Agrilawn Environmental Services in Grayslake

UPDATE FROM 11/15/2024. I texted Roger last week telling him there would be action taken if he didn't refund my money. The excuse "he got busy" was used and that he would send a check the next day. A week later, no check, but another promise that is has been mailed. Aside from this lack of taking care of your customer, my lawn looks horrible. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE UNLESS YOU WISH TO THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY. I used to enjoy the service, but it seems like I would have to always ask about the weeds that I have every summer. They would usually come out and take care of it, but in 2024, I asked again and they replied saying that they would come in the next 2 days, but nobody came. I asked again and again the same reply with no action. I tried 1 last time by saying I would stop the service if nobody came out, he still has not replied. I paid in advance and he owes me money for the rest of the service that I assume he will not provide.

Huge difference in our lawn since we started using Agrilawn 3yrs ago. Very professional and polite. Thank you.

Have worked with Roger for years now. Best service for environmentally caring for our lawn.
