Matt's Lawn Care & Snow Removal in Green Bay

I had Matt's Lawn Care cut down 8 large trees. The crew was very careful with property and personal. Work was done in a timely manner. The crew was very nice and polite to work with. They went above and beyond what I expected. I would recommend them 100 percent.

Tried to request a qoute online. Wasn't sure I did it right, so called and had to leave a message. Have had no response in over a week

Avoid Matt and his business. We moved from out of state to De Pere this summer and needed lawn installation. I only spoke with him over the phone and he was a quick friendly salesman off the bat, promising his service and integrity. We hired him and paid a ridiculous amount for the shoddy lawn we got and we want to save others the money, time and trouble. He had his workers out to do our lawn (never once met Matt himself) and he then became unresponsive to any questions I had along the way, once he got paid. The worst part is that we later discovered their “grading and topsoil” went against code on the final grading of our new home and now the soil/lawn is higher than the last row of vinyl siding. I’ve had 3 different landscapers assess this including the Town of Lawrence Inspector who confirmed we will have to have the entire perimeter and then some regraded and reseeded in the Spring to avoid the wood under the siding rotting over time. I contacted Matt about the issue and gave him several chances and weeks to respond, hoping he’d have the integrity or professionalism to at least address the issue and he sadly will not respond. Please avoid Matt’s lawn company and save yourself the time, money, and hassle we’ve had to go through.

Have been using them for lawn mowing and snow removal for a while. We had 5-6” of snow in the driveway Tuesday morning and it’s still there. Have tried calling (only goes to voicemail), emailing, and texting, but no response. Looking for someone new. This is not acceptable!!!
