I tried to get an estimate for seasonal lawn care with them as my lawn service guy of 15 years is narrowing his area. Their website lists their business address on West River Drive which is 0.25 mile from my house. It appears to be at a storage unit (by GPS). The receptionist looked up MY address on GPS. She asked if I have the circle drive. When I said yes, she replied that they are not accepting new customers in this area (despite their website saying they are accepting new customers). Perhaps they didnt want to take on a large property. Who knows. However, I think it is strange to operate a business out of a storage unit. When I expressed surprise based on their proximity, she said their business address was somewhere else. Their caller ID said DCI. Seems shady but the website LOOKS legit and has a few good reviews. Perhaps I dodged a bullet.

Augusta is quick, professional and neat. Our lawn looks great and my husband is very particular about it. He is very happy with the mowing, edging and clean up.

I scheduled to get an estimate for a project I need done. Less than 24 hours later, they sent me an email to state that they cant take any projects on,but they look forward to working with me in the future. That doesnt even make sense to me. And now I have to start over trying to get a quote. This is very upsetting to me. They should not have scheduled with me in the first place

Tyler and his team do a great job, the lawn and edging always looks fantastic. Their team always comes on the day scheduled (pending weather of course). Very friendly team and easy to talk to. Would recommend Augusta Lawn Care of Grand Rapids to anyone looking for a lawncare service!

Tyler was hired by my building contractor to take care of a garden area that had been left in less than ideal condition by a sub contractor. The bed was left uneven, filled with clay, and sloping toward the house. He and his partner worked diligently to dig up the clay, regrade the area, and amend the soil so that I could plant my garden. It was a back breaking job. They worked hard all day. They were friendly and professional. I recommend them for any of your outside needs.

Ryan and Tyler did an amazing job busting their backs edging the front yard and removing large sections of overgrowth in the back. They were extremely professional, great with communicating the process, on time, and left everything cleaned up. Will use again!

We began our relationship with Augusta early this summer and were so pleased with their excellent work and responsive customer service. Then we added some bush trimming which they just did today and our appreciation for their work grew to a new level. Excellent work, fair pricing, and responsive customer service. A great company we highly recommend.

They are so professional. Tyler does a great job with the lawn. I ve dealt with other lawn companies, and they don t show up when they re supposed to, and most of the time, you have to wait an extra week. Augusta does not do that. They have been extremely reliable and havent let me down! Go Augusta Lawn!!!
