If you are looking for a reliable and competent lawn care service, look elsewhere, because this company is a colossal disappointment. They were hired to perform four lawn mowings and an aeration, while I was out of country. After returning and having my credit card charged for the above services, it was apparent that my lawn had not been aerated. Next, I checked my cameras and discovered that my lawn had only been mowed once. After phoning and leaving messages twice a day for 3 days, I finally got through to someone. She agreed, after looking at their files, that only the one lawn mowing had been performed and she would get the owner to refund the balance charged. A week passed and I didn’t see any refund so I once again started calling a couple times a day until I got through. I was told the refund would be coming at the beginning of July (a week from the current conversation time). We are now currently 2 weeks past this deadline and you guessed it, still no refund. Further conversations with the receptionist are at a dead end. She keeps blaming the owner who appears no where to be found. DO NOT USE GP Lawn Doctor, their lack of professionalism, deceitful business practices, and apathetic customer service are a disgrace to companies everywhere.

The incompetence within this company is mind blowing. The owner takes no accountability for his employees and their lack of training/common sense.

A tad concerned about how we were charged 750 dollars when the workers were into at our property for under an hour…. We have cameras so could see when they got there and when they left. Not worth the price for lack of effort

Paid over $500 for their “spring cleaning” special, which was supposed to include “power” raking, aeration and mowing. They left a whole bunch of leaves in the yard, and dead grass was still left unraked. Save your money and just do it yourself. Would never use them again
