Do not waste your time with this company. 0 stars. I caught a billing error and when I caught it, it took 3 months to resolve. I was never allowed to speak to a manager, no one called me back when they said they would, and the male customer service reps whom I spoke to (because I had to follow up 2 dozen times to get a solution) constantly would interrupt me and talk over me. Today I tried to cancel my service and suddenly the manager is available to talk. Huh, imagine that. When I said I did not want to speak to anyone, just cancel, the male whom I was speaking with said "that's our protocol," and I basically had to shout over him to get him to stop talking over me. He would not cancel my service, so I have to call back another time. This company is a nightmare. Never in my life have I experienced worse customer service. Not to mention we are constantly spraying patches of grass with weed killer that the technicians miss. Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere.
Horrible in Greenville, mistakes and no service, I was Told my local "Manager is terribly busy". Following Helene, I ask they wait as having trees removed. They then came and sprayed Pre-emergent on bare ground..... the bare ground had fresh rye grass seed. Calls for help went to Atlanta and never returned. After 3 weeks i got this a Text from Quality Manager. "Also. If this helps the rye grass would have died out in March. It’s a winter grass. So there is room to start over." START OVER - comes with a few ? I have called Weedman, my neighbors appear happy
Avoid this provider. I purchased a twelve-month package for lawncare, and a job change forced me to move to a different state Unlimited Lawncare does not serve. I was assured that I would be refunded for the remaining months on my contract. I WAS NOT REFUNDED. I contacted the company twice over the subsequent months assuming it was an unintentional oversite or system glitch. Both times I was assured that I was due the refund and that it would be sent. That was over a year ago. During my period of service, there were also issues with weed infestation that the company never addressed even though I pointed them out on many occasions. I was always told they would do some extra treatment or check back on it. The weeds remained and slowly spread. Anyone unfortunate enough to live in a neighborhood with an overzealous HSA (as many in southern cities are) would be much chagrined that Unlimited Lawn Care's service level would open them up to complaints and petty attacks from the neighbors, besides allowing the unsightly state of the lawn you were paying to beautify. My only recommendation is to avoid this service provider altogether.
Unlimited Lawn Care recently aerated and overseeded my fescue lawn. The two gentlemen on the job were respectful and did an amazing job. In fact, I can honestly say that they did a superior job; the best I've ever had done. Unlimited has been outstanding in servicing my lawn and at a very reasonable cost.
Do not do business with this company. Last year they sprayed and killed a large portion of my yard, so they offered a free aeration this year to keep ny business. When they came to aerate, it had been storming all night and the yard was a swamp. Rather than wait, they tore up the yard, tracked mud on my driveway, and took months to reply to my several attempts to address it. I spent ly own time and money fixing the worst areas, then today some guy called Ernie, who is apparently a manager said it looked like that because they used two different machines. As if that makes any sense at all. Additionally he had a receptionist call amd tell me that, didnt even have the decency to lie to me himself. They also broke solar lights in my yard, told me about it but never offered to replace them. Do yourself a favor and find someone else for your yard needs. This business is poorly run.
Extremely impressed with the responsiveness and knowledge of the technicians. I was lucky to have Tyler Hunt service the property today. He will always come to the door, introduce himself and explain that day's applications, Tyler also makes it a point to ask if there are any other issues he needs to address or discuss while he here.
Horrible people and horrible service. If you want to invest $100’s of dollars in your flower beds and do not care if careless technicians trample (walk all over them) then this is the service for you! I wouldn’t be so angry if I hadn’t posted signs all over that say “ Don’t Spray” the tech when confronted said I didn’t see the sign!
UPDATE: We saw your reply and my husband immediately called you as you requested. Not surprisingly, you were no where to be found and did not speak with us. We have (again) cancelled our service with the young lady on the phone.My husband told her to delete our account. Do NOT come to our home and do not come on our property again. We don't want you to "make it right" for the third time. This company is a scam! Initial review: This is the second review I am writing...the first one was never posted. This is the WORST company. STAY AWAY! For the first time in 20 years we hired a lawn service...and this is the first time we have not had a lawn. My husband has always managed our lawn and we have always had a thick, lush yard of green grass. They literally killed our lawn and our yard is all dirt now. They only did half of our backyard, yet chemicals and seed were all over our back patio, walkways, and driveway. We have children and pets. This is completely unacceptable. We have reached out multiple times to the company. Twice we have been told the manager would call us. It's been over a month...still waiting. We have since canceled our service. However, yesterday we received an automated message they would be out today to service our lawn. My husband has called multiple times to tell them not to come and that we canceled our service in December. No one answers. I tried leaving a Facebook message initially, however, not surprisingly, they don't allow reviews on their Facebook page nor photos to be shared. I have never dealt with a worse company, service, or techs. RUN!

