Would not recommend using this service at all. They cut my lawn a few times this spring and all correspondence was via text. Was never asked to make an account or sent any kind of invoice until receiving a letter that I had been reported to a credit bureau a couple months later when they had randomly stopped cutting it. I have never been late to a payment in my life. I had to email back and forth and make an account after reaching out to them, and was still unable to pay due to errors. I was told that they had records of sending me invoices and had reached out to me several times. Not true, went back to my email to be sure. My phone number had changed but this was after they had been cutting it for a while. Finally I had to call and pay over the phone. They were not apologetic and quite rude about the whole thing. Very disorganized and could have affected my credit score; all they had to do was send me a bill since they had my address and had been cutting my grass. Would not use again.

Update: The company has followed up since I posted this review, and has explained and given me the revised quote in a timely fashion, I have updated the review to match. I'll update further if I decide to go with them. Was an hour late to appointment with no notice, I had to contact to ask if they were going to show up at all. Ghosted (stopped responding, after multiple followups) after asking for some modifications to the original quote. Avoid.

By far the best group of guys to mow my yard! They are respectful of your property, they do a fantastic job and they respond immediately to any service request I may have within same day usually within an hour. They are professional, friendly and affordable! Highly recommend!

I’ve been very happy with Tiger Lawn Pros! They’ve done awesome work with keeping my yard in shape and quickly helped out when I was in a pinch to get mulch. Highly recommend
