The business notifies me when they are coming. If I am home and speak with a technician my questions are answered completely. When I call the receptionist is always polite and helpful. Most importantly is my lawn is beautiful and I am pleased with the service.

James Thompson, the technician that serviced my lawn today, was very polite, friendly, and professional. He protected an area of my yard that had a small section of recently planted sod by not treating it with the pre-emergent that he was putting on the rest of the yard.

I have been a customer of Top Turf for ~1.5 years and the service has been great. I am seeing improvement in the lawn condition and specific needs have been addressed as requested under the contract (special treatment for systemic weed issues). Austin has been an excellent tech and remembers specifics of my lawn at each visit. We have grape vines and a strawberry patch that can t be sprayed and care has been given with each visit. I would recommend Top Turf to anyone who has limited time for lawn care or stubborn lawn issues that personal care has been less successful in treating.
