Took on too many winter snow removal clients. Failed to honor commitment and contractual expectations in regards to snow clearing and removal. Excuses and ploys to lessen workload at the cost and dissatisfaction of paying customers.

Amazing company and incredible people! Not only do they do wonderful work every time they come, but they even stopped working today to help us look for our small dog when she ran away until she was found. I certainly did not expect a company to go above and beyond in this way. Speaks to the caring people working here.
