Bradley, Hugo,Felix,Juan and Agustin did an excellent job installing tons of mulch, pulling out bushes, and cutting down the lirope. Everything was neat and tidy after they finished the work. Awesome!!

Doug quickly determined the problem and repaired it in short order. He also checked some concerns in my irrigation system and determined it to be in good working order. He then took time to give me a good understanding of how to use the control module to better set watering timez.

I hired Precision Landscape Management to fertilize our lawn after the sod installed was not doing well. There were a lot of weeds, and the grass was not growing as it should. I never thought my grass would look this great. Our technician, Andrew, has done a great job of finally getting this sod to grow and turn green.I appreciate the team approach of this company. We have a dedicated person to answer all of my questions in a timely manner. I like that they have long term employees, unlike the other larger companies that do lawn fertilization. They will come back and spray for weeds if the application (at no additional cost) did not kill them the first time. They let you know when they are coming, and send out helpful informational emails about your lawn as well. Having used other fertilizing companies, in a different state, I believe this is the best company we have ever had fertilizing our lawn.

Scheduling was accurate and communication was excellent. Job was done as specified with one plant having to be repositioned. This was handled with follow up very quickly. They charged a reasonable price. Very organized operation. Plan on using again for other projects.

I started service with this company about two months ago and their customer service is the best. One of their employees, Doug, handles all their irrigation services and he is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. He recently did some repairs and it is evident he takes pride in his work.

Almost passed on this outfit because I was told there was a first time consultation fee, but it was actually a diagnostic fee but as one hr of service labor. This was inline with other competitors. I m glad Doug reached out and detailed it out, so I decided to give them a try. Doug came out and did a very thorough diagnostic of the system and made adjustments as necessary. If i could give 10 stars I would! Last year Precision took over my lawn care in my new-to-me house. I had little hope - but in a year it has turned a corner. I can t wait to see how much better it gets. This year I decided to put in an irrigation system and upgrade the plantings. Phil came over and had an answer to every question I asked - even the I have never owned a home myself questions. He was patient, knowledgeable and quickly a plan came together. Last month the greatest group of workers transformed the outside of my house. THANK YOU to Ronald, Carlos, Ramon, Eulogio, another Carlos, Hober and Juan! You worked so hard, put in long hours in the heat and weren t done until you were satisfied and I was too. The digging, trenching, installing all the parts of the irrigation system and the digital system for ease of scheduling. Then there was the trimming of everything on my backyard STEEP hill. Plants were removed and replaced. New things were added. Next came the mulching of the beds in the front and sides of the house and pine straw on the hill in the back. Wait, I forgot the drip line on that hill. The clean up was impressive and I was almost sad to see everyone leave. But wait, there s more - Doug came to help me really understand the app for controlling the system. He is so smart! His explanations made sense and made sure this technology did not overwhelm me. He was patient. I am so happy with Precision. I look forward to their continued hard work. Paying for the best is worth every penny. Thank you doesn t seem enough!

Today we asked precision to spread mulch in a large portion of our yard. We had two very energetic and polite Latino men come and do a beautiful job. I wish I had thought to get their names, but they were here on April 2. I hope we re lucky enough to get them in the future.

We ve been using Precision for a few years and have been satisfied. This Spring they have really stepped up their communication and Stephen has given us personal attention since they have tested our soil and adjusted the content of the of the treatments. Daryl came this morning for a treatment and was very attentive and stopped to speak to me and told me when to cut and water afterwards. I highly recommended them.

Sam came out and gave us ideas for what we could do. They installed rocks along side of the creek and cleaned up the bank so water could flow more freely. From start to finish, the communication was excellent and super pleased with the results, it looks great! We will be using Precision Landscaping for any future projects.

From the initial design process (Ben) to going over layout and questions about installation and all logistical matters (Steve) and the on-site supervisor (Ron), this landscaping project has been so easy! Precision Landscape Management is top shelf as far as providing excellent service. I have my own lawn maintenance company and trust them with my own yard for weed control and fertilization. They communicate when they are coming, summarize what they did, and paying for it is easy as far as automatic draft. They also take into account my particular grass (fescue) and treat accordingly; it is not a once size fits all approach that some of the other weed control companies employ. My technician, Mike, took the time to explain the treatments and what I could do to keep my turf healthy. Geoff was great at getting back to me when I added new sod and needed additional treatments. Precision does things with integrity and know-how. Highly recommend!

