ZLC went above and beyond! He provided a quick professional response, executed same day service during heavy snow. He not only plowed our drive, but was able to MANUALLY BREAK UP THE ICE, and salt the drive, allowing for a safe walk/drive on inclined driveway. We would definitely recommend ZLC!

Zane is nice and easy to work with, and does a good job when the task is completed. However, we had him to paint our deck and fence earlier this year and he was rather slow to complete the last steps of the job (hanging the gate back up and painting it). We did get it sorted out in the end though and it looks great now!

I called on Thursday, September 5 and left a message with Zane. He contacted me the next day, and offered to come take a look that Sunday. After negotiating a price, we set a date for the work on Tuesday, Sept. 10 to start at 8:30 and work till 5:00. That morning, almost two hours after they were due to start, he sent a text saying that they were getting a tire repaired. Didn't see them that day. The next day, the 11th, they came and seemed to work efficiently. I asked them to rehab a few planters and get rid of some rock, replacing shrubs in one and seeding over two others to delete them. They got five of the six planters done that day, and I paid them $1,400 shortly before they left, saying they'd need to return to finish the last and most difficult planter. I haven't seen them since. They left their dewalt charger, a half ton of rock and weeds in my driveway, and the two shrubs they'd brought in their pots on the half-renovated planter. We've exchanged texts several times since, always with apologies and half-commitments to return and finish. They've said they'd come back three times now - once the following day, once before the end of the week of the 17th, and again on the 24th. As of now, end of day on the 24th, I've seen and heard nothing and finally had to move the rock from my driveway myself to avoid HOA fines, mostly dumping it back into the unfinished planter. Don't use ZLC. And if you do, don't give them a dime until everything is finished. You won't see them again.

Even though company is run and owned by a young man, he is wise beyond his years and his customer service is outstanding. First rate all the way!

He gets work done and does it to the best of his ability. Very great communicator and did everything better than I expected. He’s a hard worker and a great person, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
