We recently moved into a new home and for the first two months the sod was looking very dry and lifeless. A friend recommended Massy to help address the problem. We have had Massy for two months now and I must say I am very happy with the progress. Kriskan, who is our service representative, is doing an awesome job. The grass is greening up nicely, the new sod lines are disappearing and my lawn is looking alive. I know it is still early in the process but so far so good. Nice job Kriskan.

Jared is an excellent technician. He arrives on time, rings my doorbell, we discuss my concerns and he does what needs to be done to keep my lawn looking pristine. If I ever have a problem with weeds, I call the office and Massey sets up an appointment for him to come out to take care of it. Excellent service.

Zach was very thorough and located ALL of the bait stations. He replaced 2 stations that had cracked from roots growing around them. He was quick, professional and courteous, unlike termites which are insidious, destructive & costly, yet an inconvenient truth of living in Florida.

Zach was very polite and informative. Very professional. He was way better than most sub-contractors I have been dealing with for a new home.

I asked only one thing from this company and that is to give me notice when they come out to spray the yard so I can keep my dogs locked up. They can t handle one little request. On top of that they were charging me 67$ every other month to fertilize 4 plants that cost me 40 dollars at Loews. They burned sections of my yard in July , I called to talk to a manager and I m still waiting. I was happy with the service until I found out they were ripping me off over 4 plants and ruined sections of my yard.

George is very personable and knowledgeable. He takes the time to review and explain any issues you may have. He also alerts you of things you can look for before they become a big problem. Massey should be proud to have George as an employee.

I started with MASSEY services October 11, 2022. I shared my concerns with Laura my representative for the company, she shared several different plans with me as we went over them and the services that were provided with those plans. My first application came the following day with a gentleman by the name of McKienon Who is responsible for pest applications. McKienon reached out to me personally and stated that he would be the applicator at my residence in Groveland. McKienon was very professional by explaining what he would be doing outside of the residence as for inside the residence. Yes I would highly recommend MASSEY service a and all their staff. Jason

We updated our termite protection with our last inspection. Kristen was our tec. Very friendly. First checked the outside. Made a drawing of it to show where bate traps would go for their new service. Next she went over the entire inside looking for any evidence of termites. She than sat down with us to discuss their new bate program. We ask what termite infestations there were in our area. There were several near by and the area is only about 8 years old. The new plan adds about $100 to our protection. We have witnessed personally what termites can do and planned to add the service. Kristen was very friendly and was up to date with Massey plans. Two days later the installer was here and quickly installed the bate traps. (I have only a small note to add, around the side walls and porch he did not sweep the sand off. Small item but wanted to mention.)

Great service as always!

Unfortunately the service began to lack. When I had to change my sprinkler heads and informed the service provider that I would be shopping around, he refused to provide me with a layout of his recommended locations because he didnt want anyone to use his work. The pettiness was too much for me and had to cancel my account. Too many times I would ask what exactly came with my account and I got different answers every time. Seems that once the company became bigger, the client got lost in the shuffle and the customer service began to dwindle.
