All Terrain Landscape contracted to replace our HOA irrigation system for 40 patio homes. They have completed most of the installation with a very professional, courteous work crew and management. This is a nearly $500K project and has been done quickly. They have been responsive to the many challenges with the utility marking and maintained a safe environment for our residents during the construction. We would highly recommend this company for your irrigation construction.

These guys did an incredible job, the work is extremely high-quality, the aesthetic they captured is exactly what I was hoping for, and they added a tremendous amount of value to my house. Specifically the crew consisting of Richie, Chris and Abel spent about a month working their butts off on my property, transforming it beyond what I had imagined going in. I highly recommend this company.

Ive had all terrain do the lights at my parents house for a couple years now. They are always on time and it always looks amazing for a great price. This year Peter/Isaac came to my house and put up our Christmas lights. They were very professional and worked their butt off through the wind. We ve already received many complaints for how great the house looks!

Sort of weird hearing that Terrain Landscaping didn t want my money. Trying to build a custom deck and they were too busy to work Fridays. Just spent 14K with another contractor. No big deal was just sort of surprised. I used them before for a irrigation install and did a pretty good job. Just was astonished they didn t want to work friday

All Terrain Landscaping SAVED our poor yard! We started with a blank canvas, and they submitted a BEAUTIFUL landscape design within our requested budget. They communicated regularly with us and installed the landscaping and drip irrigation without a hiccup. Finally! After 12 years of searching we found a wonderful irrigation company. We have a complicated sprinkler system that no one could figure out! LAYNE took his time looking at each zone and got us up and running. He thoroughly explained how we could use the system efficiently and how we can save time and precious water! He suggested several ways to resolve our challenges and ways to do them affordably over time. Our system has 25 working zones and a booster pump. Finding a company who can handle a system like this is nearly impossible! Whether your system is large or small, commercial or residential we highly recommend All Terrain! I own an older home in Loveland, and when my sprinkler system sprang a leak, I called All Terrain Landscaping for the repair. They sent Eric out to do the repair, and he attacked the problem and was done in minutes. I was very impressed with his knowledge and energy. Unfortunately, this was a main line under high pressure, and leaked through the compression clamps. When I called to have them do the repair, they sent Eric out to fix that problem. Super friendly people easy to talk to.

This company lacks integrity. Everything they say about doing things right and caring about their customers is the opposite of the truth. They do not take any pride in their work at all. We hired them for a $90k backyard and the masonry looks like a first grader did it. We were so excited with the design they came up with and thrilled with our choice to hire the best company out there and now we re so disappointed and sad that we want to move. They don t care and just want their money and to move on to rip off the next family. They are the worst of the worst and I ll gladly provide details to anyone considering hiring them. Signing a contract with these crooks is something I will always regret.

Nick came out and arrived right on time, he was professional and listened to my concern with a recent plumber notifying us our manifold was cracked. He proceeded with his job and at the end informed me its not the full manifold but just one valve and that they could fix that when we were ready. We worked with Jason to design our perfect back yard. They were able to come up with some ideas that we hadnt thought of of which excited us. It was if they were working on their own yard. It is a pleasure having this team work on our yard and they became like family. Mark would come in the morning and say I was thinking about X and I believe there is a better way of doing it. What professionalism and dedication to a job/project. I cant remember which team member said, I took a picture of what we did and posted it on Facebook because I was so proud of what we did and how it looked. As i said before, many of their ideas we went with because they were outstanding. The subs they used such as Chris with Distinctive Stone who did our fire pit were outstanding! Ive reached out to ATL on several occasions and every single service call has exceeded my expectations. I spent 3 summers trying to manage a busted irrigation system. It only took these guys half a day to rebuild one of the valve boxes and get me back to multiple seasons of worry-free watering. They go above and beyond by taking the time to answer questions and helping you to better understand the care and maintenance needed to avoid future service calls. Tyler, Rueben, and their crew do a fantastic and speedy job. They never complain when we ask them to also hook up some other lighted decorations we have bought elsewhere! I requested repair to be done to irrigation control valve. My appointment window was 11am -12pm. I spoke with Leo before he arrived and told him exactly where the leak originated. I knew this because you see the water slowly leaking in this area. My wife was home the whole time and she stated he was here for 1 hour and Leo said he was here for an hour and a half. I get home and he left the top off the irrigation control valve box off and dumped a bunch of dirt and rocks inside the valve box to hide the leak. I will not call this company again. I do not recommended them.

