Bought my first zero turn after several hours of discussion over which mower to purchase. Chris the owner was patient and never made me feel rushed or that I was a inconvience though he was busy with other customers. Chris was also able to get my 5 year old craftsman mower repaired back to new. He took it upon himself to fix several additional things on the mower at no charge. Would recommend Young Outdoors to anyone looking for expertise and a great experience.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This guy has no people skills, he is very unprofessional in the way he talks. He ends all his sentences with man. I dropped off my riding mower and he didn't have enough intelligence to fix it. It was actually worse when I picked it up. I would not take your equipment to this place. He acted like he didn't even care. Most professionals would do whatever they could to help you. He acted like he didn't even want to work on it. I don't want to argue or go back and forth with this, but to clarify, it did run when I dropped it off, I had an issue with how I was starting it and possibly the belt. Then when I picked it up it had a flat tire, hanging off the rim, wires disconnected, you replaced the solenoid which was fine, because I rebuilt it, and the key switch which was probably fine as well and all you could tell me was I got the headlight to come on. Who gives a $h!t about the headlight, I'm not mowing in the dark. That's not why I brought it in. SO I SPENT 50 BUCKS FOR YOU TO FIX SOMETHING I DIDN'T WANT FIXED AND MESS UP STUFF THAT WAS GOOD, REAL NICE, THANKS AGAIN

Since you want to add. Here is how it went down for all the viewing public. I called this place the first part of last week. Spoke with Chris and explained what I needed. Told him my work hours and I would drop off that Thursday or Friday morning. Did not make it by there on Thursday and Friday morning I was woke up to a ringing phone. I did not answer it because I was trying to get more sleep before work. Then chris text me and my phone chimes off again. He told me he had not forgot about me and was ready for my mower. I dropped off that Friday morning and left with chris. According to his website he is open on Saturday as well. The following Monday around 3:15 pm I called to inquire as I had not herd anything. He told me he was g on a get a parts list together and place an order and I should have back by end of week. I ask if he had done any thing yet and he said no. So...my mower sat there friday.sat.and over half of the day Monday....told him not to do anything I would come pick up. My way of thinking is if you call someone and say you are ready for the mower....it should not sit there that long without being serviced. Chris is a nice guy, I just don't agree with how this went about. Lawn mower wads serviced else where the same day I dropped it off.

My husband brought in an older Husqvarna weed trimmer that had been sitting for years Chris reconditioned it and replaced missing parts it now runs great and was well worth the small fee to get this particular model running again. He does good honest work and it also led to the purchase of a car for my nephew. We will be buying our accessories and other lawn care items from him in the future. They have new equipment sales and also do repairs. He was recommended to us buy another small engine repair shop that did not have access to the necessary parts. We are glad they did and Chris Young will remain our go to guy for future repairs and supplies. Thank you Chris.
