You spilt diesel all over my lawn ; did nothing but left a voicemail and left a mess all over the property . The voicemail also falsely stating it was a small area which we discussed was much larger then your tech stated in voicemail and admitted to when coming out (all recorded ) Sprayed something that just made things worse , did nothing to remediate it or fix it . My lawn is terrible and you’ve done nothing about it. You left the property doing nothing about it . You’ve done nothing to remediate it , spraying anti microbial doesn’t fix it sorry it’s diesel . This company is horrible . In response to your lies stated to below .. “ Turf Medic LLC (Owner) 3 days ago We are sorry that we have not met your expectations for lawn aeration and overseeding that was completed a year ago on Aug 17, 2023. Contrary to what has been stated in above review, we have did our best to remedy your concerns by returning to your property three times on 08/21/23, 09/21/23, and 09/22/23 with additional seeding work, lime treatments, and microbial treatments. To our knowledge, the grass was growing fine and the issue was rectified. Homeowner has not e-mailed or called us since last September. Please reach out to us.” Nothing as growing fine. Over seeding and remediation as you call your one stop did notnong. YOU SPILT DIESEL ALL OVER MY PROPERTY LIED ABOUT ITS SEVERITY AND LEFT THE PROPERTY UNTIL CALLED. You then DID NOTHING TO CHECK YOUR GUY LAUGHING ABOUT IT DID ANYTHING . Don’t say contrary to what’s been stated . That’s a lie . Your best was to leave ? To lie ? Hey everyone, we've been using Turf Medic LLC for over a year now, and I have to say, their products really work. Our backyard faces a wooded area, and our front yard gets a lot of weeds and air-borne seeds like crabgrass. After 4-6 treatments, I noticed a decrease in the bad grass and an improvement in the tall green fescue grass. Take a look at the photos and see for yourself! I highly recommend this company! Turf Medic’s team is professional and very thorough. The team is very responsive to requests or concerns and as simple as just sending an email. My lawn has never looked better. The Turf Medic family are great people to work with for lawn care. I always get lots of compliments on my yards. They are always careful with freshly planted grass. We have engaged Turf Medics, LLC services the last few years and they make everything so easy. Our lawn is tough, the builders just threw everything under the sun on our lawn and then covered it with grass. Turf Medic has helped tremendously. Several years ago I switched from TrueGreen to Turf Medic and only see positive results. My grass looks great and working with Turf Medic is easy. Its family owned small business and very responsive to calls/emails. Theyre also a lot cheaper than the big comapnies!

I have been using Turf Medic now for 5+ Years. Love how my lawn has turned out. Their service has also helped keep my lawn looking nice even in high traffic areas where dogs maybe using the lawn often. They also notify me when they will be coming out before every trip and they provide information on lawn care throughout the year so if animals have to be off the lawn for a day, or I need to water the lawn after application, I know in advance. Turf medic has been servicing our property for 4-5 years now. Outstanding service and they communicate very well. We get at least 24 hr notice prior to them servicing our property. By having their service it has made our lawn beautiful, and weed free.
Have been using Turf Medic for 4+ years now. Initially when started with them, my lawn had so much weeds and crab grass. After 1.5 years they still didnt go completely. And i was upset and stopped the service for few months and tried myself with market products which again worsened. But after talking to Sheldon and i came to know that it will take some time and multiple treatments to get the weeds completely cleared. Now my lawn is as good as my neighbors. Thanks to Turf Medic. I will definitely recommend them for anyone who is looking for quality lawn care.

My neighbor recommended this lawn service and saw the great reviews on Google Maps. Before using Turf Medic, my lawn was filled with clover, crabgrass and dandelions. I began treatments for my lawn in the Fall or 2022. In the Spring of this year, I noticed a difference in how much thicker and greener my grass was. After the first treatment of weed killer this Spring, I could see the dead crabgrass throughout my lawn and no dandelions. They accept all forms of payment and will email you 24 hours before servicing your lawn. They are flexible with how much or how little you want your lawn serviced. My only minor complaint is that I wish they would provide more advanced notice for servicing in case I need to cancel or reschedule. I easily recommend this business for the great service they provide.
These guys are great. My lawn is green and lush. If I ever have a question of what to do about something, Sheldon gives me great advice .

Used this company for the lawn pest/weed control. Overall, nothing to complain about or brag about in terms of the product itself. However, last week while out of town, Turf Medic (and only Turf Medic!) accessed my yard to treat it and left it in a horrible condition. My neighbor called to let me know the technician was riding recklessly through my yard. I reached out to management and their response was so unbelievably unprofessional. He left a voicemail saying it s not our fault we wouldn t need to get that close to your fence to damage your fence. I agree you shouldn t have been close enough to damage my fence! Manager swears it couldn t be them .he asked his employee if they threw my chairs and the employee said no, so wrong company yeah okay. They then proceeded to charge my card (unauthorized) almost immediately after my complaint. Save yourself the time and headache.
I have started the service expecting to improve my lawn green area. I have not seen much improvement and the service guys never noticed the issue. I am not happy that they were not interested in looking at the service but only wanted payment taken care. I agree that payment was not on time but that should not be the reason to not service when I offered to hand over the check when a service tech comes to evaluate and assess the situation. I offered to pay when the service tech comes and thats very reasonable. As a business owner myself I would have taken the offer so that it is win win and not making customers unhappy. I hope this is a wake up call for you to address issues better rather than you did Anthony !!!
The worst at handling its consumers. I asked for at least a 24 hr notice so i can make sure my yard is clear. I have dogs and a baby that leaves their toys everywhere. They never did it. One time they emailed me at 5ish am and they came to spray the loan at 8 am... not a 24 hr notice. They sprayed it last year and this is year is allllllll back!!! Also they guarantee that if you are not satisfied they will come and fix it. It took a LOT of negotiating and the owner kept on telling me he doesn t guarantee anything and would avoid coming back at all costs. Not what they guarantee. Please avoid it

I requested information online, and they called me quickly. I ask that someone could come out and talk with me about my concerns before agreeing to anything. They said that was not possible, and would not meet me until I signed up. I have been using another company for years and am not happy with results, I was ready to make a change, yet this company is not interested in talking with me. Must be nice to be too busy for new customers.
Well, I found these folks at the home show at thought what the heck I would rather go with a smaller firm, so I signed up. After only 2 visits I am so glad I switched. Drop Tru Green and go with these guys, More Expertise, More thorough, Better customer service.

The lawn care services we receive from Turf Medic are exceptional. We tried other vendor like lawn care services with poor results. Then we tried our own hand at it. Things got a little better but still a meek looking lawn to say the least. We decided to try Turf Medic and the results within just one year are superior!