We recently had All Terrain plant trees, redo our sprinkler system, lay flag stone and much more. Our yard looks incredible! All of the guys were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Fantastic crew! Jose Hernandez, Jeremy Newman, Tye Rocha and Jose Gomez worked hard in 100 degree heat to get our landscaping project done in one day! They got our old, nasty mulch pulled out and replaced with beautiful rock and planted a couple of trees. They were respectful of our property and very professional. Very happy with the finished work, back and front yard looks great!

Its been a year since they completed a $20k backyard installation project for me. They were prompt, courteous, friendly and every interaction with their employees was just great. That being said, I feel there were several issues that should not have happened with a professional landscaping design/install. Almost immediately I began questioning the quality of the sod as weeds and crabgrass began popping up within weeks of install. I find myself pulling weeds weekly now. But the main issue is the rocks. My grass is at the bottom of a slope. All the rocks above it slowly slide down into the sod anytime kids or animals walk on them leaving exposed weed barrier. On a monthly basis now, I am shoveling and throwing rocks back uphill and pulling them out of grass. I feel like a professional landscaper should have foreseen this issue and advised that we need a different type of material or retaining walls or something to prevent this. All-terrain did a pretty good job but I will likely be going with a different company for my next project.

All Terrain installed a large paver patio and pergola on our home. We went with them because they were experienced and transparent, but we were ultimately disappointed. While the crew was quite courteous during install, we had a couple of issues: 1) After a multi-month delay, the crew just showed up one day to start demolishing our existing patio. No communication, no heads up. 2) The team prioritized speed over quality. The paint job on our pergola was horrible, the team chipped at least 10% of the pavers they installed (which were never fixed) and they killed one of our irrigation zones (which they tried to charge us to fix!) All Terrain charges a premium price for average work. Recommend looking elsewhere. Update: All Terrain just wrote a very nice reply to my review. But I have already spoken with their owner several times, who had no interest in rectifying any of the above. Nice try guys.

Nathan H, Fidel C, Carlos P and Michael V did an awesome and quick job of installing two trees in our yard! That being said, after the install in spring, we noticed and notified Ben that 1 of the 2 trees installed by them was doing significantly worse than the other in the fall. Ben advised us to wait until spring to see if the tree would wake up. We have contacted him several times since spring about the tree being fully dead and it has now nearly been a year of the company not doing anything to fix the problem besides saying that the warranty isnt valid and that theyll replace the tree for half cost. I am incredibly frustrated with the number of times my husband and I have contacted them and this issue is still unresolved in a timely or acceptable manner.

We recently had All Terrain Landscaping out to install a sprinkler system in our soil that was like concrete. Although the job was extremely difficult, they continue to work their way through the hard dirt with a positive attitude and a smile on their face. After the sprinkler was installed, they laid sod and installed curbing. It looks fantastic and we could not be happier.

