The field staff are great and I appreciate how awesome our lawn looks. The office staff lacks professionalism and can be very rude. That is the only recommendation I have is that they have Customer Service training. When you ask questions you should not be made to feel stupid for clarification. Otherwise we have used AAA for years and recommend their lawn care services including bug guard and mosquito and tick treatment!

Called for mole help. Was never told I have to have other services from this company to get it. 460 a season later. All because my neighbor suggested them. Now she s getting mole treatment from this company, and my and my neighbors property are worse than they were. The woman that answered the phone never told me about having to have multiple services from them, and the person who measured, and was the salesnman even admitted he didn t use their company services or stuff!!! I was hoping to have help being disabled and all, but I guess not. Don t waste a phone call!!!

We had their lawn service and ant service neither worked .. they kept telling us that we need to give it time for their system to work. Well after 2 seasons with them our lawn still looks bad( I think worse than when we started) and we continue to have an ant issue. They are inconsistent and do not show up on time and when they do show up, do not do what they were hired to do. We finally had it with them what waste of more than 2k we have spent with them

I cant say enough great things about AAA! They are super professional, I appreciate them notifying me EVERY time they come to do a treatment (I have a dog), they assess my lawn before applying the treatment to make sure its strong enough to treat (such as a being too dry). They adjust treatment as needed a day or a week, whatever is necessary. My lawn looks amazing and I have them to thank! The office staff is great, and Sean our technician is wonderful! Very knowledgeable and will let me know personally if there is anything I need to do different (adjust watering or add seed). Dont hesitate to contact them!

We are a long time customer! Great customer service including the office staff and field specialists. If we have a challenge (like insects) they are right on it and here within 24-48 hrs. They take time to explain treatment options. They listen to your concerns and addresses them (lawn problems or insects). Highly recommend them!

They were good for a few years. Then went down hill. Said they fertilized. My wife watched them and they did half the job. They burned spots in yard. They have kids doing the job that just dont care. Hopefully if you use them you have cameras to make sure they fertilize. Sucks pay good money and they dont even put anything thing down. Going somewhere else.

We have used AAA for the past several years. The past few years the lawn just doesn t look good. We would call and make them aware and get condition of the lawn didn t change. There pricing has increased and our lawn looks bad. We will look for a smaller company that will be more responsive to our needs.

Ive had them for several years treat my lawn for weeds fertilizer and moles .. I wish I could say I thought my lawn looked great and plump and nice. I dont know if its us or them but I have huge dry patches scorched ground the lawn looks anemic, still struggling with three different kinds of weeds. Services

Used a competitor for 2 years. Wasnt happy and almost didnt use anyone else thinking they would all be the same. Wow, I was wrong! I cannot imagine the experience being much better, unless it were free. I appreciate them and my lawn is happy. Communication is top notch. They actually help with the overall care of your lawn, not just feed it. They notice xyz, and offer solutions without being pushy, and tell you after each visit what exactly they saw. THIS is exactly what I thought I should be able to expect, and I found it with AAA. Give them a try. For the cost and time to get and spread fertilizer, its really not that much more. Time is money. Its like the weed control is free, and it works so well. Thanks AAA!

Weve had AAA Lawn Care for many years. We also have mole control. Were extremely satisfied with this service!!! Our lawn was over run with moles. Now they are completely undercontrol...GONE!!! If we notice any mole activity, AAA returns and takes care of them. GREAT SERVICE!!!

AAA is AMAZING. I had a problem with crab grass last year, one phone call and they came and did an extra spray. This year I m struggling with blue ivy, and they have come out a couple times to spray for this stubborn weed! They do great work!

They fertilize & weed control for me. They do a good job, and will come back if weeds reappear.

Used this company for the first time this year. Not impressed. Called with concerns, manager called back and basically said our yard looks this bad and it is our own fault and to water more. I politely told him we have a sprinkler system and water 2 times a day. He wanted pictures, sent pictures never heard from again after sending several emails Very poor customer service. Had the pleasure of meeting Mitchel Z at our fence line today while he was making an application to our neighbors yard. I asked what was being applied he responded that he was putting down fertilizer and weed control. I asked if he could treat our yard (desperately needed) he replied that he could measure the yard, provide an estimate and treat if it was something I wanted to move forward with. So 30 minutes later after receiving an exceptional quote he had completed his work and was on his way with another customer for 2021! Service is the key and Mitchel holds the ring.

Had 3 treatments done with no improvements, thought they would stand behind and add additional applications but nope.....taking all business elsewhere.