I would not recommend this company. I signed up for a year-long fire ant service. I had already been burned by another company earlier in the season so I was eager to get someone out quickly so I could finally enjoy my lawn this year. I pre-paid for service and it has been 3 weeks without even having a technician scheduled to come to my house to perform the service I pre-paid for. This result after calling up several times to ensure I was going to be scheduled and see if there was any problem with my account or payment that was causing a delay. I called yesterday and said that I was frustrated with the time it was taking for service and that I wanted to cancel my account. Long story short, I wasnt able to fully get my account canceled yesterday, so I called back today and suddenly, they have a tech scheduled to do my house this afternoon. Since my account stipulates that they need to notify the homeowner at least 24 hours in advance to confirm the schedule for any work, this is just further proof this company cannot be trusted to do what they say. So no nice try but, no. You all missed your opportunity. Forget it. Dont waste your money and find someone who will actually do the work in a reasonable time frame.
They are awesome to work with. Ernie is amazing and I appreciate his willingness to get a job done right.
If you like professionalism and courtesy look no farther you will find this company a pleasure to deal with! Ernie did some work for us beyond just lawn care and our yard became the most admired in our neighborhood! I would give 10 stars if I could!

The service was so bad, they kill my grass and do not want to fix it, I called them many times and never recognized the damage they made in my garden, and they charged me again an additional month the worst service

Called office as we received email stated a spring aeration due to bare spot found on my lawn. Kayla was very through with my questions. She stated that she would get back with me on some concerned questions she couldnt answer. I was not expecting a call back as most say they would but dont, however Kayla got my questions answers. Very please with customer service. And thank you for Redoing our lawn this spring.
I bought a new house in Greenville in 2023. The previous owner had fired Unlimited Lawn Care a year and a half before but they kept coming without him paying for them. I called them and told them to not come. They told me I couldn t cancel it even though I was the new homeowner. The only way to get them to agree to stop was threatening them with violence if they ever came on my property again. I definitely do not recommend this company at all.

Let s b honest, any company declaring they ll remove weeds r going to do so if they ve been in business for any length of time. It s the employees that ll sway u one way or the other. Travis has been our technician throughout. He s always willing to stop and answer any questions about specific weeds or unusual growth & what he ll b treating them with. & if anything isn t perfect, 1 call & he ll b out to address the issue. Stay away!!!!! The worst experience I have ever had. Very rude techs, they throw chemicals all over the concrete areas, without any regard to costumer. I asked the tech to use the guard and I was met with a rude response. Called the manager and got the same level of service.
I responded to an advertisement in my mailbox that said company was locally owned and operated, so i called the local number and got someone from 2 states away. He was reluctant to tell me that and when i asked to speak to the local franchise he said i couldnt it would have to go thru the home office when i questioned the misleading advertisement he hung up on me. I called back to speak to a manager more double talk. Not an honest company.

Service for lawn care was good until I now have to delay last winter treatment until march due to construction on property. Was told by them that they will not stand behind there lawn service next year because I was having to delay the last application this year.
Started out great at the beginning, communication between customer service and management very inadequate. The service provider did a good job with applications, however, the overseed was unsatisfactory due primarily to product used by UTL. Will not renew service.
Raises rates without notification or explanation before hand. Thats happened twice now. When I just called to ask why the agent tried to explain it was because the price of gas is fluctuating. They killed a large section of my lawn this past summer, and the manager refused to call me back to find a solution. Technician was little help explaining why it happened. Fortunately, after bringing it to their technicians attention it began to grow back. Im shopping for another provider. Youd do well to steer clear of them. The customer service has been terrible.
