Phoenix does a great job maintaining our neighborhoods. They tackle anything I throw their way with professionalism and in a timely manner. Great group of people to work with.

Our HOA contracted Phoenix for our common areas in Brookvue here in Concord. Since then nothing but poor landscaping in our community. As a homeowner I should not have to go behind them on a weekly basis and inspect. Would never recommend this company.

Though they just started with our HOA, Jan 2021, in the short period of time they have shown a lack of professionalism. While mowing and edging is ok , week after week the fallen tree limbs are ignored ,and debris is blown back onto lawns and islands. We were told by the board president she gives them 5stars. Sure she's not thinking 5stars now after numerous complaints in such a short period of time.. #NotSatisfied!

We live in a community, one of many that hires this "investment group based landscape company". Their work is inferior to other landscape companies that have worked with our community. They are also much more expensive and provide less for a larger investment by our members. I would STRONGLY recommend your community not hire Phoenix Landscaping.

Unprofessional and incompetent: Unfortunately, this company has been contracted to landscape my community. While reliable about mowing and edging, they fall far short in the treatment of lawn problems. My yard is plagued by mole damage. Months ago, I was reassured this would be treated. They sprinkled a treatment for a few minutes which proved ineffective. My repeated calls and texts to Matt, the manager, regarding the continuing presence of mole tunnels have been ignored. My numerous pleas to Joanne, his assistant, are met with surliness. In the meantime, the damage from moles to my yard is expanding at an alarming rate. Here are examples of Phoenix Landscaping. Take heed - you have been warned!

Phoenix has been my go to landscape company for the past few years. Jeremy Loadholdt is an outstanding person of integrity who always has his clients best interests at heart. Had the chance to meet Jeremy’s boss Adam Wyman at a conference and can say he was a pleasure to meet and assured me if I ever needed anything to reach out to him. Great group of guys and great company! Keep doing what you’re doing over there, it’s working!

While driving behind one of their trailers, their driver threw out a coke bottle with the cap on it. He was going 75 miles per hour. It bounced off my car several times causing damage to it. Shawn, the manager called me back grilling me about what color the trailer was! He insisted I couldn't prove there was any damage done. I invited him to take a look but no answer. I am so glad our HOA fired this company as people were complaining all the time about the landscaping job they did.

Phoenix Landscape Management takes curb appeal to a new level. The staff are trained professionals who take pride in their work. Shawn, the Operations Manager for our property, has a comprehensive understanding of native plant species and horticultural best practices. They have been a great company to work with.