Have a brand new lawn that was hydroseeded in May with significant crabgrass growth. In August, I threw in the towel of self treatment and called AAA. Since halfway through the year, I purchased the 3 treatment program with an aeration service. My lawn has seen an incredible rebound, successfully removing all crabgrass and looking very healthy. Their customer service was helpful answering various questions too.

Have been doing business with them for years!!! Always professional, polite and courteous!!! We recently had one of out dogs escape from our fenced in yard (different contractors intentionally left gate open) and the gentleman who applies our bug gard told me he knows to always close the gate as he knows we have dogs. The next time he came by to do our application he left me a note letting me know he was glad we had found her (they both watch him through the slider door). Above and beyond and that personal touch just added to continuing to doing business with them for years to come!!!

We had a small flea problem and AAA spayed . On one occasion they called and said they would be here on this date but came a day earlier. But my fence to the backyard is locked but I still received an invoice for applications that day. Another occasion is my wife was home and she went 3/4 of a mile to the Hdwa store bought one thing (the one thing she went for) and came back. (Maybe 6 minutes total )and when she came back a AAA flag was in the hard saying they applied flea and tick spray. My yard is 40 wide x 110 long and 3 neighbors said the vehicle pulled in got out put the flag in the yard went around back (grabbing nothing from the vehicle) with nothing in hand for about 3 minutes then went back to his vehicle to write up the ticket and got out and put it on my door. Not to mention we have more fleas now than when we started. Oh and the lawn application was pointless three applications and still weeds.

We are longtime customers and had a big lawn pest problem. AAA quickly responded to the issue to make it right. Very responsive!

All they care about is production. You could die and they would have your replacement the next day. Lots of favoritism and empty promises. Steer clear from working or hiring this company

I had a new lawn installed in the Spring of 2020 that developed an extreme case of crab grass. Matt was very attentive and followed through on everything he said he would do. He was able to get the problem under control. I have used this company for years and I can highly recommend all their services. Thank you Matt, My lawn has never looked better!

We planted our grass in June, and it was so patchy and FULL of weeds. I thought we were going to have to till it back up and re-seed. My husband mentioned AAA so we gave them a shot, with in 2 months our grass had minimal weeds and was so green and beautiful! I am so glad we chose to use their services! We will use them again for sure!

AAA turned our lawn from a major disappointment from all of our own efforts to one greatly improved and virtually problem free. Weeds, mole damage and brown and bare spots were eliminated resulting in a much improved lawn in just a couple of months. AAA provided excellent problem solving suggestions, were on schedule with all of their services and routinely provided written explanations with each application or service all at a reasonable cost. We have already signed up for their service in 2021.

AAA does a awesome job! We use them for our personal home and also all our rentals! We also have had to call for extra services and they get right out (like bugs in the grass, moles...). Their technicians are very friendly and professional, along with their office staff. We also love their Christmas lights they do for us each year!!

I used AAA Lawn Care last year. My lawn was in terrible shape. The technician was terrific, and we made significant inroads on improving the lawn. Several neighbors stopped by to comment :) I will note that if your lawn is in really poor condition, aeration is very important. I also appreciated that I was treated respectfully and received excellent service even though I have a small yard. Before this season began, I received several notices informing me of continued service and offering discounts if I chose to pay upfront (just like snow removal services). When I needed to cancel for budgetary reasons, I simply called the office before any application for this year. Kimberley thanked me for calling and sent me a confirming email.

We are new customers to AAA. We had them come out and spay for bugs to help with an ant problem. There was no wait for them to come out and start the process. At first we did not see an improvement in our ant problem so they came right back and sprayed again at no charge. They also left some extra ant traps for us to use inside. They go above and beyond to help with our bug problems. Both the emplyee over the phone and the one that came out to spray, were polite and frieldly and quick to help. We would recommend AAA to anyone!

Unresponsive, poor quality and misleading billing/services.

2 years in a row they burnt my lawn with their chemicals by spraying on extremely hot and dry days. Both times I questioned their decision to spray that day and they assured me everything would be fine. This year my weeds were worse than ever. I canceled my service over it and rather than try to make it right, they threatened to send my $40 balance to collections. Not nice people, and their product is no good either.

We used AAA Lawn Care for our Christmas lights. We had a few issues with the lights and they came back several times to fix and be sure we were happy. They were just great to work with! Dan and James were just awesome! Thanks again for making our home look beautiful and our holiday bright!

