Top quality! The soil sample was from Clemson and had plenty of details. Very easy website to navigate. Communication (text) is fantastic. They also send messages about service a day or so beforehand, and then email you same day when performed. They lay out all the price options in an easy way for you to pick what you want. Pricing is very competitive! Lawn is looking very good! Just like any lawn service, keep an eye on when they come and make sure they do the front and back. Had 1x they skipped the back I noticed, but I texted and they fixed it by sending someone out within a few days.

Great customer service! Theyve been really easy to reach. I get updates on when my lawn is being treated via email, and I also get texts when someone is on their way, so I know exactly when my get lawn gets treated since I dont want my pet to be in the grass immediately after its treated. I also like that I get a summary of the treatment afterwards, so I know what kind of treatment was performed. Ive already seen some improvements in my lawn and theyve only treated it twice. Would highly recommend!!

Only a customer for one visit so far, technician that treated our lawn took quite a bit of time fertilizing and weed treatment. Former other companies seemed to rush in and out, not these folks. All systems of this company seem so far are VERY professional! Am looking toward to results, will probably give them a higher rating if we had more time together. Heard about them from a friend, who recommended them very highly. So far they have been very helpful and show a great deal of integrity!

My zoysia lawn had ongoing problem with various weeds. I needed help with fertilization, weed control, and fungus control. Grassnerds sent out specialists who observed and diagnosed the various issues then they provided treatments that significantly improved the lawn. They fertilized which helped appearance and they essentially eliminated all weeds. When I did identify some issues they immediately came back and provided additional treatments to resolve the problems. Excellent work.

We had several dead spots in our yard from this past summer and with Grass Nerds help, you can hardly tell where the spots were. One of the things I really appreciate is their consideration of my three dogs. They let me in advance when they are coming and how long we need to stay off the grass. I have fescue grass. In the summer I was using another company and another before that. I had almost totally lost my whole front yard. I called Grass Nerds and we discussed my situation. I ask them to come out. They did and suggested we send a soil sample off. It showed it needed lime and phosphorus. They thatched and reseeded my yard and then put the application down. My grass is doing so much better than I have seen in two years. I am so pleased that my little small yard mattered to Grass Nerds. Am planning on working on backyard soon. We called Grass Nerds to diagnose browning of our Bermuda grass. Within minutes they were able to diagnose the issue and formulate a plan of treatment. Furthermore they took the time to educate us on the issue, which is something that was lacking with our previous service. Within a few days of treatment our grass was looking healthy and very green. We ve since worked further with them to sign up for their ongoing service and an initial soil analysis. We hesitated switching from our previous partner, but I wish we would have switched sooner! Very knowledgeable and friendly. They listened to me when I called them to start their service and did exactly what they said they would. My grass looks so much better now. There was a noticeable improvement after the first visit. I highly recommend Grass Nerds.

1 star is too good. Not once but twice their tech, Brett, said he serviced my back yard. Once I was standing there, he never came to the back. The 2nd time he damaged my electric gate in attempts to gain access to my backyard. Nick, the office manager, is full of excuses. When I asked for the owner s information I was denied. Do not trust this team for service cancelled my service immediately. Customer Service is based out of lies and unprofessional resolution.

After trying to unsuccessfully take care of my newly sodded yard, I found Grass Nerds and they have done a great job keeping the weeds under control. They communicate well with emails alerting me before each treatment and afterwards to let me know it was completed and anything I need to do: watering, mowing, etc. They also came out to put my mind at ease when I had a mole digging up the ground underneath my new grass. Nothing to worry about!

The team is very responsive and I will have to say, they know what they are doing when it comes lawn care. We have had some issues and concerns, but they definitely took care of us and our yard gets better each time they come out and service.
