All Outdoors is the best lawn service I have used. I wanted a service that could take total care of my lawn and be communicative. They keep me up-to-date on schedule changes, and always respond to my phone calls promptly. I ve used him for a few months now, and their quality and service has stayed consistent.

Since you asked, I would not recommend anyone use your company for the following reasons. 1- your salesman who came out to measure the area to be covered made a mistake that was over 4 feet under the required length needed. I was told I could buy another roll, most of which would be wasted. I was also given the option of waiting until the waste from another project could cover the open area with no known timeliness to finish or use a piece slightly different that was available. 2- the main seem is very visible. Instead of making an sinusadle seem which would hide the seem, it is a straight line which is not correct according to various other contractors. 3- this is a major reason. I determined where I wanted the artificial turf and expressed it to your folks. The corner across from the edge of the deck was marked correctly. The position of this corner is about 2 feet shirt of where it was supposed to be. When I told your employees, I was told I was wrong. Even when I showed them the red line they had put on the grass, I was told I was wrong. I was not wrong. I would use your company again and I would not recommend you to anyone else.

The guys came out and cleaned up the storm debris on Wednesday after Helene. It feels much nicer with all that gone.

My yard is well maintained by All Outdoors. I m very pleased. I m not posting pictures because I ve had a sprinkler system put in so the yard is not looking too good until it s seeded in the fall.

We could not be happier with All Outdoors. We needed serious clean up and maintenance of our yard. Someone from All Outdoors came to review the job and provide a quote quickly and at our convenience. Our quote was provided within a day and was clear . The team that came to do our clean up was fantastic! They worked efficiently and never stopped or slowed down. They had us cleaned up in a day ! The clean up team was polite, organized, and proud of their work. They were just as excited to see our yard look good as we were! The office staff is also fantastic and have responded to my numerous questions quickly and politely. And our clean up came in under quote! Genuinely one of the best experiences ever! My wife and I moved down from PA last year and the one thing that bothered us was the pine straw/weeds that stuck out like a sore thumb around our house. We contacted All Outdoors, got an estimated date of service and estimated cost, and then the next thing we know they had our yard done in 3 less weeks than estimate and several hundred dollars less than price. I know the owner, I know her integrity, and I know her professionalism. I simply could not recommend her and her team more. If you need something done, trust me: All Outdoors will take good care of you - and your yard. Respect to All Outdoors.

My opinion based on my experience. I hope your experience is better than mine. Pros: The mowing service was average. Cons: Their Customer service and company policies have shortcomings. Office Manager was not timely in her responses. It took 7 days for her to respond to my email. Their policy states that you must report damage within 24 hours of their service. This is impossible to do if you visit family out of town for 2-3 days or take a vacation. Here is an image of it so you can read it directly from their website. For awareness they don t accept biweekly service. I am thankful this company and I parted ways. It motivated me to start doing it myself again. It s good exercise and I ll save some money. Update to reply to your post: Most of the damage was done by the company you bought. Their service repair person just communicated everything was on back order without a date of delivery of parts needed to repair. I guess you think buying out a company makes you not inherit their liabilities on previous damages. The previous owner agreed to repair but only part of it was repaired. However, you all did some minor damage too. This is how I learned about your policy. I sent an email to your Office Manager on 3/21/2024. She didn t reply. I sent a second email on 3/26/24 asking her to please reply. She replied to me on 3/28/24. I was clear when I was communicating to you I would send information and pictures. I said that I would send information the following week. I sent it on time. I was busy because I needed to complete my taxes. The previous lawn care owner emailed me on 8/14/2023 stating over the next few months we will be merging with All Outdoors. There was no additional email from them or you all that a merger happened and emailed to me. You all sent me an invoice that service was done without giving me the option to approve you all to do service on my property. You didn t email me with your terms of service and policies before getting permission to go onto my property. But after I had an issue you brought up your policies. I have an email from your Office Manager dated 10/19/2023 stating, you will need to call or email me when you want to start back up and we can go from there. I can forward it to you if you need a copy of it. I suggest you review what was truly communicated to me by your Office Manager versus what you think was communicated. There is definitely an opportunity for you all to improve on your Customer Service.

