Hoovs Lawncare in Greentown

Called Friday and spoke to “Hoover” about what I am needing regards to fertilizer, maintaining my yard and aerating my lawn for the year. He said he’d come out and give me an estimate tomorrow on SATURDAY because he “had 3 crews” working for him and I wouldn’t have to wait until the next week. He asked me what time would be good to stop by and I said early evening (the same time we were talking.) He said that would be a great time, to text him my name and address (which I did and a reminder of the date and time) and he said he would text me before he came over. No response at 6:55 PM from him on that SATURDAY so I texted him and asked if he was still planning on coming over that evening. No reply text or call from him whatsoever. Still no response and it’s 2 AM on MONDAY. Needless to say I won’t be using him or his company for my lawn care needs! Not sure how anyone has all 5 star ratings either… hmm.

I posted I needed help with my yard, being a disabled widow and Mr Hoover contacted me immediately and came out first thing the next day. Even though the yard was extremely tall he spent the time to get the yard back in shape. And this was right before the holiday weekend. I would highly recommend him! His price was reasonable even though given the situation others would have taken advantage—he did NOT! He will be doing my yard for as long as he likes. Thank you so much Mr Hoover!

The owner arrived at the time set up. He was very thorough with his consultation. He explained all the services he suggested and why they were important for the yard. His prices are very reasonable and he has done an amazing work on my yard. I will always use him and recommend him to anyone who's looking for lawn services.
