Trust the process. I’m two rounds in (approx 12+ weeks) and Im noticing a difference. Weeds are still present, but the taller weeds that grow fast have disappeared. I’m confident with consistent treatment, my lawn will look amazing within a year.

We had the service for 3 years and in this time there were no improvements to our lawn. I had several issues with this company. First, one of their techs sprayed chemical on our siding that ruined it. The manager first said they would make it right but later said their chemicals would not cause these spots. Rather than replace the siding he gave us "6 free treatments", however these treatments were nothing more than water. Most recently, I called for a"Service Call" because of a large amount of weeds and I was told someone would be here next week, the next Friday came and nobody showed up. I called again and this time I was told it was too hot to treat for weeds and that they would come out when the temp was lower. Oddly enough the day after I called they came and treated my neighbors lawn for weeds but did not bother to treat our lawn or even inform me of the temp issue. They just left us in the dark. I Would not recommend this company. Below you will see a response trying to make it seem like they want to make things right, Nonsense!!! I gave them the info they wanted and there has been no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

We've had King Green for a little over a year and we are so happy with their service. From the office staff to the manager to the techs, everyone is so nice, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient (I ask a lot of questions 😅🙈) We've got one of the best looking lawns in our, fairly new, neighborhood! Highly recommend them for all your lawn care needs!!

These guys are the real deal! This is the first lawn I have ever had to maintain and they have answered every one of my questions (I can be quite annoying with questions) but Ethan Bright and Matt the technician were courteous and professional. Would most certainly recommend them!

My friends, family and business partners have used King Green for years and have been impressed by the agronomic education from their technicians & sales people, friendly and responsive customer service and quality of their products & services at their businesses in addition to their personal lawns. I have a couple of pictures attached to demonstrate how well their grass holds up in this dormant Bermuda.

We became customers of King Green in July of 2022 after we moved into our house with a dead yard filled with weeds. It takes time to kill the weeds and get new grass to start, so we were patient and content with our service over the last year while the yard slowly improved. We started having problems in Spring 2023. While our grass was alive and had less weeds than the previous summer, we were beginning to get a good amount of crabgrass that we were concerned about. We could see on our outdoor cameras that it didn't look like the technicians were spraying all of our yard. When we'd call to complain, they'd send out the manager or have a technician spray again. Unfortunately, despite the extra service calls, a large portion of our backyard was poorly sprayed/missed for the preventive treatment for summer weeds. We now have crabgrass covering the entire middle portion of our backyard, and it's too late to kill it without killing the grass. The manager came out to our property to see the issues, and said they'd send their "best guy" out to our property for the rest of the year. Two treatments later, and a different technician is out spraying our lawn, and again we can see that parts of the yard were missed completely from the treatment. When we called to ask why the "best guy" was not doing our treatment, we were told he was on vacation this week. If promises were made to us as a customer about who would be treating our lawn, we would have expected our treatment to be scheduled for a week when he was not on vacation. In summary, we had to call King Green way too many times to sort out improper treatments or follow up on promises made to us that were not being fulfilled. It seemed management would make empty promises to keep us from canceling that they could not keep. Intentions may have been good, but we pay for a quality of product that was ultimately not being delivered. We felt we could not trust management's assurances that our yard would be properly taken care of and we were sick of spending our time calling to fix the issues and pulling weeds on our own. We don't want to continue to pay for a service that has caused us more headache than convenience over the past few months, and with no guarantee our weeds will be under control next year after our experience so far this summer.

I am canceling my service with King Green effective immediately . It seems that they are so disorganized and the service is the worsted I have experienced with a lawn company. The application on Feb 6 was totally wrong and was not what we discussed on numerous occasions. The manager Joe in Greenville SC told me that he would send someone out to redo the service on Wednesday in the afternoon. They never showed up or notified me that they were not coming. I already send the check for service and want that returned to me and the charge dismissed.

Joe was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable regarding the services being offered by King GREEN. He took time to explain everything in detail and its great having a single contact person to reach out to should anything come up. Also nice to see that there will be an online pay option. We are excited about having a weed free lawn! Thanks Joe for stopping by. Update May 2023: We are now entering our 2nd season with King Green, and we are super glad that we took the service. The customer service and work performed is excellent. It does take time to get the weeds killed, best is to never let them root to begin, we started the service as soon we bought the house back in Oct 2022 and when I look at the other lawns in the neighborhood it’s day and night having the service vs the lawns that don’t. The pricing also very reasonable and the service is a good value, just don’t expect results overnight. We initially did and by sticking with the service over the course of all the treatments we learned that we didn’t have fair expectations, consistent treatments with King Green throughout the year will get you the results you are seeking.