AO took my sad looking pool area and turned it into an oasis! Communication was great, employees were professional and they were never in the way of my regular routines. I would recommend them for hardscape and lawn maintenance!

Great, timely service. They handle pretty much all lawn and weed maintenance, so they are really helpful. Very good with communication, always letting me know if there are delays or things going on. Their technicians are also friendly and do a great job.

I had a timber retaining wall built around a large concrete parking area in my backyard. They had a large, well equipped crew, all of who were polite, professional and worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner. Unlike many contractors Ive hired, they displayed a caring attitude and checked with me as the job progressed. They asked questions of me where needed, instead of working as fast as possible to get paid and leave. They even dug a 90 trench for me to run a power line out to my new shed which saved me a lot of time and effort. In short, they displayed pride in workmanship and Im planning to hire them again this spring to landscape my front yard and build an additional retaining wall along side my driveway there.

When looking for someone to take care of a yard that I (a single mom) have in the front and large in the back, these guys were great. Started with cleaning up everything and then did sod on the front, they now take care of the front yard so that i can take care of the backyard. They have always listened and answered any questions that I have had. When laying down the sod we had some patchy spots and the boss came out himself to reassure me that everything would be okay. I highly recommend this company, they listen to you as a customer, respect what you need and understand when youre not an expert but want to look like one.

Called this company as several friends used them and had a great experience. I need a raised bed in my backyard rebuilt. They came to take measurements and evaluate the job. Never received follow up design or quote despite calling the company back 3 separate times to make sure I hadnt missed an email or call. If its not a job they could accommodate wish they would have just let me know so I could have called someone else sooner.

Ryan and Nathaniel came by in the morning and started working despite the rain starting. Once it started storming they left and came back as soon as it stopped. We are very happy with their service. We always know when they are coming and Z takes the time to explain what is being done.

All Outdoors installed a retaining wall to correct my drainage problem. Very difficult since they had to bring all the materials (blocks, dirt, sod, river rock and mulch) to the backyard by wheelbarrows. I am so happy with the results! They built the yard back up level and planted several beautiful plants that will thrive in the shaded area. Sod was also installed in the damaged areas. Special kudos go to Austin, Brennan, Ryan and Nate! The crew was professional, courteous, respectful and very skilled at their craft. They made sure I was completely satisfied with their work before leaving. I would definitely recommend them due to the quality of work and affordable price! I have already received several compliments from my neighbors. Job well done guys!

Design was good, install was prompt, however 12 of the 35 plants installed are not viable. They have refused for weeks to come out and look at the problem plants. Their customer service after the sale is negligent and insulting. Because we had to wait so long for our concerns to be seriously addressed, we accumulated late fees on our balance due. Their motto is Where everyone is treated like family - if so , Im glad I m not in that family! In response to AO s rebuttal below- they have been paid in full, late charges and all as is our practice whenever we contract for work and it is completed to our satisfaction. I never asked for plants to be replaced because I didn t like them- that s irrational- I would have loved for someone to have made an appointment with me to discuss in person our concerns with the numerous lifeless or partially lifeless plants. Instead we weee told via email(not even in a discussion over the phone) that the plants are fine and doing well and just to pay up. I ve had my own business for 36 years and have never dealt with a customer s concerns by telling them you don t know what you re talking about .

It was so nice to work with such a great team at All Outdoors. After dealing with so many bad contractors over the last couple of years, it s good to know great contractors are still out there. On time for all appointments, great communication tools and skills, and great work. I got 4 quotes, they weren t the cheapest but in the middle and the pricing made sense to me. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with All Outdoors! The crew (Ryan, Nate, Brennan) that worked on our turf install were a pleasure to work with. It was not an easy project by any means, and they spent extra time making sure it came out the way we expected.

