Swan's Lawn in Grandview

We recently worked with Swan’s Landscaping for a project to refresh our front yard, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Our project manager, Craig, was fantastic to work with. He followed through on everything he promised and gave us excellent input on choosing the right size of bricks, as well as suggesting a new shape for our front flower bed, which we love. The team worked efficiently, completing the trimming of four overgrown trees and removal of our old landscaping bricks in just one day. Next, they dug out and laid the new bricks, the small addition of the wasted space to the flower bed made such and big difference. The entire process was quick and smooth, and the quality of the work was top-notch. We highly recommend Swan's Landscaping for any outdoor projects!

Swans is contracted by Savoy Apartments. They have zero regard for residence property!!! The literally ran into my fountain and destroyed it!!! I stopped one of the guys and showed him, he took a picture of the wreckage!!! Destroyed and assured me his boss would take care of it! That never happened!!!

Swan's has impressed me from day 1. Justin's customer service is impeccable and he has definitely saved me from time to time with snow removal and some emergency landscaping needs. Their invoicing is always on time and perfect! I manage a 300+ unit apartment community and a huge reason my property looks so amazing is because of Swan's.

Awful customer service and will damage cars and any auto vehicles that you have on around the landscaping area

I would use extreme caution hiring this company. These guys hit my car that was parked in my driveway with their stand-up mower. Several of my neighbors witnessed it and I also had Ring video of the collision. Initially, the manager Justin was responsive and asked for an estimate. Once I gave him an estimate for 800 bucks he immediately changed his tone and told me my insurance can figure it out. When you have an accident you should take responsibility. I guess I will just take it to small claims court.

We battled a water problem on our home for over 10 years. Very happy with Swan's Lawn as they corrected our problem and educated us on what to do. They installed the right drains needed to fix our frustrating problem. I was impressed with the way they cut out our sod and then put it right back down when finished like it never happened. Thank you for letting us enjoy our backyard again!
