They were a no show..no not recommend

Application of chemicals seems spotty as I have more weeds now since switching from another service. I talked with them on the phone and said I'd like to go over their procedure at the next application. They failed to show up for that appointment, and haven't returned my calls since.

I would give no stars of I could. We were supposed to have services every 4-6 weeks. First application applied on March 25th. After 8 weeks they still had not shown back up. I made a call and they said someone local would call me back. I never received a call but they finally did the second application the week after on May 31st. Again, 8 weeks go by and nothing. I called and asked if we were on the 4-6 week plan and they confirmed yes. At that time I opted to cancel as most companies were starting their 4th round of treatments and I hadn't even gotten my 3rd treatment yet. Weeds were beginning to grow and our yard was looking no better. Presumably because of the length of time between treatments. Will never use or recommend tru green again. Absolute waste of money.

They are very good if something is missed They come and spray them. One employee didn't know they sprayed weeds but I explained to him that they do. But great service 👏

Provided the service we agreed to pay for. Had some communication issues. Think it was due to them being over booked or not having enough labor or equipment. Not sure but may try another provider next year.

Dishonest and disreputable business practices. As another review posted, they will spray without notifying you or even knock on the door when you're home. Our dog was let out a couple times after they had sprayed unbeknownst to us and was breathing erratically off and on for a few hours afterwards. The worst part is that I never requested them to spray. Apparently any time you request any service they will take it upon themselves to service your yard whenever they feel like and suprise you with the bill afterwards. in my opinion this is a despicable practice to try and guilt people into paying. Customer service was polite but they or someone lied about saying there was a comment on my account about giving me notice 3 months prior which is compete and utter BS! They said you agree to continual service when you have something done and must call in order to cancel. I would advise not to even use them in the first place.

The didn't show up the day they said they were going to. (not the part i'm upset with) When they did show up they came to the door to notify me they where here. They were to spray our front yard outside of the fence. I immediately went out back to get my 3 dogs to come inside because, like dogs, they were barking at the strangers walking in our front. Johnny pesticide is already at my fence spraying the line literally inches from my dogs noses.I am in the back yard actively trying to get my dogs away from him yet he continues to stream the fence and my dogs. I'm not sure what their protocol is of if this gentleman followed it but I am in search of another company who wont over-spray my dogs in front of me.