Ive had them as our lawn service for a couple of months. Our previous service handed our account off to them due to lack of employees. Their automated scheduling system leaves a lot to be desired. Example: last week I received 3 different notices saying we were on the schedule for service. All in one day. I had already called and explained during to holiday we were out of town and leaves would not be blown off the yard for service. I then received a email stating if they come and cannot provide service there will be a $25 charge for driving to address. Im trying to be patient but not sure this is the lawn service for me.

Jason built a beautiful stone terrace for me overlooking Lake Keowee. My home builder had been uncooperative about it, but Jason immediately saw how to engineer the terrace and recommended beautiful materials that enhance the value of our property. Jason handled all the details including the approval process with our neighborhood review board. It was not an easy job but he brought it in on budget and completed his work ahead of the promised time! I might mention that this project was constructed during the Covid restrictions. The all outdoors crew was respectful of my fears about coronavirus and graciously adhered to all the recommended distancing restrictions. I truly had nothing to worry about. Jason is a true professional and gave me excellent advice on other issues around my property as well. The team was cheerful and willing to do whatever was necessary, even when it meant shifting the locations of some very heavy stones to please me You could not do any better than to hire Jason s company. New customer to AO and so far, so good ! Our house is undergoing an extensive exterior renovation so Ashley correctly suggested a minimal service program until the project is complete. The crew has had to navigate construction equipment but they still manage to keep our lawn and hardscape looking good. And CHAD! Chad has been exceptional. We re not happy with our zoysia lawn, overgrown ivy on steep banks and the irrigation system has issues. We met with Chad, he listened, made thoughtful recommendations and has presented a beautiful design which includes a fescue lawn (sod). Also hydrangeas, azaleas, ground covers, etc. on the steep banks. And in the midst of all this listening and designing, Chad is repairing the irrigation system. Thank you AO! We re off to an exceptional start!

We signed up for Turf Boss last month for a complete year. Already I see a difference in our lawn. The technician Zee was very professional and here right he said he would be. The grass is greener and I look forward to a long relationship with Turf Boss and All Outdoors.

Our home is on a sloping lot and we were having drainige issuses with water ponding on the front walk. Chad recommened installing additinal drainsge and running pipes from the downspouts to a brook in the back yard. A 4 man crew came out and completed the job in a day and a half. All 4 men werre professional and easy to work with. I can only remember 3 names, Gregory, James and Jason. Im sure you would be happy to have them work on your project

Chad has especially been resourceful, honest & transparent, and excellent to work with on both quoting and service questions. He even got deep into an irrigation repair and found that something was simply not fully tightened and he tightened it and buttoned up the job without unnecessarily replacing components that did not need to be replaced. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience with All Outdoors. They are reachable, relatable, and willing to work with me toward meeting my (admittedly lofty) expectations.

They built a retaining wall at the back of our yard to double our usable, level space for our dog and son to enjoy. They were careful to avoid getting too close to our elderly neighbors property line, ensured our irrigation was adjusted for the new level, and ran our gutters/drainage to the back of the yard. They also disposed of a yellow jackets nest and a copperhead snake that they discovered while they were here. They are hard-working and friendly and I highly recommend them!

All Outdoors recently completed a total landscape transformation at our Overbrook property in Greenville. We re thrilled! We had a steep front bank that was overgrown with ivy and a zoysia lawn that was okay but we wanted fescue. We also had a drainage issue where water from downspouts was pooling along the house foundation. The experience was excellent from design to implementation. Chad s design for plants and shrubs to replace the ivy was beautiful. Ashley was spot on with providing a detailed proposal re. scope and cost. The crew (James, Austin, Daquan, Rod, Greg, Ryan and Jason) were capable and energetic, polite and fun all great guys. Thanks everyone job well done

Unfortunately I would not recommend All Outdoors for any future projects. Communication was consistently an issue across the months it took to do the initial evaluation thru the final aeration/overseed. We had team members show up and walk around in our backyard on two different occasions without any heads up or warning. Projects that were scheduled to take ~3 hours instead took 3 consecutive afternoons. Overall the work was poorly planned out, communication was unsatisfactory and I don t feel like I received proper value for the price.

