Diamond Cut Lawn Care in Granite City

I called the person's cell phone listed on the website. I was inquiring about 1 of my properties and he literally was already non-approachable over the phone. No courtesy, professionalism, or decorum. Our guy who normally keeps up the property has been out sick for about but last 4 weeks and it had been difficult to get another person who came recommended. The guy was simply rude overall as when I tried explaining what was going on & what I found on their web page, heart kept cutting me off stating, "like do you want your grass cut or what"? Then asked has it been kept up, which is understandable, however, if he would have let me actually finish instead of saying "he was good", he would know that it doesn't look overgrown AT ALL. DO NOT shop with this so called business. It shouldn't matter who you are, don't assume the worst with a potential customer. There could have been MULTIPLE properties serviced with an agreement. You won't prosper with that type of mindset and lack of professionalism.

Steve does a great job on my triple corner lot for a very reasonable cost . I literally went through almost a dozen lawn companies before I found one that does a thorough job and actually knows how to trim a yard. Thanks Steve!

Used Steve for my fathers home in granite city to cut his grass, before he had dirt patches all over, after 3 months the grass looked full, was always trimmed and cut, he blew of the grass trimmings. Something my father wasn’t able to do and I think the old cut grass was piling up and smothered the other grass. I would recommend his lawn care company to any one needing his services, he is top notch!

Steve has cut my yard for more than ten years and has always done a great job. People have often remarked how nice my yard always looks thanks to his attention to detail.
