In Spring 2021, I was referred to JMS Landscaping. The owner, Jay, came out to my house and never provided me with an appraisal. After numerous unanswered calls and voice messages, Jay finally responded to me on Facebook. He apologized and informed me that he no longer does landscaping so he referred me to Clark Anderson at L&C Grounds Company. Clarke came out to my house on Dec 14, 2021 and said he was going to email me an appraisal, which I never received. I waited for winter to end and called L&C and asked for Clark to come back to my house. I met with Clark on June 6, 2022 and he said he would email an appraisal. Again, I didn't receive an appraisal. I called Clark on June 20, 24, 27, & 28 at his office and his cell phone. Clark finally answered the phone on June 28 and I asked him where the appraisal was. He said he still had not written it up but hadn't forgotten. It is now late August and I still haven't received an appraisal from Clark. This poor customer service is unacceptable. It takes 20 minutes to write up an appraisal! Btw, both Jay and Clark told me they had deaths in their family, which I am now doubting. Stop wasting my time if you have no intentions of completing the work you said you would do! If you don't want to do the work, just say so! There is a poor review from another individual who experienced awful customer service from Clark. To say Clark is very unprofessional and non-communicative is an understatement! Do you think representing yourself in a parade is going to help you when you don't even answer phone calls or have a crew to work? Perhaps you should choose another line of work instead of wasting people's time.

I cut my own grass, but we are on the Lucas and Clark turf treatment program. It's a year-round turf care program with many different kinds of treatments, each with individual purposes, based on the season we are in. I like to do most yard stuff myself, but this is definitely something best left to the professionals, especially when you factor in the very modest price they charge. I figure it would maybe even be more expensive for me to do this myself, and I doubt the results would be as good. Attached are some photos of our lawn, which we are very happy with. I've replaced every square foot of sod in my yard, and it was a LOT of work! Paying Lucas and Clark to keep it treated, and looking great was a no-brainer for me after my efforts, and I highly recommend