A good job with clear contract terms and pricing. On time and on schedule

On March 15 I phoned All Outdoors (AO) to receive information regarding machine edging. Jason answered and was knowledgeable, told me AO would be able to do such a project and he himself would be out to me, the following morning, at 8:30 to look at my property and provide me with a quote. 8:30AM the next morning came and no one showed. At 8:40AM I called AO, but no one was in the office. At 8:42AM I emailed Jason questioning when he would be arriving. It wasn t until roughly 9:00AM that Danielle from AO pulled into my driveway. Danielle told me she had incorrect information/ didn t have my phone number, and she apologized for the tardiness. I told her exactly what I wanted. She said they could edge, bring the sod cutter and she said she would even provide me with a digital drawing of my property to show what it would look like. She quoted me $350. I asked her if she could do better on the price. She went to her phone calculator inputted numbers and said, I can do $250 with optimism, I said, Really!? and Danielle said, Yes, I ll just tell the guys to hurry up and get it done... it s a small job From March 16, it took me until March 31 to receive an estimate via email. At times it was difficult to get in contact with Danielle. Danielle called me the day of the project at 10:15am to ask if she could stop by within a half hour to show me the computer design. (Mind you I thought this computer design was going to be received by me weeks ago.Not minutes before the commencement of the project.) When Danielle arrived, I saw the two computer designs she created for two separate sections of my property. Not much weight was held in the computer design because Danielle and Jason sprayed and sprayed my lawn to decide how the edging would look and where it would scallop and how large the scallops would be. After hashing the design out, Jason began machine edging the back of my property. Danielle met me in the front and began to say, so I ll tell you a REALLY EASY way to get rid of this sod... I stopped her- completely dumbfounded. I told her I thought they were doing the sod removal. She looked and me incredulously and said, Oh we can t do the sod removal, that s too expensive. I was taken aback and wanted to scream to Jason to cease the project. I m paying $262 (they charged me $12 for gas) for a squiggly line on my property? Why would I have agreed to that? She specifically said she would have them bring the sod cutter! I relayed my frustrations to Danielle and she apologized profusely stating it was a miscommunication- that when she gave me a better price, that in turn didn t include sod removal (unbeknownst to me!) I was really taken aback. She said she knew it was her fault and she would do whatever to make it right. I said ok, remove the sod. She offered to have workers come at the end of the day to manually dig it out.... for $100.... I initially accepted and when I convened with my husband he couldn t constitute us paying more for AO s error. I then told Danielle I didn t want the manual dig for $100 more. She apologized & offered me $200 off a design consultation where she could design my beds and tell me what to plant and how to take care of the plants. I thought to myself, really?!? I just couldn t believe it. When the job was complete, I told Jason just what you have read. He apologized, and told me the inclusion of sod removal would have been very expensive- noting that even the original price quote of $350 was too low to have sod removal included. I relayed my dissatisfaction with their errors. Jason made NO effort to come to a resolution or provide restitution to make things right with me, the customer. I chose AO purely based on Google reviews. I will not use AO ever again, and I hope if you do, that they are prompt with their service, attentive to what you need and transparent with what you get!

This company was wonderful!! Jason and Kim put out 70 pine needles just the way I wanted and then cleaned up completely! I even saw this same company a day earlier in our neighborhood! I would recommend this company to anyone.....thank you All Outdoors!

I haven t personally used this service but they have been in our neighborhood twice now. They clean our neighbor s yard but all of the debris from their work ends up in our yard or in the other neighbor s yard. Today I watched a woman who was driving a blue vw for the company take some debris that the workers left. she threw it in the neighbors yard. Completely unprofessional.

I received an email from All Outdoors about invasion of army worms in our neighborhood lawns, with pictures of the worm and typical turf damage. After looking in my grass I found army worms and some damage in my yard and my neighbor s. I called All Outdoors and James was treating my lawn within 2 hours and also treated my neighbor s. Very prompt service hopefully prevented extensive damage.

