Turf 212 in Greenville

We just started using them and will be cancelling. Jason is lovely and nice, but the business is just not organized and I don't have time to manage them. They skipped a whole month of treatments and I called to ask what happened. I got the run around about how they are doing it correct and they did not miss a treatment. The whole time I'm on the phone trying to explain this is not correct and I have a schedule saying they come once monthly. Anyway, finally she double checks with Jason. They had messed up. I wanted a refund for the missed month and was told it would happen. Instead, I got charged double. Jason said it would be best to come twice. To me, I should not be charged for your mistake especially after I asked for a refund. What business takes that into their own hands and charges someone? What if I did not have the funds? I still have not received the refund and at this point, we are calling other services for new quotes. Disappointing but they just can't deliver on their promises.

Turf 212 has serviced my lawn for 2 years. First year was great. 2nd year service went into the basement. Weeds got worse not better. Appointments forgotten or overlapping. After several emails and phone calls I canceled service because of unreliable service and information. Even after 2 months of confirmed canceled service I am still receiving bills for work that is not completed. Service person says it is an error in automated billing service. Still received the same incorrect bill after 3 phone calls.

Jason came out to give us a quote to service our property. He was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for this type of lawncare.

Jason and crew so fantastic work. My previous lawn service barely sprayed the yard, we were constantly battling weeds and our back area was fescue instead of Bermuda grass and never looked right. Now that Jason has been treating our lawn this season, it looks fantastic and the Bermuda grass has now taken over most of the fescue and now looks much better. I’d highly recommend him.

Jason and his team are always quick to respond to any issue I might be having with my sod. They provide the 6-8 applications per year that a lawn needs to remain healthy and looking good. Those applications include fertilizer, weed control, pre emergent, lime, fungicide, etc. I’ve been using Turf 212 for 2 years and am a very satisfied customer. Jason, Patrick and Joe are all very nice gentlemen to work with.
