As a longtime customer I have been happy with the service I have received, however I recently noticed political campaign signs displayed at their business. While it is their right to display them, I feel it is a bad business practice. In this case I am definitely opposed to the candidate and am offended by her beliefs. Therefore I will no longer support this business.
Hats off to Jennifer and Maureen they got me the info I have been after for weeks. All I wanted was to know when I was getting sprayed, no one could answer me. Maureen answered my call and patched me over to Jennifer who gave me the rundown thank you for finally some good PR!
I called Friday morning to find out why I prepaid for 4 sprays and still have only received 1. I talked to Hailey and she seemed like I was a straight up burden. No time frame, no apology for it being mid August and 1 spray no way I will get 4 this year. Made me think that once they have your money you don’t matter.
Do not prepay for anything with these people, my girlfriend and I prepaid for summer/fall called to see when my next spray was and was met with attitude by Hailey, very unprofessional. I won't be using their service again.
This company has the worst customer service. Never prepay to this company as you always get screwed. Would never recommend them to anyone. For two years we’ve prepaid for 4 applications and we’ve received 3. Time for a company that cares about their customers.
We have used LawnRanger for the past 3 falls. This year I called in September and was scheduled for weed and feed fall service. On the day the technician was to arrive, I called to check the time of arrival. The woman I talked to said, "Oh he called in sick, we'll have to reschedule. I'll call and send another card." We were our of town several days and when we returned on October 4, there was no call and no card in the mail. I called back to see when we could expect service. This time the excuse was, "The truck broke down. He will come when it is repaired." Now, October 21, no call, no card, no service. We will not be using Selstad's services in the future.
Miscommunication between management and service tech. Disappointing. Third year. Probably will switch providers next year. Nothing against the tech. Very nice and accommodating young man. Management, not so much.
Be very careful with this company! Been a customer for 10 years. This year they couldn't service my address because they didn't have enough employees. They promised my money back starting in May of 2020. I finally received it on 11/20/20.
Unreliable, called for services said they would call us back with a quote ...never heard from them again.