Working with Jason and Ashley from All Outdoors was a wonderful experience. First of all, the quality of the work from Jason and his crew was outstanding. Jason also provided us with some advice of how to care for our plantings - even though thats not what he was working on. Jason is a real pro. The best part of the project is that we received a accurate, written quote with a reasonable timetable - both of which held up. No surprises and great work. I fully recommend All Outdoors.

All Outdoors has been the most responsive company I have used for yard maintenance services. Unknown to us, our grass in our back yard was turning brown from an army worm invasion. All Outdoors was treating other yards in our neighborhood and knocked on our door to offer to treat our yard before the army worms invaded and killed the rest of our grass. Do to their prompt treatment our yard is recovering and turning back green. I have used All Outdoors for other services and continue to be impressed with their responsiveness and knowledge.

Made One phone call, they actually picked up too! Gave us an estimate, arrived when they said they would, and did an excellent job cleaning up our yard. They are very reasonably priced, we will definitely use their services again. Highly Recommend.

All Outdoors rescued me from a stalled patio project. It was obvious in the first 5 minutes on site that the team of Jason, Jared , and Ken was professional, competent, and highly skilled. They showed up, communicated well, and did what they promised. They managed time effectively, even around weather delays. They cleaned up after themselves. I did not have to micromanage, track them down, or nudge. AND, as an added bonus, they were great people to have around. The entire process flowed painlessly and effectively from bid request to placement of the last block. I now have a beautiful and unique patio and am loving my new space. Also, within 24 hours of project completion a neighbor asked me for contact info for his own project, and the HOA president (a General contractor) complimented the quality of the work. I continue to receive compliments on the patio. I highly recommend All Outdoors.

Have been really impressed by ALL Outdoors customer service. They are prompt, and aside from a couple scheduling issues they are top notch. The yard looks 10x better than last year and it hasnt been a full 12 months of using their service.

Company talked a good game, and drew up some designs that we asked for on the front and back of our property. They charged us for the design work, which we were fine with. Since we didnt know anything about the company we decided to start with a smaller project on the front of the property. My wife contacted the designer by email to ask for pricing on the front design and received no reply. After several weeks, she again asked for an update by email and copied the owner of the company. Weeks later we still have received no response from this company. Update: After posting my review I was contacted quickly by an employee of the company, who was upset that I didnt contact them by phone. Virtually all communications had been via email, including the initial confirmation of service that we received on 8/21, delivery of contract, and delivery of 3D videos, the latter of which we promptly paid for electronically. Therefore, email communications were not an issue until 9/18 when we outlined our priorities and requested estimates for each component of the work. After no response, a follow up email was sent on 10/5 and, until today (10/19), had generated no response. I cant comment on the quality of the work or the value since we never received pricing or had any work done. The company we have since contracted with provided same-day, upfront pricing on their initial visit and have already completed two projects within a week of their initial estimate. We hold no ill will against All Outdoors and feel confident their previous reviews reflect high quality landscaping services. However, our experience was very disappointing.

We were having really bad drainage issues that were impacting our structure and crawl space. Rhett provides as detailed remedial list and got the job done right and very professional. Would definitely recommend to others. Maybe not the cheapest but for sure the best!

We absolutely LOVE using ALL Outdoors. They have cleaned up our flower beds and made it so easy and beautiful! I truly can t wait to see the new flowers and bushes in the spring.

I used All Outdoors for a couple of different projects. One project was to pipe the rain gutter from my home under my front yard to the sidewalk so water would not stand and accumulate around my home. The 2nd project was to cut my concrete walkway in the front of my home and along the side of my home every 8ft or so to install stone pavers to give my walkway a more custom look that matched the stone work on my craftsman home. Jason and his team did a great job on both projects! I am also going to have Jason and All Outdoors work up some plans for my back yard space. I highly recommend All Outdoors for your outdoor home projects!

