In general, this is a good company that takes care of their customers. The issue is the quality of people they have been hiring dont seem to have the same caring attitude and do a poor job of spraying properly. They will come back out and respray, but it shouldnt be necessary if done correctly the first time.

My apartment complex contracted with this company and I would personally not use them again or recommend them. The first staff member who came out to inspect, while kind, did not inspect my unit at all, but just looked at the pictures I took. This was OK I guess, but I was expecting an inspection from a professional to gauge how bad the problem was and if I had missed anything. Then I was informed there would be a $500.00 fine if I did not follow their preparation checklist adequately, so I spent a lot of time carefully prepping, and called the pest control company with a few questions to clarify if certain items were OK to leave. The receptionist I spoke to initially had no idea how to answer my questions and told me to just read the checklist or ask my apartment complex (which did not make sense), but then she transferred me to someone who was able to assist- this second staff member told me to make sure to leave all removable items inside the apartment to be inspected for bugs prior to removal and I followed his instructions. However, on the day of treatment, the young guy sent to my apartment was super nonchalant and glanced at my prepped items and told me that half of it was fine to stay. I was surprised and told him that this contradicted the list they gave me and he said Mama listen... in an attempt to tell me to not worry about the list and just take his word for what was OK to leave. I insisted he go through each box to evaluate what could stay, as he overlooked candles, lighters, and a propane tank in one of my boxes. While he did offer to help me remove the items he confirmed needed to be removed and place them in my car, he did not inspect anything for bedbugs, as the pest control office said he would. He also changed his mind about some items and told me to go ahead and remove them because he did not want me complaining later if they were damaged. My only positive interaction was with the apartment maintenance guy with him, who I was grateful to have as both a witness and also because I would have otherwise felt uncomfortable leaving my apartment alone with the pest control guy. Update: I added a star to my original review because the office did reach out and apologize for my experience and they seemed genuinely interested in making sure future service for myself and others is improved.

I have been an Mack Pest Solutions customer for well over 25 years. Today was my annual termite inspection visit. Although Ted Nichols has been inspecting and treating my house for years, I never met him until I slipped into semi-retirement a few years ago. Ted might be the companys best ambassador. The only positive thing was the employee was early, came home to the sheets we were told to bag up completely thrown across the floor and furniture moved but not put back, I m disabled and unable to breathe so this made it hard on me having to come home and put all my personal belongings back and finding my clean sheets strown all Over a floor. Not sure why they tell you to bag them if they intend on taking them out and throwing them on the floor. 1,500.00 job to come home to a destroyed home.

I have been a custom for 20 years. They do termite and do insect spraying and check for mice in basement. They are always on time . Always very friendly and do a great job. Once I had a bird that managed to get into the hood vent over my stove and they got it out and put bird netting into the vent so I would not have the problem again.