This was the first year in our new house and we knew we needed professional holiday lighting. I received three bids and ultimately went with All Terrain because of their professionalism, responsiveness and their commitment to making sure the lights were working and to their high standard the whole season they were up. Josh and Layne were always so responsive and we loved our wreaths, garland and lights they installed so much, we even last minute added on an additional large wreath which they quickly came out and put up for us. After a bad wind storm one evening, some lights were jumbled around and a wreath fell off. The install team was out the next day to fix everything. This is part of All Terrains value...a bulb goes out, bad wind storm knocks something out of place? They are on it! All Terrain is wonderful! We started our quote process with them in Fall 2019. They worked with us on changes to the agreement to better fit in our price range. Come Spring 2020, we did another walk-through prior to starting our project. Again, they were flexible about making changes to the original plan. Thank you to Ben and Taylor. The team to come out was made up of Carlos, Eric, Jeremy and Samuel. What a great crew. They worked hard the entire time they were here. I received a call from All Terrain Landscaping and was advised that the team wanted to come by and take a look at the scope of the work to make sure they could gather appropriate materials. They arrived at the planned time and did some review of the scope and to my surprise, asked if they could get started with digging trenches.....I was very pleased to hear they could start a day earlier then planned. The following day their crew of 5 arrived around 9am got right to work and laid down irrigation for a very large lot and got it laid and cleaned up by 3:30pm. They were very quick and professional. They really know their stuff! I wanted to acknowledge some fantastic workers including Jose Hernandez, Mark Valdez, Carlos Palomino, Eric Martinez, and Nathan Hernandez. Their office coordination staff were also amazing. They were able to add in additional requested scope with only a days notice which included the need for measuring and quoting new area coverage and gathering materials for increased scope. We d like to thank Juan, Martin, and Pancho for doing an excellent job. They came by and evaluated the lawn, found little issue with the snow on the lawn, and proceeded to aerate as normal. Another great experience with this business. I had both Evan and Mike out to my home for different purposes on the same date. I called with a schedule conflict on the day of service and asked for a change which Mike accommodated graciously. Both were prompt, courteous, and helpful. Evan got my sprinklers turned on and, even with appropriate social distancing and a mask, communicated clearly and effectively and took extra steps to make sure my settings were as I wanted them. Mike gave me a bid on some work, explained options, and did it all without any pressure whatsoever. I really appreciate a company that gets it both in terms of integrity and the customer experience.

Peter showed up on time and did an excellent job charging our system and fixing problems that he observed. One problem was big, with the City of Fort Collins damaging our underground sprinkler line. This happened when they dug up my boulevard to install broadband equipment. Had Jason Yeater come look at my property, quoted $14,838 dollars the next day with no explanation. All this for removing a couple medium sized trees, revamping the sprinkler system and putting down sod. I live in a neighborhood with relatively small yards mind you. So I asked for a more detailed estimate. After waiting over a week I was informed that All Terrain was awarded a large contract and wouldn t have time to do my project, which they had already quoted nor could they explain their bid. Don t waste your time with this company unless I suppose your a large contract otherwise expect to be price gouged and not given the time of day.

Ive very much enjoyed working with Josh and his team. They strive to make things correct. I need to give a special shout-out to Tony and Simchah who finished some work today. It was a cold and rainy morning with our lawn still quite wet for rains yesterday and last night. Regardless, they showed up early and went right to work. They moved a couple sprinklers and added 1 or 2 and I cant even tell that they dug up parts of my yard! They worked quickly and efficiently and were very professional! It started off with someone coming out and could not figure out how to turn my sprinklers and accidentally turned my water off in my house. I called to complain and Josh Quinn was super helpfully! We had a great experience with All Terrain Landscaping this spring. We had a general idea for our project, but didnt know enough about picking plants that were good for our soil type and climate. The ATL team made great recommendations and brought our ideas to life. Our project included adding two retaining walls, a stamped concrete patio, drip irrigation lines, and multiple trees, shrubs, and flowers. Aaron, Ben, Nate, and Tyler worked incredibly hard each day, and the team always cleaned up everything at the end of the work day. All-terrain couldn t seem to do the job right the first time and after four trips they still didn t get it right. I had to hire another company to come and adjust and replace the heads that I Paid all terrain to do. In the end we were very disappointed in the final service. They performed excellent work and were even so nice as to notice a wandering dog near my property and ask if it was mine and if they should help me catch it. (It was a neighbors dog). We had a problem with some valves leaking and our sprinkler system was probably installed in 1999 when our house was built. Tony was our service guy and he worked very hard and patiently to replace the 2 valves that leaked and 2 others that were located within that box. Very happy with his service and professionalism.

