Used this company for two years. Overall wasn't happy with the work. My lawn doesn't look a whole lot better than it did before I hired them. Most recently they were hired to clean up leaves, trim some shrubs, and replace mismatched landscaping rock. They did a good job cleaning up the leaves but did not complete the other parts of the job and the owner has yet to show up to rectify issue even when telling me he was on his way on several occasions. Have decided to take my business elsewhere.
If I could give zero stars I would! I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB. Scheduled an appt to have the sprinklers started for the season. I asked how much it would be to replace a sprinkler head. I was told $22 and up depending on the type. I asked if that included labor and he said yes. Worker came out and barely spoke any English at all. I asked him if he could replace a head that wasn't coming up high enough to reach an area about 2 feet away. I asked if he could put a different kind of head there. He said yes. Before he changed out the first head we ran through the system. Zone 1 came on just fine with no issues. Zone 2 same. Zone 3 came on no issues, but there were two broken heads (which I was already aware of). Zone 4 did not come on at all. Zone 5 came on with zero issues. Worker replaced the two broken heads in zone 3. He then began messing with the wires in the control box in the ground. He was not able to fix the problem with zone 4. Not only was he not able to fix the issue, but now the only zone that works is zone 3! When you run zone 1, zone 3 comes on. Run zone 2, zone 3 comes on. Run zone 3, part of zone 3 comes on. Zone 4 and 5 do absolutely nothing! He said he would have to send boss out. Ok, perfect. Shortly after he left I went outside and noticed a puddle of water under the shut off valve coming from the house. There's a pipe leaking. You would think the worker would double check this before leaving to make sure everything was good. Nope. So at 4:57pm I messaged the boss and sent a video of the leak. He responded the next morning at 5:20am and said he would stop or send someone over. He also said that the worker told him the control box in the garage is not working correctly and asked if I was okay if they got me a new one. I asked how much it would be and when they could get it installed. He responded, "possibly tomorrow or Sunday". Friday at 3:37pm I asked if I should just go pick up a controller. He responded at 9:19am the next morning, "No. We get the right for you." and I replied with "Ok". Never heard back. Never came by on Saturday or Sunday. No messages. Nothing! Monday morning I sent a message that the shut off valve has now been leaking since Wednesday. This is costing me money daily and with the increase in the dagon water rates it won't be cheap! I told him that there was nothing wrong with the control box in the garage and someone needed to come out today to rectify this situation! He never responded! I've had to call another company to come out and fix this!
DO NOT USE!!!!! He quoted me $55 for lawn mowing. Told me they would come mow and would give me numbers for the clean up. His crew came out for 2 hours and he sent an invoice for $555.00! Business owner being shady and trying to pull a fast one.
Did a good job! My tenants initially complained that the clean up was left unfinished, but the Carlitos team went back and made it right without hesitation. That was excellent customer service!
Carlos has been caring for my lawn since I moved to Greeley four years ago. In that time, he has exhibited his expertise not only by keeping my lawn beautiful but also by maintaining several issues I have had with my sprinkling system. He has been wonderful and I can’t say enough about his work ethic, helpfulness, timeliness, and honesty. If I have any concerns or questions, he gets back to me immediately. Carlitos crew was great. They listened to everything we needed done and they were in and out in a timely manner. Trimmed bushes, mowed the lawn, removed a tree and installed mulch. Very happy with the service we were provided. Would recommend Carlitos crew to anyone.

We inquired about sod installation and the owner replied quickly about an estimate. Ultimately, we chose this company because of the customer service and sense of urgency. Once we approved the estimate, they prepped the soil and had everything installed within 2 days. His team didnt waste time. Theyre all super professional and hardworking! Stellar work.
Everything was great until I received the invoice. There was a lot of added work that I never agreed to and when I noticed the crew performing this work, I asked if it costs extra but no one spoke English then I received a bill for $295 i have a tiny lawn in town, not poorly maintained ever the owner was not willing to work with me and told me I can find someone else to perform the work correctly if I m not satisfied. Very poor customer service and unable to communicate effectively in the English language.

What a careful and complete job he did for us. In addition, he did it after regular hours, only because he had made the appointment and did not want to disappoint us. Very professional. disappointed with their service. had them do a yard clean up. no weeds were pulled.nothing was really cleaned up.not really sure what they did other than mow and cut a few bushes down. dead plants were not cleaned up.nothing was trimmed back hardly.had to have them come back twice. didnt even look on one side of the house. they did come back the day I asked which was good and got it done.

We found Carlos after a neighbor, a self-proclaimed agronomist, absolutely DESTROYED our lawn by using faulty equipment. Within months, Carlos made our yard the talk of the neighborhood! We continue to use him for routine maintenance and the upkeep of our yard. We cant recommend him highly enough!
Carlos has been servicing my lawn for over a year now and it s never looked better. It s full, green and healthy. He does an excellent job with mowing, trimming, weed control, fertilizing, and anything needed to keep it healthy. I got Carlitos Way s information from a neighbor. I called him for end of season sprinkler blowout. Not only did he answer my call, but he immediately followed up with a link for me to sign up. He was very responsive and was able to come the same day because he happened to be in the neighborhood. Such a delightful experience considering our usual sprinkler company ghosted me this year. We will be calling him for the spring to get into a regular routine lawn care.

Im so glad Carlos has been able to help me with my yard, garden and sprinkler this year! He is professional, experienced and works for himself, so is easy to reach and communicates directly with clients. He shows up when he says he will and is great to work with. My neighbors have commented on how great my front lawn suddenly looks after he diagnosed and treated the problem. He installed additional sprinkler drip lines etc. and easily programmed what I found to be a complex system...he knows his stuff! I highly recommend Carlos!

Carlito, did an amazing job removing our dead tree and replacing it with another. Went the extra and cut up the dead tree for firewood and even stacked it where we asked hime to. Would hire him again.

We used Carlitos Way Lawn & Landscaping based on a prior recommendation from a local homeowner. Our lawn was pretty dead looking in the front side and main yard when all the snow finally melted this past May. Carlos was very professional and timely, and came out in June to assess our lawn situation. He showed me what some of problem was.....web worms! Carlos then suggested a plan to address and eliminate the problem, which we agreed to. He aerated, put down treatment to kill the web worms, over seeded, and mulched the areas. After about 2 months our lawn came back full, green and lush. Carlos kept in touch and stopped by periodically during this time to make sure everything was coming along as planned. I would strongly recommend Carlitos Way Lawn & Landscaping to anyone needing a great, reliable & professional landscaping company!