Great company to work with. Jason came out the the house on a relatively big job for the estimate and we talked about what we would like to have done. We walked the whole property and discussed grinding down a stump, removing a flower bed, laying sod, planting several different plants in the flower beds, removal of plants and mulch and covering the beds with river rock. We also discussed how to improve a drainage ditch. He did not write anything down yet when the written estimate was emailed everything was covered!! I liked how the different jobs were itemized so you could pick and chose what you wanted on the estimate, very easy to deal with and I handled it all through the smartphone. He worked us in on the stump grinding and laying down the sod early and the other items are scheduled at a later time so I will leave another review later but I m sure it will be another good one. The first part was scheduled over 2 weeks out, they showed up on time and finished the job perfectly, no hassle at all!! The next job is lined up for shortly in the future and I can t wait to see the results. So far we have had a very pleasant experience with All Outdoors and we HIGHLY recommend them! Jason and team recently transformed our backyard completely with a retaining wall, side walkway and patio extension, new sod and mulch beds. They are on time, professional, take pride of their work, they listen and deliver what you want. Highly recommend!

I cant imagine a worse lawn service. The first guys did okay. The next two services with a different crew were horrible. Not only did they not clean up the front flower bed, they blew leaves into the bed from the side yard. I called. The guys blamed it on the neighbor, like they intentional blew their leaves across my yard into my flower bed. Impossible. They said the guy would come back to clean it up that day. He never showed up. I had the garden hose hidden in the bed. They took that out and left it in the yard. They opened the back gate to access the backyard, but never closed it. I gave it one more chance. You cant even tell they did anything. I doubt the blades were turning. They didnt clean up the beds, no leaf cleanup or dead branch removal. The front lawn has just as many leaves there as before they came. None were mulched. They didnt clean up anything. The yard looks horrible. The picture below was taken immediately after they left. Even though disabled and on crutches, I will have to risk my health to clean up the mess they created and the leaves in since fallen in the front yard. Absolutely horrible service.

It has been a pleasure dealing with Ashley and Jason at All Outdoors. They have been very attentive to our needs and the quality of their work has been outstanding. Jason and Ashley told us our project would take four days, and it ended up taking three months. Our project entailed laying stone tiles in a small patio area and constructing a countertop. At first, Jason and Ashley seemed professional because they accommodated our style choices. We were clear with our wishes and put everything in writing to communicate as openly as possible. Unfortunately, Jason did not understand a written, critical request to lay the stone in a pattern, so it was installed in an arbitrary, senseless way. When we pointed it out to Jason, he denied that he did anything wrong, then said it was our fault because we didn t catch it in time. This demonstrated his lack of integrity. Over the next 3 months, he and Ashley went back and forth on whether they would fix their mistake. For weeks on end, we would hear nothing from them, despite multiple attempts to contact them. At one point, Jason came and ripped up our entire backyard, causing our backyard, driveway, and garage to be unusable - covered in broken stone and dust, and then left it that way for a month, with no communication. In the rare instances that they saw or talked to us, they were very rude. Jason was extremely sexist, interrupting me mid-sentence, pointing his finger at me to silence me, and only allowing my husband to answer his questions. Finally, after months of begging, Jason re-installed the stone. This took several days, and we had to stay home from work at the last minute, to make sure everything was done the correct way. The whole time, Jason and all of his workers were tremendously disrespectful. Jason said we tried to screw him by asking the company to pay for its mistake. Also, their workmanship was awful. They wanted to use chipped/broken stones for the repair. Lastly, they ignored our requested dimensions of the countertop and significantly changed its size. We are glad to be done with AllOutdoors. We want to believe Ashley and Jason are good people, but we would never trust them to do any work on our home again. Obviously, we don t recommend them.

My wife and I had a very bad experience with the previous landscape company and Ashley and Jason at All Outdoors came to our rescue. Can t say enough about the quality of work and exceptional customer service of this company. I would highly recommend their services to others.