Called for a repair that was not an emergency but needed to be fixed quickly. Dispatch helped me promptly and sent out two technicians to make the repair. Tony and Micheal arrived within the hour and got to work right away. Considering the repair they had a great attitude and were very friendly and professional. We knew when we bought our house that we wanted to do a complete overhaul of the backyard. Jason was great from the first visit where he designed a layout for the yard that we would have never come up with our own. He also found ways to get us the best design and features to fit our budget. Once the team arrived, we were consistently impressed. Nate, Mark, Jose H., Jeremy, and Eric took our yard from dirt and weeds to beautiful grass and landscape in a matter of days. They went above and beyond to incorporate an area for our dogs, help get the sprinklers in our front yard functioning properly and they were always willing to walk us through anything we asked. Josh was prompt in spite of the holidays in getting an estimate to me and scheduling the work. Jeff did a great job on a planter rebuild, a difficult repair and location.

Disappointed to say the least. Weve worked with All Terrain a number of times in the past and had good luck. HOWEVER, recently we had a quote to replace a valve and portion of our line. The tech replaced the WRONG line, and didnt touch the valve. Additionally, the poor craftsmanship created a large leak in our line. Needless to say, All Terrain is removed from our contractor, and referral list.

Asked for an estimate and never got a response. The guy that came just looked around and left.

ATL s employees are always polite and professional, and I know I can depend on them to do a great job. I called to see about spring clean up, irrigation maintenance and weekly scheduled service. The receptionist stated they do not and are not willing to. I have a large piece of property with a large list of items I want done. I am not willing to go into a contracted service without an estimate. It is poor business practices to expect people to pay without knowing what their portion will be. . . On second thought maybe you should have a company like them come out and then when the bill is given offer to pay them half of what the invoice states. *** Response to whomever answers these, ONLY taking my number was offered AFTER I explained how poor of a practice it was to expect someone to go into a service blindly. You should never expect anyone do that no matter the size of property. If I cannot leave a VM for the person I need to talk to because your receptionist refuses to schedule or transfer a call, I will not give you my business as shouldnt anyone else. I have plenty of business that are absolutely willing to give an estimate when you refused. Go ahead try and make your business look like you tried when you did not. **** To the people reading this that would like a quote so they know how much they are going to have to pay, Ace of Blades, Elevated Environmental LLc and Lawn Police Lawn Care will gladly come to your house and go over everything with you.

I called all terrain about a month ago and wanted them to redo my back yard using my design. They came and redid the back yard in about a week. We have used All Terrain Landscaping for years to keep our sprinkling system in tip top shape. They do not disappoint. They are just the best. This year we had some issues with tree roots that involved some creative problem solving. Three people were instrumental in getting us ready for the watering season-- Josh, who found a solution and kept us in constant communication about the plan; Leo, who has been our annual system caretaker since we became a customer; and Samantha, who finished the project with attention to detail and would not leave until everything checked out. I felt like they treated our system as if it were their own--so personable, professional, and dedicated! They were amazing!

The crew Mark, Andrew, Kainen and Christopher did a great job. They were here, got to work and never quit until they were finished. Mark asked my approval on some of the details to make sure it was the way I wanted it.

How many thumbs up can I give to Samantha for jumping right in and doing exactly what we asked her to do in order to get our pond running like it should? How nice it is to see someone really take pride in their work!! All Terrain had a crew of maintenance techs at my parents condo in west Greeley. The 2 gentlemen who were trimming sidewalks were courteous enough to make sure that we saw them and could make sure our kids and dog were at a safe distance before continuing their work. A few minutes later, they were blowing grass in the same area, took their speeds to as low as possible to not disrupt our conversation, and made eye contact and verbal contact to be sure everyone was safe. Tim Rivers has been to our house twice now to do repairs on our very elderly sprinkler system. Super knowledgeable, not pushy, and just an all around nice guy with great skills. We appreciate All Terrain and the professionalism they embody, and we REALLY appreciate all Tims help!

On Wednesday, July 3 they came out to do sprinkler system repairs consisting of installing a new underground system shutoff valve and patching a new piece of pvc pipe into a major sprinkler system underground water line that had been cracked by a root. Both required digging to access the parts needing repair. Im happy with their responsiveness, friendly and helpful attitudes, and the work they did.

