I would like to highlight the excellent work of Melvin in the pest control department at Pro Green. He was extremely professional and efficient, helping to resolve all the pest issues I had in my garden. Melvin demonstrated deep knowledge, used effective methods, and explained every step of the process, which gave me great peace of mind. Thanks to his efforts, my garden is finally pest-free. I highly recommend his work without hesitation!
MULTIPLE PROPERTY DAMAGE COMPLAINTS AND WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. These guys have a track record of damaging your vehicle with mower projectiles then completely lying about it when you file a claim. Spoke to the site manager, and they agreed to handle damage if I contacted the office. Later, when i called Mike Melchiorte at the office, he lied that they were not working in the area that day. then when I mentioned photos, he said they did not have standup mowers. Then, when you mention photos again, their mowers are special and don't discharge when on a hill. Check the better business Bureau as they have past incidents of the same practice in unresolved complaints. i was told to call owner v/p Randy Spansanburg, but they were not going to help me to repair my vehicle. God forbid you use these guys on your property and they damage something with their equipment as they will not stand behind their workmanship.

As an HOA President, since bringing in ProGreen over the last year, they have worked hard to maintain our community. Always doing what they can to work within our budget with no surprises. With previous companies, not caring about how they treated individual lawns, Progreen came in and all complaints stopped. From the Crew managers to the leads, Everyone I have worked with has been great. If your looking for an honest company to work with, give them a call. Landscaping takes time to come around but they always work hard.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. These guys don’t know how to landscape a lawn never mind do anything else. Our lake worth community had them for 3 months then we couldn’t take them butchering our lawns anymore. It looked like someone came by drunk and mowed the lawns. Sometimes they would skip resident properties all together. During their last couple weeks of service they apparently sprayed some chemical on our lawns and then turned off our community sprinklers causing all our grass to turn yellow and bushes to wilt. No other lawns in the surrounding area look like this. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn’t hire these people again if they were free.
Great people. As an HOA President, I know who covers maintenance, irrigation, new quotes for plants and trees, as well as the leadership if there ever needs to be an escalation (no need). We have worked with them to turn around our community's landscaping needs after two major projects - a new roof and paint/restoration. From the moment we engaged, they were very responsive and attentive to our needs and requests. Our community looks beautiful once again thanks to ProGreen. Often times people look for the best pricing and think landscaping is a commodity. I can tell you first-hand that landscaping is not a commodity. ProGreen has the proper arbor, plant, and flower experts to guide our choices for what looks and grows the best in our South Florida community. Clearly, I highly recommend ProGreen -Al Ford
DONT HIRE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO DAMAGE YOUR PROPERTY!! THEY ALSO USE THE BATHROOM WHERE EVER THEY PLEASE… DISGUSTING I’d give negative stars if it was possible! The community that I live in hired this company. They destroyed the siding on my house. I have reach out to them numerous times. The manager to my community has reach out numerous times. Which has all been documented and they’ve done nothing. This has been ongoing since august 2022 and it’s it now July 2023 and they’ve continuously damaged my siding every week they come even after they’ve been told MULTIPLE TIMES not to weed wack every week! It’s ridiculous and so unprofessional.
Reviewed the estimate, but when I tap on pay, I cannot find the bill

ProGreen Services was hired to handle our community s landscaping. They have been here for over a year, which is unusual because we seem to change every 6 months. We are very happy with ProGreen Services!

Our community uses this company and they are the absolute worst. Lawn crew blocked the gate exit and refused to move, poor customer service, and most importantly, use my water hose, cut it, and refused to address it because we don t have video proof that it was them. Unreliable, unresponsive. Keep looking! This company isn t worth your dime.

I just saw them deliberately damaging my brand new car that was sitting in a corner by itself, specifically because I know theyre incredibly incompetent! I hope one of them fall into that wood chipper feet first. Now you see this garbage response? They knew it happened when it happened, took pictures, promised to fix the damage, and NEVER SHOWED UP! Zero integrity, zero respect for personal property and blatant dishonesty! Here they are trying to save face for Google with Lies!
We started using Progreen when our previous company abandoned our community. Josh Hopfer was the point man during the transition to our community. He presented concrete plans and expertise, the community moved quickly to sign the contract since the community at that point was without a landscaper for almost 3 weeks. Progreen started on and immediately homeowners started noting how much better they are compared to our previous company. They have taken responsibility and take great care-of our community. Josh is great and the rest of the team that oversees the community are always asking homeowners where they can improve. The team that is working here is always proactive in addressing issues and I find that extremely helpful. Hope this review is helpful if you find yourself looking for a commercial landscaping company. Thank you

Super rude employees. Blocked our driveway with their truck and instead of moving they just rudely stared at us as we tried to park our car. Then as we re unloading our car one of them comes running up from about 20 feet away, starts his leaf blower right in front of our car and begins to yell at us to go inside. Completely uncalled for and highly unprofessional. I do not recommend this company whatsoever.

If you could give a 0 rating that s what I would give this company. Poor quality mowing. Uneven moving, hit and miss weed eating. They might edge and might not. Our community just changed to this company and it is horrible. Not only does the equipment need to be updated but they need experience people to do a good job.
Called the office to speak to manager about an issue...he was the most disrespectful and inconsiderate man. Definitely not a professional. Seek service somewhere else if you dont want a headache