I was with AAA for 3-4 years. Initially they killed the weeds I needed killed so I could mow a larger area. That was year 1. After that their service steadily declined. After applications there were always a lot of weeds still. The grass never looked healthy or like it was actually treated with anything. I discontinued my service with them and I have had much better results applying my own fertilizers and lawn treatments and I do not know what I am doing. I do not recommend this lawn service.

Called for a service call and they came right out! Great service so far!!

I called to pay a bill. They charged me over $650 more than what I told them I wanted to pay. When I realized it and called back, they said they had me down for the whole thing to be charged. I told them that wasnt the discussion. The ladies I talked to worked quick to get me the money back, but my card had closed. I asked that the manager call and wanted to see if for the hassle and trouble, he would make my next bill $75 like the first one since it was their mistake and a big one. He told me that he hasnt heard of a card closing like mine did. Its called picking your own payment date and choosing your billing period. So besides doubting me, he offered me $20 off. I cancelled and wont go back as obviously his doubt and lack of customer service shows the true colors. Gets more and more expensive every year.

Biggest concern is their careless use of their chemicals. Used them at a previous address and they sprayed insecticide up in the air and over the top of my flower garden, killing all of the fish in my pond and essentially sterilizing the whole area...bees, butterflies, all insects. I told them at the beginning no insecticides, which even if I had wanted it, should only be applied at ground level around house perimeter. I gave them a pass and hired for them at my new house. Not only did I speak with the office this time, but also with the applicators and told them NO INSECTICIDES in my flower gardens...again, they stood at the edge of my flower garden and sprayed up in the air over the top, killing everything in my new pond. 7 adult fish and all their fry. The manager i talked to seemed to think it was no big deal because the fish were goldfish. I can only assume because of the perceived monitary value? They also billed me for the application service. Second concern is their their billing. AAA billed us for a whole season for services on our backyard when they didnt treat that area at all due to a pool project that tore up all of the lawn. We didnt catch this billing error until the end of the season and we have had to call the billing office several times, with no results. No refunds, only a suspension of service because we refuse to pay the last bill. Get it together AAA! You are running a REAL business, start acting like you have responsibilities.

Had them for about 10 years, but Im not sure why. Every year I have to call them to come back and retreat weeds over and over again. Going to try out their competitor this year. The good thing is they do come back out quickly.

So I guess 7:30 is not to early to show up and as far as I can see they are puting useless fertilizer down they Take 5 seconds to half ass the lawn. You are a scam

Great Service! Burn spots showed up in our yard from our recent treatment. Contacted AAA by email to rectify the issue and the next day when I came home they had raked the bad areas, laid new dirt, grass seed, and left a friendly note apologizing. Plus waived the cost of our treatment. My husband and I own a small business so we know when we have great service. We will be referring our clients who are looking for these services to AAA Lawn Care.

I have used multiple companies in previous years, including AAA, but, I have come to the same conclusion with all of them. No one compares to the professionalism that AAA has offered. I really like the organic based program that they offer and I have used them for years now and will continue to use them as long as my lawn is being serviced.

AAA service is excellent. I would recommend it to anyone; I have to many neighbors. Yard looks great and I just signed up for their pest control due to all of the spiders and ladybugs in my area.

AAA has cared for my lawn for 8 years and they have always done a great job. Last year my neighbor cancelled his service and went with another provider, needless to say his entire backyard is now dead and he called AAA back for this year. Sometimes the cheapest isnt always the best!

This was our third year with AAA Lawn care and couldnt be happier. The quality of their work and professionalism is comparable to none. I highly recommend their bug guard application. I have use AAA for two complete seasons and am very happy with their services. They are very friendly and timely and leave a nice note to let me know what they did. I use the bug guard service along with my lawn care service and hardly ever have a bug inside my house. I highly recommend their services!

AAA lawn care is the best and most professional lawn service I have ever encountered. The previous owners of my home used them and had the best lawn in the neighborhood so I figured why fix something if it isnt broken. I have had their service for the past 3 years with both bug guard and lawn fertilization with weed killer. They have continued to make my lawn one of the showpieces of the neighborhood. Their staff is always very knowledgable and does a thorough job evaluating my lawn with each visit. I highly recommend any of their services and they will do a great job and will stand behind their work and will even revisit you at no cost if it isnt done right and complete the first time. (I have never had to call them back)

We left AAA three years ago and our lawn was not the same. We came back to AAA and are thrilled to be back! The service team cares about our lawn and it shows with the time and attention to detail they show during the lawn treatments.
