Disgusting company spreading carcinogenic round up and other toxic chemicals around the city in order to make a quick buck. Must be proud to know what you do all day is spread carcinogens on laws that give people cancer.

I was very happy with Lawn RX and used them for the last 7 years. Suddenly, I got a call a month ago when I was on vacation from a woman who stated that we would no longer be able to select 3 applications per year and must select the 6 applications per year. She was very short on the phone and stated that was their new "policy" no exemptions, as they would not make enough money to only apply 3 times. Since we live on a lake we like to limit our fertilizer content to the water way. There was a review from a previous customer stating that they cancelled their service and the company showed up and completed an application after cancellation (still insisted on payment though Lawn RXs mistake). So, when I called to cancel our service I got the same gal on the phone. I asked if she could send me a confirmation email. She very curtly stated, "We don't do that". End of conversation, no exceptions. Sadly, I always had great interactions with the guys that seemed to run the place. Not sure if they have new owners or a new employee. Whichever, the delivery of messaging is not good.

LawnRx is super thorough and do a great job. I’ve been a customer for 3 years now and have been very impressed. Their techs are always willing to talk to you about lawn issues, give advice as to how to remedy them, and will them come back as needed to solve them. They are the best!!

Spoke with a man last spring that signed me up for a summer's worth of service. I received an offer by mail this spring offering another summer's worth of service. I did not take action on the mailing, and has (incorrectly) assumed that service would not continue. Last week, they applied treatment to my yard, and today I received a bill for the treatment. Both the customer service associate and their manager were unwilling to discuss the situation, falling back to the "our emails state that service is continuous until cancellation is requested." They were unwilling to negotiate a rate for continued service and failed to express any kind of empathy for the misunderstanding. Sure, the lawn looks great, but the office staff is unpleasant and unwilling to help.

My lawn was covered in weeds but after lawnrx came and did the 1st application, my lawn improved so much, there is no weeds, the grass is growing back and looks amazing!! Will definitely recommend them to anyone I know!

I have been very happy thus far with Lawn Rx. After just my first treatment, the color of the grass is becoming greener, and although there is still the presence of some weeds, I trust that Lawn Rx has the right PRESCRIPTION to get rid of them. Also, I love the detailed information they provide in the packet. Great price! Excellent job!

I've tried other lawn service providers, and have never been happy with the results. After 1 season with Lawn Rx, my lawn has never looked better. The price was good also. I took away 1 star because their online payment system doesn't work very well.
