Ive had such a good experience from this company. Notably Sam who always has been so helpful. When my daughter recently burnt a patch of the grass, he came to mend it and looked at the cheapest way for this to be done rather than simply saying the whole lawn needed replacing. Customer service above anything else. I would highly recommend the product (we have the supreme lawn) and the staff and their passion for delivering a fantastic looking lawn and their professionalism and kindness.

Contacted the Artificial LawnCompany looking for help in perhaps getting report on my faulty artificial grass that was purchased from another company. Sam was very helpful. He asked me to send pictures and videos and gave me advice, free of charge I may add. This has helped in understanding what might be wrong. Highly recommend.

I cant recommend this company highly enough. I needed some maintenance done on my artificial lawn after the installation of a new patio/path. Sam did an excellent job and left my garden looking perfect. Thank you, Sam, for all your hard work.

Really pleased with the service and quality of work from the Artificial Lawn Company. We have a small lawn and with a female dog, trying to get the grass to grow every year was getting frustrating. Submitted an enquiry through the website, spoke to Sam same day, appointment arranged (with plenty of samples, including for pets) all within the same week. The guys came round roughly a month later (which was the earliest they could do - not surprised they have a lead time!), all done same day. Came home and it looked fantastic. Would fully recommend.

Had the lawn installed almost 10 years ago... Still in great shape, but needed a tidy up and freshen up. The team came out and looked at it and DIDNT sell me a new lawn but suggested a service using one of their fantastic new lawn care machines (they even have a guy who can help with it if you wanted!). Great group and really appreciate the honest and helpful advice!

Just had an older lawn replaced by the Artificial Lawn Company and wow! what a difference! Since we had the last one done, about 10 years ago, the technology has really moved on, our new lawn looks so much more authentic. We have two dogs and a keen young footballer and its great that we can use such a large part of our property all year round. Sam and the team at ALC where able to takeaway my old lawn and recycle it which was great. Highly recommend!

This company is really professional, dealing with them was really straight forward. They are excellent value for money. They provided a clear and delayed plan of the work to be done and the work was fully executed as per the plan and to a high standard and great finish. We went for Supreme grass and the garden looks fantastic. The team on the ground worked really hard, went out of their way to ensure we are happy and were very kind and polite. Sam was a pleasure to deal with right from the start, came round really quickly to give us a quote, price was brilliant, the guys that came to lay the lawn were really nice, super quick and cleared up nicely. No issues with the lawn until our puppy chewed the corner and Sam came round within 3 days of me asking him if he could quote for a repair and had repaired it FOC and you couldn t even tell where the repair had been done. 100% would recommend and use them again in a flash

We were generously donated some grass by the Artificial Grass Company for our school reading corner. Their donation exceeded my expectation as not only was it a very good size off cut but it was also of excellent quality. Sam went above an beyond to show care for his customers as he considered that children would be using it to sit on and so he set aside a piece which would be soft and thick enough to provide maximum comfort. The children absolutely love it and it is now one of their favourite places to sit and read. Comfortable, good quality and provided by an excellent team. This is definitely a company I would go to now to get my own garden redone as excellent quality seems to be a high priority for them.

The Artificial Lawn Company recently did some work at a neighbours house. I was very impressed with the work they carried out. Professional, competitive, friendly, easy to deal with at all stages. But the results are the most incredible testament to this company. My garden was completely overgrown with weeds, neglected and unusable. What these guys did in 4 days is nothing short of a miracle! My garden is now beautiful, neat, and practical, a real entertaining space. The guarantee on materials and work gives me peace of mind for years to come. I just wish I did this sooner!

After a mix up with the original scheduled delivery of my artificial lawn, the company did their best to find a resolution. When that couldnt be done they refunded my delivery cost and had the lawn delivered when it was convenient for me. The product seems pretty good quality too (supreme lawn)

Friendly and helpful staff

Extremely helpful over the phone whilst trying to order some artificial grass. The exact size i wanted was not available at the time but a larger piece was at a discounted price as an off cut. Delivery was extremely quick and the driver went above and beyond to take the grass into the exact area I wanted it. Will definately use again and would highly recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Sam originally came to quote and was incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble and he was very informative and knowledgeable. Helped us get around a potential tree root issue when other companies struggled to find a solution. Fitters came on the day promised and were excellent. Took their time and finished the lawn to a very high standard, which included adding timbers borders. Our new lawn looks fantastic and the grass is high quality. Can t recommend this company enough - we had Danny and Craig completely transform our garden to somewhere that is now a pleasure to spend time, however Sam has gone above and beyond for our us! Following on from the installation, we noticed a visible dip in our part of our lawn, obviously concerned we got back in contact with Sam, and that same day he attended the property and carried out an inspection, only to find a big void had materialised under the lawn! The void had obviously been there a long time due to its close vicinity to the soak away, and it s only due to getting the work done and the ground getting disturbed that we realised it was there! Instead of going away and fixing the problem the next day/available appointment, Sam went out of his way, working beyond normal working hours to get the issue rectified for us and thankfully making our garden safe again. Danny and Craig were amazing, but Sam has been an absolute hero thank you so much ALC for everything!

Decided to get my front lawn fitted with artificial grass, so after some searchig decided to go with artificial lawn company as they looked very professional from there website and after speaking to them was assured as the office staff were very knowledgeable and friendly too. Wow i was not disappointed, they turned up and were polite and friendly took the old lawn away and fitted a lovley looking lawn. They were very tidy and when my wife came home she couldnt tell they had even been on our drive. She loves the lawn as is low maintenance now and looks great and green all year. I would defintely recomend using them to anyone looking for hassel free lawn.

Good afternoon, I would just like to pass on my upmost praise, and a massive thanks to yourselves and your team who have just finished my install today. Everything done through you (including my two changes during planning, sorry!!), was done without any issues, from my first visit by Neil and his suggestions and great guidance to the final install. The team laying my lawn and doing my landscaping where Danny and James and there eye for detail and real professionalism was outstanding. It was reassuring to have two knowledgeable lads working on my garden who kept me in the picture as to what was happening, when and why. It is not everyday someone comes in and rips up your garden so the thought can be a bit daunting, but it was made into a pleasurable customer experience and both my wife and I are completely amazed at the transformation. Feel free to share this feedback with whoever you wish, and in particular please ensure Danny and James are aware of our gratitude for all they done. I wish you all the very best in the future, and can categorically say we will have no hesitation in recommending your services and would return to you without hesitation should we require any works in the future.
