R&D Lawn Care and Landscaping LLC in Grove

This is the absolute best outfit I've found in nearly 30 years living in the Ozarks. I had a multitude of projects that had piled up over the years and these people got it done!! I couldn't be happier. I recommend them to all who need retaining walls, stairs, gravel work, dirtwork, sod and grass seed. Yes..they did it all for me!!

R&D Lawn & Landscaping is OUTSTANDING. It recently constructed a challenging retaining wall for me on a virtual sheer cliff. The project was completed on time and on budget. The team was truly professional and went above and beyond by re-sodding parts of my lawn and repairing my irrigation system. I was impressed by the team's work ethic and thankful for its attention to detail and outstanding performance throughout the project.

We live on Monkey Island and have a VERY steep walk from top of driveway to our front door and from back door to dock. R&D did a great job adding steps, railings and lighting as well as landscaping. Terrific job and great people to work with. Highly recommend.

I don't get to share about how they're work is. However I do get to share about. Their courtesy and kindness. I contacted them about services, I live outside of their service area, they were kind enough to tell me that I could possibly get it for cheaper with someone closer to me. They also answered my questions about what certain services are called so that I can make proper inquiries. To me, that's the definition of kindness, courtesy, and great service.

Absolute worst experience. Job was quoted and owner said they weren't very busy. They had a couple jobs to finish and they would start in 2 to 3 weeks. Well he should have said 2 to 3 months. If I would have known that I would have went with someone else. The sprinkler system has a leak that they won't even come look at. They don't even know how to plant trees. One of the workers flat out said he had never planted a tree. Well it was obvious. The trees died and when they were dug up they still had the burlap around the root ball (see picture). There's no way for the roots to get established. I filed a BBB complaint and the owner flat out lied to the BBB. Don't waste your money. Go somewhere else where people have honesty and integrity.

Brand New home and needed land leveled around house and put in gardens around outside of house with a metal edge. Never saw the owner or supervisor to look at work kids were doing. The metal edge was crooked all around. Caught them breaking a metal stake when installing it and throwing the pieces in the yard which would ruin lawnmower. Also built up and filled the garden with clay instead of good earth which was available on the ranch. Only saw owner when he came to collect the payment.
