next day appointment and they call me the next day to kick the can further down the road a next week Tuesday.Maybe I dodged a bullet! Oasis does NOT know what they are doing, and they don t care. Three straight months they did little or nothing to my lawn/landscape but always charged me $130, usually a week or more in advance of not performing their prescribed service. I called/texted numerous times with questions and concerns, but to no avail. They won t tell you in advance when they are coming, nor will they tell you what they are going to do, because they don t have a clue what to do or how to do it. I would recommend everyone stay clear of this company

If you use Oasis for your lawn care service be sure to stay diligent in managing your service from application to application I ve used Oasis for over 2 years and after seeing a deterioration in my lawn appearance and ongoing discussion with the company and no improvements, I v move on to another service. Receiving a HOA violation for the appearance and condition of my lawn was the last straw.

Your Oasis began taking care of our lawn in Dec 2020. The owner came to our property more than once which impressed us. However, the overall service did not impress us. I got so tired of hearing See those runners? Theyll fill in these holes... Your yard will take off because there are runners... We were constantly fighting weeds, the sod web worm, or something that, of course, was not in their control. Our yard hasnt had a service of any kind since July, and it looks no different than when they were taking care of it. I never yelled, cursed, or acted like a jerk when I called or talked with anyone that works there. Yet when I called to cancel, no one said they were sorry to lose a customer. Sure, I questioned why entire sections of my yard were weeds or worse- gaping holes. Or why something more than pointing to runners wasnt done when the new sod on the side was ruined. But, again, I was never rude or disrespectful.

I payed for a service in our property and I saw no improvement at all during the 5 months they were working on my yard, weeds were spreading wider and wider and ants were everywhere, the worst pet was that they were putting on the reports 30 mins service on all our yard and and you could see the truck from the moment they arrive to the moment they left sometimes in under 10 minutes, until today I was in my house and they came to do the service and they entered the yard, so they basically were taking care of the outside that looks as bad as inside the fence and oh well, enough is enough of taking my money away.

We switched to YourOasis from one of the larger area companies and we have been very pleased. Tim, our area manager, is not only knowledgable, he is also accessible. I feel comfortable reaching out with any and all issues and he is always quick with a response and a solution. Tim and YourOasis gives us the peace of mind that we were searching for in a lawn and pest company.

We dropped Arrow for our lawn because of bad results and a scorched lawn. Even after the first treatment with Your Oasis, our yard has never looked better and the grass is growing and plush. I have found them to be helpful and professional.

Mike is our sales guy and Joe does our lawn treatments. They offer a veterans discount and are very responsive to my calls. They treat the lawn for healthy grass, bugs and ants. Recently my wife was bit by fire ants and I called Mike. He got the ball rolling and got Joe out to treat the area.
