We hired MJR to vacuum up our leaves just before Grand Rapids was hit with a record breaking snowfall. Ive been incredibly impressed with the communication from the company and how theyre keeping us up-to-date. I dont think anyone could have predicated how much snow we ended up with but theyre handling things very well. Thanks! High quality all the time. Beautiful work and best communication on phone. My only complain is the first week of Nov. the grass is still green and high, but they didn t come(I guess their service stopped at the end of Oct.) Our neighbour s mowing service continued that week however which made me admire. Hope they can be more flexible.

Hired MJR Landscape to do leaf removal this fall and it saved us so much time and hard work. Best decision and definitely worth what it cost. They came as scheduled and in just a few minutes removed the leaves we had blown down to the curb. It would have taken hours and multiple dozens of yard waste bags to do the clean up. Megan was very nice to work with and we will use this company again.

Soooooo glad I used Curbside Leaf Pick Up this year. I was able to gather all my leaves, front yard than back....... Got them all to the curb, used a tarp to help, both move and get them piled within the three feet of the curb that they asked for......as scheduled, MJRs crew came along and vacuumed them all up! Easy! No struggling with the frustrating bags, cut my time easily in half. Thank You!

I have used them the past two seasons for the leaf removal service. They were there when they said they would be, and cleaned up the front of the lawn very well. Will most likely use them again in the future.

I called MJR landscaping for the second year in a row for leaf removal. Once again, It saved me at least three trips to the city of Grand Rapids disposal area. This is a great value, timesaver and they show up on time. I would definitely recommend and will be using them again.

My daughter moved to GR for PA college and is renting a house. I went to help her with her autumn cleanup. In our home town the city takes care of leaf disposal at the curb for us. After figuring out that GR does not provide that service I quickly hired MJR online to pick up her leaves. They were able to come in two days and my daughter said they did a fantastic job. They even grabbed some of the neighbors leaves while they were there. Above and beyond. I felt their pricing was fair and certainly worth the effort to not have to bag all those leaves!

MJRs service provided a wonderful relief from having to purchase bundles of GR bags. We usually purchase @15+ bundles of bags a year. Yep, we have that many trees. This is way more efficient as it is done all at once. Nor do I have to hope that the leaf bags dont fall over or have a missed leaf bag pick-up.

Weve used MJR Landscape for a number of years. Each fall they come by and suck up the leaves weve raked to the curb. This is SO MUCH BETTER than bagging leaves. We always go past the minimum time allotted, however they always call me to explain the extra charges before billing me. I really appreciate their professionalism and the ease of using their service. Dont waste your time and money bagging leaves, use MJR and enjoy the Fall!

I used MJR for curbside leaf pick up. The job was delayed because of the snow but as soon as the snow melted a few days later they were there to complete the work. The worker had to fluff the leaves back up because the snow compacted them but they still finished in the 15 minute time slot. I was impressed and will definitely use them again and recommend to everyone.

I have used MJR Landscaping for the last few years. I have used their leaf pick up service. All you do is rake the leaves to the curb and they do the rest. MJR Landscaping is cost effective, punctual and effective. Their personnel are friendly and courteous. I would recommend their services.

Because customer service is important across the company, from the first call to inquire all the way through the completion of the service. Ive only had phone and email conversations with Jesse so far and have been incredibly impressed with her! She is knowledgeable, thoughtful, kind and patient. We look forward to the MJR Landscape Team seed our yard this fall. My expectations are high having worked thus far with Jesse and I am certain the Landscape Team wont disappoint.

This is our 3rd year having MJR out for curbside leaf pick up. Their team including the office and on the trucks were courteous, and efficient. Sign up was easy, price was reasonable and they came on the date promised. An easy way to deal with fall leaves and was informed the leaves are sent to be made into much vs filling a landfill.

This is a great deal! Not only did this save us time and allergies, but when we calculated it out, we half of what we would ve spent of city bags for this service. We ve been very happy with this service.

We had the MJR guys haul away a large amount of yard waste we created by clearing out a bunch of bushes, along with huge pile of fallen branches we had accrued. They worked quickly and professionally and were done before we knew it! We also used MJR to vacuum our leaves last Fall, it was a HUGE time-saver and very fairly priced.

MJR came out this year to clean the leaves out of a shallow ditch in front of my house where the leaves blow in from the road and fill in the ditch. It was always a monumental task for me to do this on my own. They were very timely and did a great job!!! Thank you MJR

Our options in GR are to buy very expensive bags, trailer the leaves to the other side of town, or use this vacuum service. The option is easy for us...this service is fantastic and big help to us. Price seems reasonable and service and communication from them has always be great. If you live in the city..seems like a no-brainer to go with this service and company.

I set up an appointment through their web sight for curb side leaf pickup service. After they charged my credit card $69.00, I was informed that the soonest they could get to my property was 10 days from that date. When I called to find out why, they just gave the old excuse that they were backed up. So apparently it was ok to take my money w/o informing me of this ridiculous wait time. I will NEVER do business with this unscrupulous company again. Just a friendly warning!

Very easy company to work with. And their communication is great. We had a snowfall after I put my leaves at curbside and they communicated on how it would be handled. And when they are able to come and provide the service they did a very good job even with the difficulties of the snow.

We had a massize amount of leaves and they even went out of their usual route/ restrictions to accommodate our lengthy driveway. I called them late in the season and they came out quickly and spent a short amount of time cleaning up all the leaves, saving me more money than expected initially. We had MJR do our Fall yard clean up last year. So this year when I needed it done they fit me right in. They remembered me from last year is this the lot with all the maples Yup i have 8 big maples on a corner lot. We got a laugh about how many leaves they picked up last year. So this year I had them mulch my yard like the guy last year said to do. Will cut way down on the clean up.. I ve used MJR for the last couple years to pick up my leaves. It would take me at least 50 bags and 6 hours of work if I did it that way, but with them I just load them onto a tarp and drag them to the front where they suck them up and haul them off. It s cheaper and faster than bags and I couldn t be happier with their prompt and courteous service even during busy times of the year like this.

MJR went out of their way to support my request to pick up my leaves after a major snowstorm late in the season. MJR is loyal to their customers.

I would NOT recommend this company AT ALL. They came out and gave an estimate to remove about a pickup-truck load of cut down lawn hedges. The other estimates in town came up around $200 and they wanted to charge DOUBLE. They claimed this project that took less than 3 hours to dig up all the hedges would take 4 hours to load into a truck. Then the guy called me at home and proceeded to tell me about how I was wrong and it was a big job. Dont use their service, unless you want to get gouged and taken advantage of. If you have lawn waste to remove, it would be cheaper to rent a huge dumpster for a week (seriously, much cheaper). Terrible business.

I called back a while later and realized the outgoing message had changed, saying we are no longer accepting leaf pickup requests, I thought that was the end of it, but they called me back and put me on the schedule seeing as I called them initially before they changed their outgoing message. Service was exactly as described by Tatiana over the phone and my leaves were gone within 30 minutes their callback. I really appreciated that I didnt have to call back to beg or complain.
