We moved from SoCA to NC in 2021, so lawncare is very different. Previous year, we tried a large nationwide company to take care of our new lawn but was not impressed with their service or customer service. A work colleague recommended Tender Lawn Care and we have not been disappointed. This year is our first season with Tender Lawn Care so I have lots of questions about the lawn care and the process. Miguel is very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. He take time to explain in detail what he is doing and why. I was very impressed with the detailed localized weed killing (#4) and the manual seeding around flower beds where grass seeds should not be. I hate weeds and grass in flower beds. Your customer communication and informative emails are #1. Keep up the good work!

This is a wonderful company with amazing results. We had weeds a plenty and a mole or vole problem due to insects. TLC took care of the issues we had, seeded our lawn and keep it looking beautiful. We highly recommend them to anyone with a lawn.

Jeff and his team provide great service. When I purchased my home, the grass was a mess after not being maintained. I tired to improve my lawn on my own for two years without success. TLC now has my yard thick and green. Also, always easy to contact someone by email or phone.

Our yard always looks great now that Jeff and his crew at TLC take care of it. We spend less than we did when trying to do it ourselves. TLC is even less costly than other providers and provides more personal service than others. If we have questions about something noticed in our yard, we can send a photo to Jeff and he provides timely feedback. In addition to keeping the grass looking great, they also help keep our yard flea/tick free. The improvement in our yard after just one season was so drastic that the majority of the houses in our neighborhood now use Tender Lawn Care too.
I have known Jeff for almost 40 years , he has always shown dedication and passion for everything that he has done over his lifetime. This should say tons of how he runs his business and takes care of his customers. !
