Plowz & Mowz - Snow Plowing and Lawn Care Service in Grand Rapids

We had a same-day snow plow request and Plowz & Mowz were so helpful and showed up within a few hours. The young man that plowed our area was very thorough and did an excellent job. Going above and beyond. Thank you so much!!

Snow fell off roof and was to heavy to shovel or snow blow. Used the Plowz and Mowz app (easy to use) and someone was there within a half an hour and promptly took care of it leaving everything neat. Thank you.

One star is the lowest I can give, I would give negative if I could. Just had to cancel my service because it's been more then 24hrs since the job was accepted, and we were told they were on their way, numerous times and that they would be here by 630...and by 7, I cancelled it, horrible customer service too! Will never use for plow services.

The company was able to get me a leaf clean up service very late in the season. Snow had fallen and melted away once already. They secured the cleanup for me a week before more snow was projected to fall. Using their app is easy and they reply to messages quickly. Great experience.

Horrible communication, snow plow never showed up no response whatsoever from the company , it’d be fine if they said oh sorry we won’t be able to accommodate your request in time instead of leading me to believe our drive would get plowed. Tried cancelling and still no reply from the company. Worst experience possible!!!! We had to get up and shovel by hand a very long steep driveway so our furnace guy could get up the driveway at 7 am this morning to fix our furnace that went out in 4 degree weather. Would have found someone else if they just communicated that they couldn’t do it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Used several times for snow plowing. Level of service (cost and quality of service) seems to differ greatly depending which subcontractor comes out. Pricey at times with $ 75 to shovel a set of stairs and a 2-car driveway

Wasn't sure what to expect as our yard is narrow and the backyard has several obstacles AND on a hill. That said, Plowz & Mowz easily did better than I could have -and I'm picky! They cleaned off our desk, moved objects to clean in and around, and took care of difficult areas to access. So great work!!

I scheduled a fall clean up and mow one week ago. Noone has actually shown up. Every other day, I get a text message stating equipment failure. Cancellation is free unless you have been "assigned a provider'. However, when I tried to cancel due to failure to show up, I was told that it had already been assigned to a provider. I am doubting the truthfulness of this company. At this point, I feel like I have been scammed out of $239.00.