We are choosing All Terrain Landscaping for our landscaping and irrigation needs because our needs are met and they were diligent, thorough and thoughtful. We felt that the work was well worth the cost and we got to choose what we needed and wanted. Landscaping Install: Derrick provided a proposal and quote for the first stage that we could to take on. It was reduced a little to lower the project scope and costs and the estimated start date was set once our deposit was received. The start date was delayed due to the rains and wet ground but they started the install of long garden boxes/retaining walls, moved some existing lines and offered variations that were with the scope of the proposal. Nate Hernandez, the lead, showed us the layout for the beds, soil and rock before proceeding to next steps. Nates input was great for us to understand what it would really look like and allowed us some options. Jose Hernandez, Alex Gonzales and Issac Valdez were knowledgeable and offered some extra things that improved the look. The project took 1 1/2 days and their suggestions were great and helpful. Repair/Service: We were given an estimated date for Brad to come out to assess and determine the repair for the leaks and broken lines. Tim came for that day and time, assessed the need, called in the order to the office and we were called with an estimated range of work and cost (which was very reasonable). Tim, Brad and crew were out within 3-4 days and the lines and heads repaired within a few hours and within estimated costs. Again, we will continue using All Terrain because they communicate with us so we can make choices and have results that meet our needs and the costs and timelines are very reasonable. Thank you!

I love this company, every one is so professional, knows what they are doing, and reliable. Today I talked to Jordelle to schedule some work and she could not be sweeter. Tim comes to do our sprinkler repairs and gets the job done quickly .

After having a horrible experience with another company that never finished the job, I called All Terrain! The young lady I spoke with was very friendly and helpful...nice to actually talk to someone rather than leaving a message! She scheduled my appointment with a two hour window from 8 to 10. On my appointment day, at 8:00 Leo arrived! I apologized for the mess from the previous repair , he said no problem, I will take care of it! He did a fantastic job... very friendly, hard working and when he was finished you would have never known he was there..!! Thank you All Terrain, please pass my thanks on to Leo as well!!! We are very happy with the dedicated service we received from Ruben, who fixed our sprinkler heads and system. He had a smile on his face the whole time; he meticulously diagnosed the issues; he thoroughly explained his plan for the repairs; he saw the job through to completeness, even working on Saturday; and we discussed the other services All Terrain Landscaping has to offer as we plan to hire them back for lawn care and landscaping. Terrible business practices. Lots of promises and no follow through. Deposit check cashed and then, nothing. 6 weeks later they still can t commit to a start date. What a waste of time. Asking for deposit back and moving on to a contractor that doesn t lie.

All Terrains service tech, Tony H, came to my house to do a fall sprinkler blow-out. He was friendly and thorough, providing an explanation of what he was doing throughout the process. He also took the time to talk to me about how I might use the sprinkler system more effectively to save water. Overall, the guy went above and beyond and represented his company very well. Great service--highly recommended.

They do all the HOA work for my place and they are horrible. I have a lawn mower just so I can mow when they are done. They do a horrible job at snow plowing (piling it all infront of driveways and garages) wish my place would go back to the other people they had before All Terrain.

Were not done yet, as the sod still needs to be laid next month, but so far I have been very impressed by the work the All Terrain team has performed. Nate, David, Carlos, Nick and Christian were on the team that worked on my project, and I have been amazed by how quickly they worked and very pleased with how it turned out. Everyone from the sales and design team to the office staff to the crew have been wonderful to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.

I just wanted to say thank you for a job well done by All Terrain. Ben, Nate, David and Carlos along with the rest of the crew did a fantastic job on my recent retaining wall project. They we are all very knowledgeable, accommodating to my design needs and most of all, the quality of work was superb. They were also very helpful in lining up a great contractor that installed a beautiful concrete patio. Nate even came by during the concrete pour to make sure that everything was exactly how I wanted it done. Great job guys!

