Dave's Lawn Care in Grandview

David has taken care of our lawn and yard ever since we moved to Grandview. He always listens to our request and makes suggestions. He is polite, diligent and courteous. He is a multi talented guy.

Dave did everything he told us he was going to do. He was very thorough and prompt. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to clean up their landscape and add new plants. He was great.

Dave's Lawn Care was very effective in delivering soil for our raised garden beds. He also cleaned up our rose garden bed. Great job!

Landlord hired David to clear out leaves that the previous tenants did not take care of, and he's done an amazing job. I was not envious of whoever had to tackle this yard - trust me, it was a lot - but impressed by his go-getter attitude, professionalism, and overall work quality. Cannot recommend his services highly enough!

I had been looking for a reliable and responsible person/company to do some yard work. It is hard to find people who are honest; show up and are fair-priced as well. I saw some recommendations for Dave to do lawn & yard work, etc. I contacted Dave that evening. He is one who will actually talk on the phone if needed and not just text. He has great manners; is very respectful; is very detail-oriented and listens well. Returns calls and texts promptly and gets back on quotes fast. He also will give his input as far as how he something might look better or different. (eg borders on a flower or vegetable bed or colors of rock or mulch to go with surrounding areas). He and a co-worker (I believe named Ian) did a lot of yard work for me in very hot and humid weather -- They worked very hard and I did not have to watch them or babysit them. If he had questions he would ask ahead or as he went. He is good at thinking things through and figuring things out, seems to come naturally to him. Two of my neighbors commented on how hard they worked and how impressed they were. They removed a medium sized in-ground fishpond and its components - it was a messy and stinky job with the stagnant water and old leaves, etc. They pumped the old water out and then filled it with organic soil and compost which they picked-up and delivered from a nearby organic company that has good reviews. They also mulched the beds in our yard and removed an area of builder's rubble that I couldn't grow flowers in and filled it in with organic Soil and compost. They trimmed several large trees in our yard and took all of their branches away. They weeded all around our yard. They dug a new area for me to use for a small planting or birding area. They removed all of the old grass and rubble. I highly recommend this business and I felt I had to write a review because they deserve it and more! I will hire them again in the future.
