One of your drivers with a trailer almost caused an accident cutting people off in a road work zone at the last minutes instead of merging when they got in the highway. Clearly irresponsible and reckless with a lack of regard for others lives. Do better.

As retirees who travel a lot, we rely on the blue crew for our landscape maintenance, especially the fall and spring cleanup. Andy designed our landscaping a number of years ago and his crew maintain and adapt it as needed. The Blue Crew came in and did a redo of my patio. From the beginning, they listened to my wants and needs and provided a detailed plan. They worked with me the whole way, dealing with city ordinances and licensing, all the way to a custom design surround for my hot tub. It is beautiful. Now we enjoy our outdoor space year round.

Excellent experience working with Andy and Eric at Royal Creations. Andy helped us design a beautiful backyard with addition of a tree, high quality lightening all around the house and a natural water feature that looks like it has always been there (Good Earth Water Gardens). Eric was diligent about checking our lighting at all times of day to ensure an optimum install. He also secured a beautiful 10ft Magnolia to install in our empty back corner. Really enjoyed enhancing our outdoor experience with this team of professionals.

This is the second time I have used Royal Creations. We moved to a different location, and that house had stone work previously done. I asked Andy to come over, and see what he could do, as there wasnt any landscaping in the backyard. He came, and in 15 or 20 minutes had a full design. I signed the dotted line, because his ideas were GREAT! Fast forward his vision came to reality, and looked 10x fold than even the concept. Thank you Royal Creations, you did it again. I would definitely recommend their team for your project.

He knows what works best in the environment he is designing. They also do retaining walls and helped us with our drainage issues. I cant say enough good things about the service. Amazing lansdscape company. Quality work and great customer service

Andy adds great detail in his design and produces an amazing finished product.

Crew is very knowledgeable and hard workers. They did a great job removing all our spirea, filled in the holes, and evened out all the mulch. They cleaned up all the mess and left everything looking very nice. I would highly recommend this company for any landscaping work.

Royal Creations recently completed a major overhaul project on our entire yard. The design was beautiful and executed exactly as planned. Andy and his team were easy to work with. They were hard working, considerate, and paid great attention to every detail. We were extremely pleased with the process and project from start to finish.

No response - then after weeks, they replaced the tree that died with a much smaller tree & dug up the dandelions which wouldnt have been a problem if they put down the proper amount of mulch in the first place, didnt address the water problem they created or any of the other outstanding issues and ran away! And the replacement tree - that also died! I now have Poison Ivy and English Ivy and overwhelming weeds growing in my newly designed terrace.

Worked with them on updating my backyard, regrading, laying sod and adding a retaining wall. The yard was very uneven and that was my biggest concern when starting the project was to help smooth it out. During the project we saw several issues and the communication was not great and we had to call out the project manager to address. The team was very friendly but communication not good. When the project was done there was no walkthrough and they didn t even tell us it was done. Still had issues so we called back and they addressed, sort of. At this point our yard is so un-level and worse then before they started. It is now a safety issue and everyone in the family has fallen due to unevenness. The wall looks nice but beyond that we are very disappointed. Now we have to work to fix these issues to make it safe and spend even more money to repair. I ve looked at the projects on their website and compared to what they left our yard like you would never believe it was the same company. UPDATE: I have updated my review as the company contacted me to address and resolve concerns. I appreciate their follow up.