I can t say enough good things about Nate, Nick, Carlos, Christian, Oscar and Dave. As well as the company as a whole. From the time I made the first callthe office staff was super nice to work with and answered all my questions (no matter how many times I called back). Jason was awesome to work with when he came out to see what we were wanting to do & had great suggestions on how to make things all come together. Then the team of guys showed up, early even. They were fast, pleasant to be around, clean, and was fun to visit with. At the end of each day they cleaned up the walkways & their work areas as if they were never there. We needed new sod and bushes replaced in our yard. After looking at several reviews online, we decided to call All Terrain Landscaping to help us out. They responded in a timely manner. Abel came out to see what changes we wanted. We received a quote within a few days. After some correspondence with Abel we decided to have them do our work. The day the job was to be scheduled, Adam and Daniel arrived to do the work. The guys were great. We had some follow up work on the sprinkler system, Shane was the one that took care of that issue. Everyone was extremely professional from first contact in the office to the finished product. Very pleased with the work. We were kept in contact with All Terrain throughout the project. We received many compliments from our neighbors on how nice our new lawn looks. We really appreciate their excellent customer service and follow-up concerns.

Honestly if I could give them 10 stars - I would! All Terrain was extremely helpful when it came to emergency, unplanned among other repairs... and absolutely necessary repairs for my family. We had an antiquated irrigation system that finally ruptured at the curb stop; thus resulting in the main water to the house being shut off to stop the leak. Busy mom with young kids you see how this ends. All terrain had a representative to my house in less than 1 hour of the initial call. Josh stopped by after the inspection from his technician to let me know they already had a backhoe reserved and ready to be out first thing the next morning. And let me tell you he was FANTASTIC. Absolutely precise about where he dug, especially since the curb stop was only 8 inches away from my brand new concrete (like 12 hours fresh, because that s how life goes sometimes). Travis R. and Ryan K. were able to finish the job from that point. They were very professional, finished ahead of schedule and got my life back to some sense of normalcy. The final price came in lower than projected, even after they had a few surprises along the repair journey, including a torrential leak that showed up the next day. Being a Sunday I was sure I would have to wait until Monday NOPE they had a tech out right away without any fuss! Fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend. They may not be the cheapest company (not that they re the most expensive either), but they re honest and beyond reliable in this day and age. Plan to use them in the future for sure. :D

Tim and Lane did a phenomenal job on short notice. I have two golden retriever puppies and had a large concrete patio installed which took out several heads. Lane and Tim took into consideration the sloping and re did several heads so I would not have pooling of water near the new patio. They were very detail oriented and tested several times to ensure it was correct. They even programmed my sprinkler system box for the times and days. I will always use All terrain! They saved me so much money on my water bill and ensured the patio lasts for years.

Never used a professional landscape company before. Never will again. All Terrain staff (except Ashley) were less than willing to communicate with us. After spending over $5000 for our little project the end result looked amateuristic. I will stick with local small businesses that are more than willing to satisfy their customers.

Fabulous sprinkler repair. Leo came out with 2 days notice to cap a couple of sprinkler heads and set up sprinkler lines in our raised veggie beds. He completed the work and also checked out the rest of the system, fixing 2 other heads we hadnt realized were leaking. Were set for the rest of this season. Will definitely contact ATL for our spring setup and some additional line work.

Derrick came out twice to make sure the quote and projected work was exactly what we wanted and was able to get the job done within our budget. David and his crew Jose & Javier put in a French drain system for our backyard. They were very efficient and professional. They were careful not to cut our cable and electric dog fence which had been a problem with another landscaping service. They had the entire job done in one day and I would highly recommend this crew at All Terrain.

When I came out with questions they answered them immediately and James was very encouraging of his work crew and myself. After another company failed to show up to do winter watering for our trees, I called All Terrain to see if they could get someone out, and quickly. From the office communication, to the Representative they sent out to give us a bid, to the actual service they provided - everything was 5 star. Abel, their service rep, showed up on time for the estimate, which they were able to schedule the same day I called in. They were also able to get me on the schedule right away. The day of service, Abel even emailed me to let me know when the Technician would be out, followed up with a phone call, and showed up (on time!) with the Technician. He went through our lot with the Tech, to make sure he knew what trees and shrubs needed to be watered, etc. The Tech was also very friendly. We have worked with a couple of landscape companies here in Greeley and this, by far, was the best service we have received. Also, their pricing was extremely reasonable! We will definitely be continuing this service with them, as well as any future services. Thanks All Terrain!

Very professional company that handled a complicated situation with grace and acted in the best interest of their customer.