Doug came out today to place top soil and seed in our backyard and side yards. He also checked the irrigation system to make sure all areas would be covered to ensure the seed would grow. I usually don t write reviews because, like most of us, I am bugged to write them by every company that we have any dealings with. However, this time its different. I got fed up with lawn maintenance companies that didnt show up, did a half-baked job and never communicated with us. Finally, I called Precision. On the phone they indicated that someone would be back to me later that day to set up an appointment to see what we wanted to have done. Sure enough, Tyler, our account manager, called later that day, introduced himself and asked for a time to meet with us. A few days later Tyler stopped by the house and we walked the property so he could see what needed to be done, asked about my expectations and indicated that he would put together a quote to address everything we discussed. Within 2 days, I had the quote which did address everything that we talked about during his visit. At this point I liked what I saw so we signed up. The next day Tyler called to introduce the team that would be working on our property and review when they would be coming over. I said, Team???? I was used to lawn maintenance companies that were two guys, a dog and a garage who came by sometimes, did the mow and blow and then left before I could talk to them about anything. Yes Tyler said, Suzanne and Marcella(SP?) were the gardeners who would do bi-weekly weeding, minor trimming and general non- mowing functions; Randall and Jonathan would be by weekly to cut the lawn in season and address the leaves in the fall and Doug would be addressing our irrigation issues as well as turning off the system in the fall. Wow was all I could say. Sure enough, over the next week or so we met Suzanne and Marcella (SP?) who have done a great job with the weeding and minor trimming. Jonathan and Randall come every Monday and either cut the lawn or clean up some of the leaves and I set up an appointment to meet with Doug to address our ongoing irrigation problems. Doug stopped by our home and we walked the yard. I expressed my frustration with the current irrigation set up ( I am not a fan of drip irrigation not sure if the drip is how the water is supposed to come out of the line or is a description of the person who invented it). We turned on all the zones, saw where it was working and where it was not. During this walk I talked about an area where the previous lawn company had installed a hedge of hollies, and they were not doing well. Doug figured out that they were planted incorrectly and would die if not replanted properly and had the irrigation reset He was right, as I had already replaced 3 or the 13 that were initially planted. Doug said he would be back to me within a week with his recommendations and a quote. Sure enough, a couple of days later I got an email with the quote from Doug where he outlined what he was recommending and why. Out of the blue a week or so later, Tyler stopped by see how everything was going with their service and to see we wanted to address the more involved shrub trimming. I told him how impressed I was with their service and asked him to set up the further trimming in the spring. Honestly, I am really impressed with the professionalism from everyone on our team. I have never experienced this from a Landscaping company. Please, please guys .keep up the GREAT work. We are very, very happy customers!

In my opinion, they are expensive and ineffective especially their weed/lawn maintenance program. After two years with Precision, my yard looks so bad I ll likely have to re-sod. The first picture is before I hired them. The rest are after. I only gave them one star because zero wasn t an option. Beware.

This higher rating is primarily due to my previous experience with Stephen Moses and Cam Lawson being responsive and knowledgeable. Lately, communication has been poor and my latest experience with Brian Gray did nothing but hurt this company s image and reputation. After requesting advice on how to supplement treatment from Precision between visits on my own dime, he responded with nothing you can really do other than sand leveling the entire lawn for 5 or 6 thousand dollars . When pointing out some weeds I have had issues with, he replied those are hard or impossible to get rid of . After finding a growing fungus in my backyard he explained that a fungicide treatment would be in order; he never scheduled it. I called the following week and he informed me that fungicide would be a good idea, we ll do that next week only to find out it wasn t scheduled again after following up 7 days later - my account according to Amy said no further action required . He clearly had better places to be and more important people to see. I m not a huge customer by any means but my profession is business development and customer relations. Brian was a poor example of both. Hopefully this can be recognized moving forward.

My yard is becoming more lush and green. What more could you want? Ari handled things today professionally and thoroughly.

Precision has done a great job maintaining the lush look of new Bermuda sod. Even the existing grass that was thin and weedy is beginning to look more full with very few weeds. Communication about treatment times is great. No contracts. Just pay for the treatments you want. I highly recommend Precision!

I was a loyal Tru Green Customer since 2005. The only reason I left Tru Green is because I wanted a more personable customer facing company instead of me having to go through an automated service. I was referred to Precision Landscaping by a gentleman that was installing landscaping lighting. He insisted that Precision Landscaping would be the right company to meet my lawn care needs. This has been the most unresponsive organization I have ever had business dealing with. People Buy from People They Like!! Hard to do business with an organization that does not want to know you! I guess Tru Green automated services aren t so bad after all, at least you can hear a recording!!

Stephen and his Team always do excellent work and provide a great service. They are first class with communication and working with our schedule when we need additional services. Highly recommend.

Precision has done all chemical application for my lawn for 3 years. The service is always predictable, reliable, reasonable, and professional. My lawn looks green and weed-free which is my priority! I highly recommend Precision for my lawn care needs.

I had them come out to do a simple job of clearing out an area, putting down weed blocking paper and then putting down mulch. They failed to accomplish this simple task over many months time and I had to continually go back to check their work which was done wrong every time. Now, months after, i am doing work on the area myself and am finding more areas where they failed to accomplish task properly. I asked them repeatedly to do their job properly, shared videos and pictures, but they continued to deny any wrong. Eventually they came out to supposedly fix the issues but I see now they clearly did not. I trusted them, hired them, and then was jerked around for months and had to pay full price for a job that was half way done.

Ive spent time with Nate and his team continue to be impressed with his professionalism, integrity, and focus on serving his customers well. As a fellow landscape contractor its easy for me to see that Nate make every effort to serve his customers and employees well.

This is bit of a unique review, but I was looking to give my yard a refresh and was super thankful and appreciative of Precision (Cam Lawson specifically) for great communication on pricing, options, and expertise. We ended up not being able to move forward with the work but I know that when we do, well go with Precision.

Precision is hands down the best. My fescue grass is the best in the neighborhood. Makes you feel good to have neighbors stop and compliment your yard!

If you can get them to come out, they do good work, but in my experience thats near impossible. They came out once and did a good job, but they never returned. Communication was abysmal. I was the one who reached out each time and they repeatedly told me they were coming next week and next week and finally by the end of the month, but they never showed and never even told me that werent going to be able to make it after all. I finally gave up and hired another company that ACTUALLY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD.

Excellent company that consistently does good work. They value their customers, communicate well and knowledgeably, and achieve great results. What more could you ask for?!

I use Precision for their turfgrass applications. They communicate well and are knowledgable about what treatment is best for the grass and when to apply it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality product and service from a local company.

Ive been working with Precision for a number of years now. They have taken care of the turf at two of my properties and most recently I have hired them to work on irrigation systems, outdoor lighting, and planting trees. These guys know their stuff and truly want to do their best work for you. They have maybe had some growing pains as word has spread about their top notch work, but all in all, I highly recommend.
