The only thing Ive received from them is a email for a bill for $100.00 for a quote! LOL. Ive already received 4 other quotes for free! And now they want to stop over on Monday unannounced, when we never set up a time for them! Dont call them at all!

Aiden did a great job the day we signed up. We called for a return trip after way too many black ants came to visit! Aiden came back within a couple of hours and did a treatment specific to our problem. Very happy with the quick service! Nice company to do business with.

Zach was very personable. He left glue boards and filled spots where mice were getting in my house. He sprayed inside and outside, unlike my last service, Aptive (who was here today) and didnt do those things! I have a mouse problem and he didnt even stop to ask if everything was ok! Saturday I was in Family Dollar looking to purchase some Raid bug spray then Dylan approached me asking if I need pest control service. We talked for a long time and I felt so comfortable with Dylan that I pretty much signed up for his pest control service. I felt confident in his abilities by how passionately he talked about his business. He s a Marine Veteran too! Today, March 20th, Dylan sprayed the outside and inside of our home (all three levels). He was so professional upon entering our residence when he greeted Mom and I. He s also such a nice guy to chat it up with. Dylan thoroughly explained everything he was going to do which helped me feel at ease in this pest control service! I thoroughly recommend TurfBadger for your pest control needs! Turf badger has been a seamless service for us! I live in new build that used to all be acres of woods. We had enormous Ants and a ground nest of bees that I could not kill off myself (even though I tried). This service was affordable and cheaper than Orkin & Green Ex. My home both inside and out gets sprayed quarterly and whenever I foresee a problem. I also have peace of mind that what s sprayed is not putting my children or pets in any potential danger. I highly recommend this company, Dylan has been wonderful!

I needed help with the village of Carpenter Bees that had taken up residence in my deck railings. The Turf Badger team treated my deck first along with the rest of the house. Wasps nests gone, house treated and they offered a lot of insight on the Carpenter Bees and their behavior as well as how the treatment works to keep them away. Prompt and informative. I can t say enough about Turf Badger (Grand Rapids, MI)! I contacted them regarding a Yellowjacket nest in my siding. Dylan was super helpful on the phone, answering all my questions and explaining the services. Not only were they prompt in scheduling me the next day, but they arrived on time and were very professional. Both Zach and Ryan were amazing, one working inside while the other worked outside. I was very impressed with the service I was provided by technicians Evan and Aiden! They were very professional and very knowledgeable. Not sure if anyone knows much about springtails, but if you have them this is the company to call! I had them last summer to the point of leaving my home. I had hired a professional exterminator company that did not do a bit of good. I sprayed every single day for two weeks until the bug count was down and then July hit this year and they were back. Not as bad but still in my house. I called Turf Badger in desperation and to my surprise within 24 hrs the bugs were not as bad as they had been. Seems to be getting daily. If you have any type of bug issue especially springtails call Turf Badger and ask for Evan and Aiden. You will be happy with the service you will receive! Thank you so much Evan and Aiden!
